Flasback: Emily ran from home and went to Anna's house. Her mom got know about the drama, and everything is under control. Now let's see what happens?

Me and Anna has been enjoying these three days with loads of food and snacks. We reread all of the seven books of Harry Potter. Anna told me to take the harry potter's official sorting quiz this time.. And i am sorted into Gryffindor!

" I always knew you were a gryffindor! That's why i told you to take the official quizz.. Cause i knew you definitely are not a Revenclaw..you are more Gryffindor.. Your decisions are more like Gryffindors" Anna said with a serious face.

"Anna.. I think they should replace the sorting hat quiz and hire you instead " I chuckled.

"You think that too Emily? I have thought about it too.. Maybe i can do that as my part time job when i won't have any cases for investigation " Anna said thoughtfully.

"How much money do you get for saying useless things Anna?"

" You think this is useless Emily? Do you even know how many cases i get in an year?"

"I don't know and i don't want to know.."

"Do you really think i will let you go without saying" Anna smirked while flipping her hair.
"You go on.. Lemme go downstairs and grab some snacks. Man i'm hungry" i said crashing Anna's dreams.
Aunty has the best snacks ever! Who doesn't love to eat?
Three days went by peacefully.. Or maybe we thought so...

"Annu can you grab me some water? " Anusree aunty asked Anna while coughing. Anna nodded and got up from her sit and went straight to the kitchen.

We were having dinner together, suddenly the front door banged hard.
"Who can it be in this odd time" Aunty glanced at uncle with a worried face.

"You guys wait... Let me see" Uncle told us to wait and went to open the door.
The door flung open and so did Manju aunty.

"Oh..my goodness.. Emily! I was looking for you everywhere... I knew you would be here! Now come .. Come to me.. Let's go home.. I made pasta for you" Manju aunty looked at me and behaved like she cares alot... What a liar... I feel like frying her in hoy oil.

I looked at her rolled my eyes. I could not stand her anymore i was about to give her a comeback but aunty told me to go upstairs and to take Anna with me.

I nodded my head and went to the kitchen.

"Sup bro? Everything alright? What is the noise outside?" Anna asked while handing me the glass of water.

"It's Manju aunty ... She came.. And sewing lies.. Your mum told us to go upstairs..come on.. Let's go" i held Anna's hand when she whispered "Are you mad? We are gonna stay here.. And listen to what they say"
"You mean we will eavesdrop? " i raised my eyebrow.
"Ahha.. Not ' eavesdrop' if you think like that.. It will sound wrong.. Think like fred and george" Anna said and her face lit up like a 200 watts bulb.

"Kk... I guess rules are meant to be broken" i chuckled.

We peeked from the kitchen wall. Manju aunty's eyes were looking like a wolf's eyes searching for it's food.

"Mam what are you doing here in this hour?" Uncle Anish, Anna's father enquired.

manju raised her eyebrow amd smirked" I can say the same thing about you.. What is Emily doing here? I was worried for-" Before she could even step in the house anusree aunty snapped "Please don't worry about her and no need to step in.. Actually i sweeped the floor few hours ago.. So i don't want any garbage on the floor.."

"Bro- aunty is so savage--" i whispered.
"You need to see who's mum she is" Anna whispered back while flipping her hair.

Uncle controlled his laughter and continued his dinner before giving aunty a thumbs up.

"i smell some burns.. Need some ice? " Aunty said.
Aunty is rocking today. Manju aunty's face looked like a boiled egg.

"WHERE IS- uhm. Where is she? " she said faking a smile.
"Do you think i have a lot of time? Please get out. And also give Emily's house keys.. I don't believe you" Aunty said licking her fingers which was blessed with smashed potatoes.

"And why should i believe you? Her mother gave me some responsibilities.. I shall not give you any keys.. You can be a thief.. I heard about your financial crisis.." Manju aunty said.

I feel like smashing this lady's face with raw egg. Like woman give some peace. Don't you have anything else to do without ruining others life? Lady umbi-
Umbridge.

We heard Anushree aunty taking a long breath. She took out her phone and dialled a number.

"Its ringing... Hello? yes saheli? That woman broke into our house... Yeah.. Yeah what? Yes her name is Manju right?.... Yeah that banana faced woman....... Yeah you guessed it right.... No...no they are upstairs.. Listen.. I told her to give the keys.. But she is not.... Yes.. Not agreeing..... Do you want to- Can you hear me? Hello? Yes..
Yes it will be better if you talk to her.. Wait i am keeping the phone in speaker.. Ok wait".

It was mum.

"Hello Manju? See neither i have time to talk to you nor do i want to. I myself told you to take care of my child.. Which you absolutely did not.. But now please don't waste our time here. Give Anushree my house's keys and leave my daughter for good. If you don't give my keys.. Then... We have to talk to the police" Mom said in her face.. Well not in her face technically but in her ears.. If that's a correct sentence.

Manju aunty rolled her eyes and threw the keys on the floor and was about to leave when aunty yelled "Hello there? Do you think we are your servants? Pick up the keys and give them to me".

She rolled her eyes once again and bend to pick up the keys and placed them on aunty's hand.

I couldn't stand anymore.. I shouted while laughing aloud "Don't roll your eyes so much,your eyes will get stuck in those spider's web that is in your brain " .

Anna looked at me and started laughing.
We came out from the kitchen while holding our bellies while laughing loud.
Manju aunty twisted her lips and stomped her feet and flushed in the air in a second.

"Bi-"

"Anushree... Control yourself- there are kids in front of us" Uncle said while patting his wife's shoulder.

Anna and i tried our best not to laugh and continued our dinner.

"Not a word about this incident my dear family ... I have had enough of this Manju aunty nonsense. Please can we eat peacefully?" Anna said folding her hands with her puppy eyes.

"Of course my princess, here have some more chicken, Emily, extra leg piece for you"

"I love my food.. Yummy" i said while chewing the extra pice of leg piece, earning a smack from aunty "No talking while eating"

I got up on my bed and opened the window. The moon was shining.. With her friends, the stars.. After so many days... I got some Peace. It felt like an eternity. Everything seems good finally after so many days. Mother will come back from her long trip ... So will be my grandparents and brother. Oh god i miss him so much...
Sayani aunty will come back and then go abroad... This summer vacation felt longer than it actually was.

"what happened partner?" Anna came from behind.
"Nothing.. Just thinking about what happened " i replied snatching the plate from Anna's hand"Rasogolla?!"

"Yes madam, as you know the saying.. " Anna cleared her voice and said dramatically " There must be a desert after bitter gourd".

"I did not hear that before " i scoffed.

"You do now" Anna smiled.

I threw a pillow aiming her and it landed on her face. She was about to throw the pillow but before she could i hold her.

"I have a better plan partner, wanna stargaze?" i said.
Her twinkling eyes answered behalf of her.

"Stars are like us Anna.. They have clouds go through them in the darkness. Some shine bright and some don't. But at the end the dark cloud go away" I said.

The stars of the night
Shone at my face.
Leading the curiosity of my brain
To a conclusion that nobody guessed.

Little did i know.. That she will go ahead in her life,
With darkness of the clouds
With the brightness of,
The stars of the night.
