“Please, Ansh, wake up. Now, please don't trouble me. I promise I won't leave you ever.” Saying this Siya's tears fell on the back of Adrakansh's hand.

“Ansh, I love you and you know that very then why are you doing this with me. I know that I wouldn't have left you but I was completely broken that time. And I am saying that I won't leave you then trust me.” Siya held his hand in between her hands.

It's been 10 hours since the surgery was completed but there was no positive sign from the doctors as he hasn't responded yet. They said that he might not want to live now. That’s why this whole situation is getting worse.

Siya heard that someone was talking outside. She stood up from her chair.

“Okay, now I have to go because if anyone sees me here then they will tell Adi bhaiya and then his guards will throw me out.” Saying this she placed a kiss on his head which was covered with bandages.

Siya quickly wears the mask on her mouth and goes outside with the stethoscope in her neck. It was  the only way for her to meet Adrakansh as Advitya's bodyguards were all around the hospital.

As soon as Siya came out of the room there were two bodyguards on each side of the door. But they didn't react as she was in the doctor's uniform.

After coming out of the room she changed her clothes and hid her face while covering it with the dupatta. She was looking here and there as she just wanted to be sure that nobody would see her. Suddenly she bumps into someone.

Siya closed her eyes and waited for the hard hit which was going to get after bumping to the floor. She felt that she was swinging in the air. She opened her eyes and her eyes widened.

“Raghav jii…” Siya whispered and saw his face. He pulled her towards him and she landed on his chest.

“How are you, Siya?” Saying this he removed a few strands from her face while she was still looking at him shockingly.

Avyaan was pacing in the private room. Dhani was looking at him constantly.

“Avi, sit down, you haven't slept since yesterday and if you walk like this constantly then all your energy will drain.” But hearing Dhani he didn't stop and walked like this constantly.

Sighing loudly Dhani got up from her seat and held his hand. She turned him towards her.

“What happened?” She held his face in her palms which looked very dull and the dark circles were all around his eyes. His always smiley shining faces turn pale.

“Dhani, Bhai has not got his consciousness back yet and the doctors are saying anything can happen like we can lose him or he might slip into a coma. And Advitya is not letting Siya meet bhai. He does not understand that bhai needs bhabhi right now so badly.” Saying this he rubbed his forehead with his fingers.

“It's Okay, what if the guards are not letting her in but you can help her to bring here in the hospital. The guards won't even doubt you, right?” She asked and kissed on his forehead while going on her tips.

“And please don't take too much stress once Adrakansh bhai will meet Siya bhabhi he will be alright.” She said and he nodded his head.

“Thank you so much Dhani. For supporting me and for being with me all the time.” He placed a gentle and a small kiss on her lips.

“I am always with you now go fastly…” Saying this she passed him a small smile. He nodded and rushed outside to the hospital garden where Siya was sitting for many hours.

When Advitya prohibited her from entering the hospital she just sat in the garden and didn't even move a bit.

“Advitya, why the hell you're not understanding Siya bhabhi is his wife. You can't stop from meeting him.” Aayti shouted and a loud cracking sound fell in her ears.

“Shut up just Shut up. You know that I am already in stress Aayti. So, don't add more to my plate. You don't know how bhaiya was so sad when he didn't see her before going to the OT.” He said sternly.

“You will regret this. Whenever bhaiya will wake up and find her then you will realize your mistake. Bhaiya's last hope is Siya bhabhi and if he gets to know about how you have stopped her from meeting him he will definitely tell you the value she has in his life.” Saying this she didn't look at him and picked her baby from the bed and went out.

Advitya roughly ran his hand on hair and closed his eyes tightly in frustration.

“Yesterday Papa got his cardiac surgery that's why I am here.”

“Ohh, how is he now?” She asked.

“He is fine, it was just a small surgery…” Saying this he looked at her who sipped her coffee.

“So, why did you leave the orphanage without informing? I have even tried to contact you many times but it wasn't working. The kids, the orphanage, my family and I were missing you Siya.” He said and sipped his coffee. She chuckled and looked at him who was looking straight like he hadn't said anything weird.

“Actually I was not well and then I shifted to Vrindavan for sometime. I just came here today.” She said and sighed.

They both were sitting on the hospital's garden's bench with the coffee in their hand.

“Ohh, any specific reason? Answer only when you feel comfortable….” Saying this he looked at her expressions like he was trying to read it.

“No, there is no specific reason, it's just missing my home.” She said in minimal words as she didn't want to create any kind of seed of doubt in his mind.

“Hmm. So, why did you come here? Because I know that you were running from your beast husband.” He asked and again looked straight.

“How do you know this? One second, were you stalking me?” She asked and he shook his head in no.

“I don't need to stalk you Siya for knowing how your husband treats you.” With this he again moves his eyes from her and sips her coffee.

“Raghav jii, I don't know what you're saying. But if my husband treats me well or not it's my headache not yours. And I don't want your sympathy.” Saying this she also looked at different sides.

Raghav sighed and kept the empty cup of his coffee beside him and looked at her intensely.

“Siya, I wanted to tell you this before but I never got the chance. I know that you have faced a lot in your life and I really don't care about your past. I want to be a better part of your future. So, Siya, will you move forward in your life with me?” He asked and forwarded his hand in front of her.

She looked at him shockingly. And then glare at his hands. Still she replied in calm tone

“No, I am happy with my husband and now he is my present future and whatever you feel. You're a really nice man Raghav jii. But you won't get the Siya in this life.” She has a small smile on her face. He also chuckled and shook his head.

“Why do you love him? I mean I know he never treats you right and don't dare to take his side.” He asked and she smiled at him.

“I don't know, maybe because he is the best as a person. I know that he gave me pain but still as a human being he is very nice. He took care of his brothers when they needed him. He never cared about himself and built a solid career so that whatever he faces in his life his brothers won't face it. I love his honesty and I really love him. So sorry Raghav jii I can't be yours.” Siya said and looked at him who had serious expressions.

“Hmm so that means it's confirmed that in this life Siya won't be Raghav's?” He asked and she nodded furiously in that she was looking very cute.

“In this life you have to manage without Siya. Maybe in the next life you will get her.” She replied and he made faces.

“Okay.” He nodded with a chuckle. Soon they bid bye to each other and Siya stood there till he didn't disappear in hospital.

“I knew you always had feelings for me Raghav jii. But this Siya only belongs to Adrakansh Singh Sherawat. But I hope that you also get your soulmate soon.” She mumbled to herself.

“Bhabhi, you're here and there bhai gets his consciousness.” Siya turned and saw Avyaan who was panting.

“Really, Devar saa?” She asked in excitement to which he nodded his head.

They ran with him to the hospital and they both reached the Adrakansh’s ward. She entered his room and saw Dhani, Advitya, Aayti, Sammer, Sahil and Laksh.

As soon as he looked at her who was standing on the door he opened his arm for her. She ran and hugged him tightly. When she started crying she didn't realize.

“Ansh, I have missed you….” She sobbed in his chest. He has his eyes closed while taking her in his arms. He was still lying on the bed and she was hugging his torso while keeping her head on his chest.

“If I had any idea that you would come to me like this then I would've gone for this surgery a year before.” Saying this he tightens his hold around her. She hit on his chest.

“You only had your brain surgery but if you ever say this again then I will do the surgery of your tongue.” She glared at him.

“Ohh so my wifey gets the courage huh?” He asked and she nodded and kept her head on his chest again.

While putting her head on his chest his eyes went on Avyaan who was glaring at her. She also glared at him back.

“Ansh, Adi bhaiya was not letting me meet you. And he even told his bodyguards to not let me in the hospital. Then I came here to meet you in the doctor's costume.” She complained to which Adrakansh narrowed his eyes on Advitya.

“Bhai, she and Avyaan had beat me…” He pointed his fingers on Avyaan and Siya.

“Because you needed it, the blind devotee of bhai. Actually you're a fool. I also love bhai but I haven't made any reckless decisions yet.” Avyaan said in anger.

“You—”

“Stop it guys, and Adi I respect your feelings and I genuinely feel blessed that I have got a beautiful family like this who were there to support me in my worst time. But blaming someone for something is not good. If you want to blame someone then you should blame me because I am the reason for this whole situation. I am the one who has treated Siya badly.” Saying this he felt Siya nodding her head positively while still glaring at him.

“Ohh hello Madam Sherawat stop glaring at him and say sorry to beat him. He is older than you, Siya. And Avyaan you too.” Adrakansh ordered.

“No, I won't…” They both said this together. Adrakansh shook his head.

“What if he is older than me? Still I am elder than him in the relation, right Aayti?” Siya asked and looked at Aayti who nodded her head.

“And what if he is 2 minutes older than me? If he does these ridiculous things then I will beat him again.” Avyaan put his arm around Advitya's neck who glared at him but he didn't remove it.

“Well, all's well that ends well. Now everything is fine, so should I say something on this?” Dhani said excitedly.

“No, everything is not fine yet," Siya said and hid her face in Adrakansh's chest.

“Now what has happened?” Everyone asked.

“Actually, when I was coming here my Mami jii was present there at my Virndavan's home. And she let me come here only on one condition.” Siya tries to get up as she knew whatever she is going to say will make him  angry but he doesn't let her.

“What?” Everyone again asked together.

“That I will go back to Vrindavan after divorcing Ansh. I am going to get married to the priest's son.”
