Hey, I'm Danielle and I'm from Singapore, though I'm actually born in Australia. But to clarify, I am a Singapore citizen and identify more as a Singaporean as I've been living here most of my life or all, depending on which of my parents you ask 🤣

Anyways, I love reading, music, astrology, travelling and photography among other things, and even though I do write, whether I enjoy it or not depends on my mood 🤣 I don't really read a specific genre of books, choosing to look more at the plot and writing style instead. Like if the plot is good, then I don't care what genre it is, I'll read it. But of course, the themes covered in the story do matter as well, especially since I'm not comfortable reading certain topics.

Besides reading, I also enjoy music, be it listening to it or playing an instrument. Similar to reading, I don't really care about the genre, as long as the tune and lyrics are good, then I will listen to it. I'm also in the Chinese Orchestra in both primary and secondary school, playing the erhu and gao yin sheng respectively. Outside of school, I also play the piano.

Other things I like to do are travelling, hanging out with friends and taking photos when I feel like it would be a nice photo. However, I'm really bad at keeping in touch with friends online unless you're on Telegram. I generally don't text people, preferring to talk face-to-face 😅😅

I'm also a Christian, a Methodist to be exact. Please don't ask me to recite Bible verses or be able to answer all your questions about Christianity and our beliefs. I'm not that knowledgeable on that, sorry 😭😭😭

𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:
I think I'm generally very chill and I don't really care what stupid things you're doing, as long as it doesn't involve me getting into trouble though this mostly applies to my classmates haha. I'm also the type of girl who is super quiet when you first meet me and loud and crazy among my friends, but I will take a while to open up to people as I need to know if I can trust you first.

I can get stuff done when I'm in the mood to do it, such as studying, if not I'll procrastinate and rush to finish it the day before it's due 😭

However, some things that really bother me are when people break important promises, ditch their responsibilities last minute and freeloaders. Of course, there is much more, but um yeah haha. When I'm angry or annoyed, I would just walk away to cool off, except for some situations, and in real life, I just become even more quiet.

Also, according to the MBTI 16 personalities test, I'm an ISTP-T, Virtuoso. And since I'm born in early March, according to the Gregorian solar calendar, I'm a Pisces. In the respective sections below, I'll be sharing more about my personality based on my MBTI and Zodiac sign.

i. ISTP (Virtuoso)
It says people with ISTP preferences are diligent workers who genuinely enjoy becoming experts at a craft or career. They tend to be calm and level-headed in a crisis, quickly determining what needs to be done and effectively solving the problem.

ISTPs are generally logical, kind, and tolerant. They tend to be slow to anger but may be frustrated by drama or irrational behaviour. Although not particularly sociable, ISTPs are helpful and understanding and are always willing to lend a hand.

I find that I generally do fit into the ISTP mould, though maybe not so much on the diligent and becoming an expert part ahaha.

ii. Pisces
It says that Pisces are highly creative and imaginative, as well as compassionate and loving. Their emotional sensitivity factor is high, helping them to remain in tune with others but also leaving them vulnerable to criticism, worrying a lot about the effect that their actions might have on others.

While Pisces do not like to be pushed into something before they are ready, when they do become ready, they'll give it their all. When Pisces finally decide to make their move, they're prepared to give everything they have and work tirelessly until the task is complete.

Pisces thrives on spontaneity and love to be able to go with the flow. They are highly in tune with the feelings of others and sometimes put their own needs on the back burner to make sure others are happy. Their intuition helps them guide others often effortlessly.

I also am mostly a true Pisces...always worrying about my effect on others...maybe being too sensitive at times...don't like being pushed into something...yup, definitely me haha. Creative and imaginative? Hmm...maybe only when I'm inspired haha.

Besides my thoughts on myself, the MBTI and the Zodiac personalities, I think there's still much more to be that I've yet to discover and I hope that I can share that discovery journey with you ❤️
