Dhani was groaning when Avyaan took her in his arms. He had already informed the doctors who were ready with the team of female doctors. They took her to the Operation theater. Before Avyaan could go inside the room they closed the door.

He was about to knock when Aayti came behind him and kept her hand on his shoulder. He turned to her and hugged her. While she also hugged him by wrapping her one arm on him. As in one hand she was holding Adhyant.

“Shhh nothing will happen to her. She is our strong girl.” She rubbed his back and said.

“But why is she getting pain and bleeding in the 5th month of the pregnancy? She was in so much pain.” He said while crying.

Meanwhile Siya, Advitya and Adrakansh reached the hospital and they saw Aayti who was consoling Avyaan.

“What happened? How's Dhani?” Siya asked and caressed Avyaan's head.

“Don't know the doctor had just taken her inside. Bhabhi, she was crying so much. There was so much blood oozing from her.” He explained her condition while Siya, who is now sitting on the bench started feeling unwell.

Maybe because of the hospital surroundings or she was tensed for Dhani. Her eyes fell on a lady who was also shouting because of the contractions and she can see how much in pain she was.

Siya then suddenly felt the aching in her lower abdomen. She gulped and tried to call someone as they all were standing by facing their backs towards her. Nothing came from her mouth because she was trying hard to endure the pain.

“A..An…” Suddenly she vomited and everyone looked at her who was throwing everything out. Her eyes filled with tears and she didn't have the strength to do anything.

After the spew up she felt Adrakansh hands on her back. She was closing her eyes while holding her belly.

“I…It…it's hurting…” With this her head swung on his hand.

Without wasting time giving chance to anyone to process, Adrakansh picked her up in his arms and went to the next emergency ward. They called the doctors for her treatment.

After 4 hours:

Avyaan was sitting beside Dhani and looking at her face which became pale. He kept his hand on her abdomen and caressed it.

“I am sorry sweetheart. Papa couldn't take care of you. I am sorry Dhani. I am a very bad husband. Just because of me you're here today.” He kissed her forehead then her belly.

He felt a hand on his shoulder. He looked behind and saw Aayti and Advitya who were standing there. Seeing his condition they also felt bad for him and Dhani.

“It's okay Avyaan. Thank God that at least our Dhani is saved.” Aayti said and caressed his head. He nodded his head in yes.

“How's Siya bhabhi?” He wiped his tears and asked.

“Don't know doctors have taken her to the OT. Ansh bhai is sitting outside her room in anger.” Advitya replied and his eyes also went on Dhani's face which had become so pale.

“Excuse me everyone, can you go outside. I have to check the patient.” A nurse came inside and said.

“I am not going anywhere. Adi and Aayti you should go and be with bhai. He also needs someone right now. I will be with Dhani if she wakes up then she will start panicking.” Avyaan sat beside her while holding Dhani's hand and they both left from there.

“HHopefully she will be fine soon after knowing what has happened to her….” Aayti looked at Advitya who nodded his head and looked forward to Adrakansh who was talking to the doctor.

They both went to him and heard what the doctor had said.

“Congratulations, Mr.Sherawat, it's a baby girl and a boy. We have kept them under our observation as Mr.Sherawat had a C-section.” Doctor said with happiness to which a wide smile spread on his lips but something clicked on his mind and he asked looking at the doctor.

“And How's my wife?”

“She is fine, she will get her consciousness back in 2 hours.” Saying this doctor went to the pediatrician section.

“Congratulations, Mr.Brand new papa….” Aayti said and Adrakansh saw Advitya and her walking together. Adhyant was not there with them as he is sleeping in a VIP room with the staff taking care of him.

A wide smile spread on his face with the uncountable happiness. He directly went and hugged both of them to which they hugged him.

“You can't imagine I am so so so happy today. You know after Sugandha I never thought that I would have babies with someone else. But see I have become father with the two babies…” He was so happy that he started shouting at last. The happiness was stuck to his face.

“We are so happy for you bhai…” Advitya was also very happy. That his brother has come over from his past.

They broke the hug. Adrakansh looked behind them.

“Where is Avi and Dhani? Wait, is she okay? What the doctors said?” Adrakansh asked while Aayti and Advitya looked at each other and then told everything what the doctor told them.

Hearing this, Adrakansh sat on a bench and face calmed himself while Aayti and Advitya sat beside him.

“How will we handle her? She is the kangaroo, panda and the whole zoo of Sherawat. How will we tell her this? She is going to be mad. God give her and Avyaan strength to deal with this situation.” Adrakansh said to which they both nodded.

“But bhai we have to handle Avyaan and Dhani together as they both are facing this together and Avyaan is equally affected with this.” Aayti said and looked at the door of Siya ward.

“I hope Siya can make her understand and handle everything. You have to be with Dhani all the time, Aayti because right now she needs us.” Adrakansh kept a hand on her head, nodding her head in yes.

After an hour Avyaan was sitting on the same place and sleeping on her bed while his head was resting on her bed and he was holding her hand.

Slowly Dhani opened her eyes and blinked several to adjust with the light. She felt a weight on her hand. She turned her head and looked at him, who was looking so dull and there was a lot of tension on his face.

“Avi….” She whispered because of the weakness she couldn't take her voice out from her throat.

“Avi….” This time she moved her hand which was holding. With a sudden jerk he woke up and looked at her.

Looking at her he couldn't control his emotions and he hugged her very tightly.

“Thank god you woke up Dhani. I love you jaan and nothing matters to me more than you. I will always be with you.” He kissed her forehead. Dhani looked at him confusingly.

“What are you saying?” She asked and kept one hand on his face.

“And why are we in the hospital? We were sleeping, right? Then suddenly the pain started….” Something struck her and she looked at him then her tummy. Then she again looked at Avyaan whose eyes were filled with tears.

“Avi, don't scare me or else I will kill you. Tell me my baby is safe and sound.” She looked at him with her teary eyes and he shook his head.

After 5 hours Adrakansh got both the babies and he was holding them in his arms. In front of him Siya was sitting while taking the support of the backrest.

She was admiring them as Adrakansh Singh Sherawat was looking at his kids with teary eyes with every blink he was looking so cute. He was holding them very gently like they were feathers. While the kids were sleeping and making faces. They were still thinking that they were in their mothers tummy as they didn't open their eyes once.

“Ansh, stop looking at them like this or I'll admit that you're cuter than the kids.” Siya said and pulled his cheeks.

“They both are more unique than the 7 wonders. I have never seen anything so amazing and unique other than him.” He kissed on their forehead while Siya giggled at his compliment which he gave his kids.

“Ansh, now give them to me. Now I will also admire your amazing kids who are more unique than the seven wonders.” Before Siya could take them Aayti and Advitya entered with Adhyant.

“Aww my Kanha. Come here my baby.” Siya forwarded his hands to Adhyant and he jumped on her. His eyes got fixed on the kids which Ansh was holding. First, he looked at Ansh with the twinkling eyes then the kids.

Then he started throwing his hands to Adrakansh as he was asking him to pick him and leave the kids.

“Bhaiya, give them to us….” Saying this Aayti looked at the baby boy while Advitya took the baby girl from him. While Adrakansh took Adhyant in his arms.

“What happened champ?” Saying this, Adrakansh caressed his fluffy red tomato cheeks with his thumb. Adhyant kept his head on his shoulder and looked at Aayti and Advitya.

“Aww they're so cute bhabhi….” Aayti kissed the cheeks of the baby and admired him. As soon as Adhyant eyes went on him then he started moving his hands and legs again to go in Aayti's arms.

“Aree Dhyan behave or else mumma won't talk to you…” Saying this Aayti glared at him but he kept doing this. So, Siya took him in her arms and hugged him to her chest.

“Kanha, they're your small brothers and sisters. They are gonna play with you and you have to take care of them. Do you wanna see them?” Saying this Siya takes the baby girl from Advitya to whom Adhyant admires and a toothless smile spreads across his face. Then she took the baby boy from Dhani's hand.

He was looking quite happy this time to see them clapping with blinking his twinkling eyes and trying to touch them when Advitya held him in his arms.

“No, Dhyan you can't touch them, they're so small. What if you hurt them…” Adhyant looked at him for a few seconds like he was trying to understand what he said but again he tried to get out of his hold and try to go to Siya.

But to divert his attention Advitya takes him out of the room. Adhyant started crying and wriggling in Advitya arms but then he turned his face and looked at Siya and Adrakansh with teary eyes.

“Adi stop…” Ansh went and took the crying baby in his hand and took him back to the room.

Then he stopped crying and looked at the babies again. Then Adrakansh went to Siya and made Adhyant touch the babies while holding his hand.

He started giggling and jumping in his arms. After some time the baby boy was in the crib and the baby girl was filling her stomach with Siya's milk. Advitya went to the canteen.

“I want to meet her. Whatever happens to her, we are with her and I want to meet her. She was very excited for my twins.” Siya said and her eyes became wet. Aayti helped her to wear her gown properly and laid the baby girl in the crib.

They have told everything to her whatever doctors said about Dhani's condition.

“Bhabhi….” They all turned and saw Dhani was in a wheelchair while Avyaan and Advitya were standing behind them.

Seeing her Siya opened her arms for her and called her towards while Avyaan took forward her wheelchair and stopped in front of the bed of Siya. Siya immediately hugged her tightly and Dhani also broke in her arms.

She was crying very loudly and Avyaan went to Siya's other side and hugged her from behind. Siya kept a hand on his head.
