Vince looks up at Brett who just spat on him and wiped the blob of salvia off his face, Shawn gets out ring and mutters to himself angrily as he grabs the title from the time keeper. I feel a hand on my back and I turn to see Paul.

"Yo we gotta go." Paul Said

"Okay hold on, Shawn come on." I Said

Shawn walked over to me and took my hand and we all walked towards the entrance way, I looked back at the ring and saw Brett's face which looks devastated. I mean I get he's leaving and he's the champion but there could have been a way different approach with that ending. We're all backstage and Shawn takes me to the locker room with him, Before I could ask him what the hell happened out there the door swings open, it's Brett and his son Blade.

"What the fuck happened out there Shawn!" He gets in Shawn's face and points fingers at him "..Shawn you weren't in on that?" Brett Asked

"No Brett I did not." Shawn Said

"Oh that's Bull." Brett Said

"I telling the truth I have god as my witness, my hands are clean on this one I swear to god." Shawn Said

Brett scoffed and walked over to his son, he sat down on a bench and looked at the ground tapping his foot rapidly. The Locker room door opens and it's Vince, Mark, David and Jim and Brett gets to his feet quickly and gets in Vince's face.

"That's some fucked up thing you did out there huh." Brett Said

"Brett clam down." Vince Said

"No I'm not gonna calm down, you happy now you got what you wanted the title off me!" Brett Said

"You think I wanted to do that! You said you weren't gonna drop the title to Michael's so this was the only way." Vince Said

"I didn't want to do the job for him because he said he'll never do it for me, Jim was there he knows what the hell I'm talking about." Brett Said

"Look I'm sorry I lied to you but this was my call not Shawn." Vince Said

"You know what I'm happy I'm leaving I can't deal with this shit anymore especially from you!" Brett Said

"You can yell and scream at me all you want, believe it or not I'm sorry..." Vince Said

"Don't say sorry because I know you don't mean it, Vince get the hell out." Brett Said

"Brett I'm not scared of you." Vince Said

The tension in this locker room is so suffocating I couldn't wait to get out there, but I can't blame Brett if I was screwed over from a company that I've worked my ass off for years Damn right I'll be pissed.
The two men continued to argue then next thing you know, Brett punches Vince so hard in the face it echoed the locker room and the old man hit the ground. My eyes widen at the sight and Owen, Jim and David pushed Brett back as some of Vince's men helped him up, He staggers while trying to get up but eventually leaves and so does Shawn and I.

After the show the Shawn and I drove to the hotel with Joanie and Paul, usually there would be some chatter going on but everyone was exhausted and would rather sit in silence. We're in our hotel room and I'm sitting on the bed taking off my heels and rubbing my feet which are sore from walking around all day, Shawn came out the bathroom with a towel draped around his waist and his hair which was damp from the shower. I couldn't help myself being the curious person I am, Shawn had this look on his face in the locker room like he wasn't telling me something.

"Shawn." I Said

"Fine you don't want to talk about it but just know that the longer you keep this to yourself, the truth will come out and 20 or 30 years from now sadly people will look back on this night not for the match but just the outcome and they will continue to talk about it and Brett will probably hate you more than he already did..." I Said

I got off the bed and grabbed my towel and walked into the bathroom shutting the door behind me. A couple minutes later I shut the water off and wrapped myself with my towel and quickly got dressed in my oversized "Queen" shirt and underwear. After brushing my teeth I turned the bathroom light off and walked back into the room and Shawn was watching an episode of Sienfled, I crawled into bed and pulled the covers over me and started drifting off asleep, until I heard Shawn let out a loud sigh which made me open my eyes.

"It was Vince's idea." Shawn Said

I sat up and leaned my back against the headboard and raised a brow.

"What?" I Said

"Here's what happened..I'm guessing a few days ago Brett and Vince talked about the finish and he didn't want to drop the title to me especially in his hometown, So Vince invited Paul and I to speak with him and Patt Patterson and Brisco to his office to discuss the ending...which was Vince's idea." Shawn Said

"I knew it." I Said

"Look he wanted to take the blame for it because he didn't want me to get heat for it but I'm gonna get heat anyways." Shawn Said

Damn Brett walked out there no knowing he was about to screwed, that would infuriate me.

"That's so messed up." I Said

"Yeah I know...but it's not like I can't take it back, the line in the sand was drawn there's no coming back from this." Shawn Said

I mean there is one possible way and that's telling Brett the truth but I know Shawn won't do that and Vince will be furious and will fire him.

"Yeah I know." I Said

"I understand if you hate me and—" Shawn Said

"Hate you? Why would I hate you, sure what happened out there is really fucked up but...your hands are tied. I mean I would encourage you to tell the truth but you and Vince made a deal already.." I Said

"This is gonna bite me in the ass one day isn't it." Shawn Said

I leaned over to him and he pulled me closer laying his head on me as I ran my fingers through his hair.

"Probably but I hope one day you and Brett could get pass this." I Said

"Hmm maybe." Shawn Said

"Thank you for telling me the truth." I kissed his temple

"No problem." I Said

Shawn looks up and gives me one of the sweetest, most tender kisses ever which I returned back to him and the two of us kiss like that for a while, but
pretty soon after the kisses become hungrier and hungrier.
