"Siya...Siya, are you okay?" Advitya was banging the door of the bathroom while Aayti was sitting on the bed with Adhyant.

He had got vaccinated this morning and now because of the fever he has become grumpy and was crying. While Siya just came back home from the dance academy and rushed inside the washroom on the ground floor.

Advitya and Aayti who have seen her running in the bathroom have come behind her. Siya opened the door of the bathroom.

"Hey, Siya, are you fine?" Advitya asked as he saw her coming out of the washroom. She nodded her head and with the slow steps she walked besides him weakly. She sat on the bed where Aayti was already sitting.

She was feeling too weak to open her eyes. So, as soon as she sat on the bed she laid on it and closed her eyes. Aayti kept her palm on her forehead to check if she also had a fever or not.

Her guess was right she was burning due to fever. Advitya held her hand and checked her body temperature which was high according to the normal temperature of the body.

"Siya...Siya..." Advitya tapped on her cheeks but she didn't respond and her head swung on the other side.

Without wasting time he took out his phone and called a doctor. While Aayti was dandling Adhyant who was trying to get the peace but he was in pain already and felt that his mother's attention was on his badi maa. His cries have become louder.

Aayti was trying to handle both but couldn't. Soon Advitya came back after calling the doctor and showed his hand to Aayti. He made Siya laid properly on the bed as her half body was swinging out of the bed.

"Aayti, you go to our room and send Dhani here. He is already crying very much." Advitya rubbed Siya's palms.

Aayti picked her phone and called Dhani. While he was getting irritated by the constant noise of Adhyant's crying and on the other side he was tensed seeing Siya unconscious.

"Dhani, come down to the guest room fast. Siya, bhabhi is not well." Saying this she cut the call and stood up from the bed.

She stroll here and there while taking him in her arms. She was waiting for Dhani because she was already very stressed and seeing Advitya was making her more stressed and he was calling to his someone constantly.

Dhani rushed down to the guest room but found no one. Then she checked two more rooms and found nothing. She checked the guest room just in front of the living room and then she found Siya who was lying on the bed. Her ears pierced with the sound of Adhyant's crying.

"Aayti, take him upstairs. I am here with bhabhi." Dhani said and sat on the other side of Siya. Seeing Dhani, Advitya also went to the balcony and Aayti quickly rushed to her room.

"Pickup the freaking phone bhai...." He groaned and saw Adrakansh's number on his phone. Then he called Avyaan but he also didn't pick up the call.

Just after the party Adrakansh, Nivan, Abhay and Kabir got the call from the mafia groups and then they had to leave for Italy. And just 2 days ago Avyaan also had to go for some work. He didn't want to but Adrakansh has called himself.

In the meantime the doctor has also come. She asks Advitya and Dhani to wait outside. Advitya was still busy with his phone while Dhani was also trying to reach Avyaan. They both haven't even called anyone after going to Italy.

After 15 minutes the doctor came outside with a tense face.

"What happened doctor? Is she okay?" Advitya asked and came forward while Dhani also stood beside him.

"No, Mr.Sherawat she is not well. We need to admit her to the hospital. As she is pregnant and with that she has a high fever. So, without taking any risk. I would suggest you take her to the hospital." She replied and waited for their reply.

"What bhabhi is pregnant?" Dhani asked with wide eyes the happiness and excitement was visible on her face.

"Okay doctor you just go and prepare everything for her." Saying this he didn't wait for anyone's reply and went inside the room.

Dhani's excitement and happiness went out of the window when she realized about her condition. Doctor went outside and before Dhani could go inside the room. She saw Advitya was carrying her in his arms.

"Don't stand here like a ghost, follow me." Saying this he went out and the guard opened the door of the car. While Dhani sat inside from the other side. He settled her in the car and sat on the passenger seat while the driver took his place.

After half an hour Aayti came downstairs. She made him sleep and left a servant beside him. She went directly to the guest room where everyone was. But when she found no one she checked Adrakansh's room but it was empty. She was shocked and confused at the same time. Then her eyes went to a servant who was passing through the same corridor.

"Laila, wait," Saying this Aayti stopped that servant.

"Yes, mam?" She was bowing her head.

"Do you know where Advitya, Dhani and Siya bhabhi are?" She asked and waited for her reply.

"No, but when the doctor came. She said something to Sir and then he took Siya madam in his car with Dhani mam and went in the car." She told everything to Aayti which she saw.

"Ohh okay." She rushed to her room and picked her phone from the side table. She went directly to the balcony.

She called Advitya whose phone was busy so she called Dhani who picked her call in one ring.

"Dhani, how is bhabhi? And why did you guys take her to the hospital?" She asked worriedly.

"She is inside the ward and the doctor said that bhabhi is pregnant and her high fever can affect her child. So, that's why we needed to shift her to the hospital." Dhani explained everything to her.

A wide smile spread on Aayti's lips.

"That's great news. Have you guys informed Ansh bhai? He will be very happy to know this." Aayti in happiness.

"Adi bhai is trying to reach him but he is not replying to his calls." Dhani bent a little and tried to find Advitya but he was not in the corridor.

"Then tell him to Avi bhai..."

"Do you think that we didn't try it? He is also not answering his calls." Dhani said and made a sad face. Her anger's thermometer has crossed every level of anger.

Before Aayti could reply her anything a servant came running to her.

"Mam...Mam ... .Adrakansh sir and Avyaan sir are here..." The servant informs Aayti, Dhani has also heard her. Aayti cut the call and rushed outside.

Aayti knew that their helicopter will land on the helipad of the terrace. But she heard their voices from the living room.

"Where is everyone?" Avyaan asked the servant who was standing with the tray which had the two glasses of water. He took a glass and looked at the servant.

"Sir-"

"Bhaiya, Siya bhabhi is admitted to the hospital..." Before the servant could reply anything a loud voice fell in Adrakansh and Advitya's ear.

They turned and saw Aayti who was standing on the stairs. Adrakansh raised his head from the head rest and looked at her .

"What happened to her?" He stood up from the sofa and asked her impatiently.

"Bhai, actually she has got high fever and she is p-"

"Mam, Adhyant baba is crying so much...." Before Aayti could give him full information a maid came out from the lift with Adhyant who was crying.

"Aayti, you take care of him. Me and Avyaan are going to the hospital." Saying this, Adrakansh rushed outside followed by Advitya.

At the hospital Dhani was sitting on the bench and waiting for the doctor to come out from Siya's room. As they were doing her tests. Advitya was sitting on the bench which was just in front of Dhani's bench.

Dhani has already informed him about Adrakansh and Avyaan. Now, they were calling him but he was not picking up their call.

Soon the doctor came outside with Siya's reports. They both stood up from their seats.

"Mr.Sherawat, where is her husband. At this crucial time we need him here. And I need to discuss her reports, it's urgent." She said and looked at Advitya who sighed.

"Doctor, can you wait for sometime. Bhai is on the way," Advitya gave her pleading look to which she nodded.

"Okay, and one of you guys can meet her. Now, excuse me." Doctor said and went towards her cabin. Advitya looked at Dhani and nodded.

Dhani went inside Siya's room and looked at her pale face and weak body. She kept her palm on her stomach.

"Hey, baby. Please be fine. Mumma will be okay soon." She whispered and sat on the stool beside Siya.

She caressed Siya's head and felt her temperature which was still high.

"Bhabhi, please wake up..."

Advitya was pacing here and there when he heard some footsteps. As soon as he turned a loud slap fell on his face which had not only made him numb. But the surroundings become also silent.

Dhani also stood still in her place when she saw that Adrakansh had slapped Advitya, which was also very hard.

Her eyes met with Avyaan and a shiver ran in her body seeing his red eyes filled with rage.

But why?

"Bhai...." Advitya whispered and held his cheek where he had gotten the slap.

"Don't you dare to call me bhai. You couldn't even take care of Siya in absence. Ohh how can I forget that you were too busy changing your baby's nappies. And why the hell were you not picking up my calls? I have got the news about how you handled the company behind me and Avyaan. By losing 3 freaking crores deals." Adrakansh shouted while Advitya and Dhani looked at him unbelievably.

"Bhai-" Dhani tried to interrupt when Avyaan held her arms.

"Don't be an intruder and don't forget you also ignored all my calls." Avyaan spat but this time Advitya slapped Avyaan very hard. Which was very shocking then he turned

"Don't you fucking blame her. We both tried to call you both but you guys didn't pick up. If it's about taking care of Siya then a bhai you can never understand this thing. And changing my baby's nappies is such an important task in my life which my wife is doing alone because her motherfucking husband is trying to fulfill his family's responsibilities. By not giving her and Adhyant my time. Which they're seeking for. But don't worry I'll return that lost amount to you." Saying this he turned and walked a little but he stopped.

"Doctor, was calling you so don't forget to meet her." With this he went directly outside.

"Unbelievable...Bhai he didn't attend the meeting because a day before yesterday Siya bhabhi's ankle twisted at the dance academy. Then yesterday he took her to the hospital for some routine check up. He was not even available for Adhyant when he was getting the vaccine today. But rushed here when he heard that bhabhi is not well. He is the one who took her to the hospital today." Dhani left her arm from Avyaan's grip.

"Dhani, stop it, don't take his side." Avyaan roared and got a hard push on his chest.

"I am not taking anyone's side. I am just stating the facts. If you feel that there's no one who can take care of bhabhi other than you bhai then be with her. And you Mr.Avyaan Singh Sherawat today I broke every relation with you. When a husband can't support or even talk to her wife when she needs him the most then it is worthless to be with him." Saying this she turned and rushed outside.

Avyaan didn't try to stop her and sat on the bench. Adrakansh heard everything but didn't react and turned to the Doctor's cabin.

"Ohh Mr.Sherawat come in." She kept a report on the desk which she was reading.

"Doctor, what has happened to my wife?" He sat in front of her.

"She has got a high fever and it's very risky for the babies and it can affect your babies, Mr.Sherawat." She explained and passed the ultrasound reports to him. He looked at the report with his blurred vision.

"Are you a serious doctor?" He asked and touched the report where there were two small dots visible to him.

"Yes, Mr.Sherawat. I know that you are not aware of it as yesterday when Siya came for the check up. She told me that you're out of town. It's been 8 weeks since she is pregnant." Doctor informed him.

"But it's been 8 weeks and I didn't see any difference in her body and there was no sickness she had." He asked confusingly. While hugging the ultrasound reports to his heart.

"That's normal, you don't need to worry about that. But you need to be more careful now towards your wife and babies as it's her first trimester. Today, I will keep her in the hospital until her fever gets down." She said and wore her glasses.

"Okay, thank you doctor and can I meet her?" He asked and stood up from the chair.

"Don't thank me. Thank your brother, he was always there even when she came yesterday. And today he himself called me at your mansion but when I found her condition was getting worse and asked him to take her to the hospital he rushed with her here. Before I reached here everything was already prepared just on his one call. You have got a great family Mr.Sherawat. And yes, you can meet your wife." She smiled and again drowned herself in the reports.
