I groaned as I felt the bright light on my eyelids. I tried to pull the blanket over my head to go back to sleep but I felt an arm snake around my waist. I smiled as my back connected with a hard body behind me and I sighed in satisfaction.

I felt the blanket lift from in front of me and my head was against another body. I loved waking up sandwiched between Cas and Xavier like this. These past few days after finding out I was pregnant, they were more gentle and romantic than ever.

I wouldn't be me if I didn't use that to my advantage. Whatever I wanted no matter the time or circumstance, I'd get; no questions asked. Whether it be food, snacks, sex, movies...anything. All I had to do was ask for it.

This almost made me feel like shit compared to the way they treated me before I was pregnant. They were always sweet, but this was different.

"We know you're awake," Cas whispered as he kissed my forehead.

I felt Xavier trail his fingers along my thigh and backside and I bit my lip. "You need to get up, you have your doctor's appointment to get to," Xavier said as he kissed my shoulder.

Today was our first doctor's appointment and as excited as I was, I was more nervous than anything. The thought of something going wrong just replayed in my mind. "I know," I whispered. I slowly propped myself up on both of my arms and yawned as I sat on my feet.

Xavier and Cas looked up at me as I rubbed my eyes and I gave them a strange look. "Stop staring at me. This is weird."

"We can't look at our beautiful girl?" Xavier asked with a smirk on his face.

I groaned and hopped out of bed and my eyes landed on the breakfast on the table. "You guys made me breakfast again?"

"Yup," Cas said as he walked over to me. "Don't eat the bacon though, since you keep throwing it up."

"But I want it," I groaned.

"Nope," he said as he picked up the plate of bacon and moved it to the side.

I frowned but took a croissant from the plate and quickly ate it. When I saw that my stomach was fine and I had no bad reaction, I smiled and walked backward to the restroom. "I'm going to go shower. I'll eat more when I come out."

"We need to leave in forty minutes for the appointment, baby," Xavier said as he glanced at his phone.

"I'll be quick." I rushed into the restroom and took off the onesie I was wearing and got into the shower. The warm water almost immediately hit me and I knew I was supposed to rush but the tranquility I felt made me want to stay inside the stream of water forever.

I got so lost in my own enjoyment, that I jumped when I felt hands on my hips. I turned around to see  Xavier looking down at me with a charming smile and I wrapped my arms around his neck. "Hey."

"I figured since we don't have much time, showering together would be more convenient," he said in a low voice.

"Right," I laughed softly. "It has nothing to do with seeing me naked."

"Mmm," he shrugged. I opened my mouth to give him a snarky response but he moved his lips onto mine and backed me into a nearby wall. "Jump," he whispered between our kisses.

I did as he said and he lifted my legs to wrap around him. I moaned into our kiss as I tasted the familiar honey taste he always seemed to possess and my heart fluttered. His tongue dove into my mouth and I kissed him back passionately.

He then turned the both of us around and his back was now the one against the wall and mine was against Caspian's body. His lips moved to my neck and my toes curled at the mind-blowing sensation.

Caspian's hand moved between my legs and he circled his fingers along my clit before inserting two into me. "Can you take us both today?" He whispered into my ear as he pumped his fingers in and out of me.

Xavier pulled away from our kiss and I nodded in Cas's direction. He smirked before pulling away from me and leaving the shower and I swallowed a lump in my throat. "We're going to be taking a look at the baby today," Dr. Reed said. "If you all have any questions during the entire process, feel free to ask."

"Okay," Xavier nodded.

The doctor walked to the cabinet and held out a sheet for me to take. "I'm going to step out to get blood vials. Please take off your bottoms and lay down with the sheet over you so we can start when I get back."

"Ha, this wouldn't be the first time I heard that," I joked nervously. Cas and Xavier gave a "really" look and I shrugged. I always made horrible jokes when I was nervous.

The doctor laughed at the joke and I gave myself a proud nod. "I'll be back in a minute." He left the room and I blew out a breath as I bent down to take off my heels.

"We got it," Cas said. He moved to one of my feet and moved to unstrap one of the heels as Xavier moved to the other. I held onto their shoulder as I stepped out of the shoes and I smiled at them.

"Thank you," I said. They sat back down and my hands moved to unzip my pants until I noticed they were watching me and I frowned. "Can you cover your eyes, please?"

"We've seen you naked," Xavier muttered. "Matter of fact, we saw you naked this morning."

"I know," I groaned. "But I was morning skinny. We ate breakfast and now I'm fat as fuck."

"Cleo," Cas said seriously. "You're going to gain weight during this pregnancy. How do you expect us to not look at you now, when you've gained like two pounds...and you'll be gaining over thirty or more soon?"

"I've gained two pounds?!"

"That's not the point," Xavier laughed softly. "We'll love you as long as we can carry you."

"And we have super strength so that's a lot, Cleo," Caspian reminded me.

"What if I get so big that you can't carry me?" I asked nervously.

"Well," Cas started. "If it gets to that point, us being able to carry you would be your last worry."

"I would have to worry about you leaving me?" I asked with a frown.

"No, you'll have to worry about cardiac arrest," Cas said. Xavier snickered from beside him and I rolled my eyes.

I took off my bottoms and set them aside as I laid back on the lard hospital chair. Cas and Xavier were on one side of me and Cas squeezed my hand. I gave them a small smile and the door opened as the doctor walked back in with a cart.

"Since all of you are supernatural creatures, we will be doing an ultrasound as well as an ultrasonography," he said. "Is that alright with you?"

"That's fine," I said with a nod even though I had no idea what he said.

The doctor washed his hands in the sink in the room and slipped on gloves before coming back to us. He pulled up a rolling chair in front of me and pushed a button that raised the chair I was laying in.

"I need you to scoot forward," he instructed.

I followed his order and stared up at the ceiling as Cas held my hand. I felt the doctor insert a cool item and I took a deep breath as I relaxed.

"This right here," he said as he pointed at the screen. "Is your uterus that we are passing...and right here...should be where the baby is."

We looked at the screen and we all tilted together as we tried to make out the strange shape on the screen. "Is the baby broken?" I asked as I looked at it.

"No, ma'am," he laughed. "Congratulations. You're having twins. One is right there...and the other is over here."

My mouth dropped at the mention of twins and my eyes began to water. "You're about fifteen weeks along. I can tell you the gender now if you'd like to know."

"Do we want to know?" I asked as I turned to Xavier and Cas.

"Hell yes," Xavier said with a shive grin on his face. I smiled at him and turned to Caspian who still looked like he was in shock and I raised a brow. Is he going to leave again?

"I want to know," he said as a slow smile spread across his lips.

"Okay," Dr. Reed said as he eyed the screen. He moved the item inside me and I watched as the view on the screen changed. "This one right here is a girl."
He moved the wand again and I held my breath in anticipation for the next reveal. "And this one over here is a boy."

I screamed excitedly in my spot and the boys cheered from beside me. "We're having a boy and a girl!" Caspian yelled happily.

I wiped away the tears falling down my face and looked at the doctor. "Can I get one of those sonogram picture things? I wanna carry it in my purse and show random people."
