Sonya is laying down in her bed, she's reading a magazine with the fan blowing on her with the window cracked open. The door opens and it's her little sister Ryland.

"Hey." Ryland Says

"Hey." I Said

"I don't know how your sitting in here, it's like a Sauna." Rylan Says While Putting her hair in a ponytail

"Ryland you've been living here ever since you were born, how are you not used to the Texas weather yet" I Said

"I don't know but I can't stand it" She Sighs." It's like the sun is getting hotter and hotter every single summer." Ryland Says

"Yeah I feel that way to but" I Get off the bed." Looks like you gotta deal with it all the way till Fall just like everyone else." I Say As I playfully boop her on the nose

"Yeah Yeah, Mom made lunch if you want to eat." Ryland Says

"Yeah I can grab a bite real quick." I Said

Ryland and I leave our bedroom, we walk downstairs then into the kitchen where Mom (Laurie) is making grilled cheese sandwiches, I walk to the refrigerator and open it to grab the juice.

"Hey Ma." I Kiss Her Cheek

"Good Afternoon Sonya, you missed breakfast." Laurie Says

"Sorry I was out last night, I couldn't get out of bed." I Said

"Where you out drinking last night?" Laurie Asks

"Mom I'm 23 remember." I Said, Then takes a sip from my cup

"Yeah I remember." She Places the plate of sandwiches on the table. "There's lunch eat up." Laurie Says

Ryland and I sit at the table and grab two grilled cheese sandwiches.

"Where's Dad?" Ryland Asks

"He's fixing up the car, since your sister messed it up the last time she drove the damn thing." Laurie Says

"How many times do I have to say it was an accident." Ryland Says

"Yeah Well accidents don't fix cars huh." Jack Says Entering The House

"I only dented the car door that's all." Ryland Says

"And the engine to." Jack Says

"No Dad that engine has always had problems." I Smiled

"The girls are right, Jack you've had that car since Cade & Dylan was born...they are 25 years old, don't you think it's time to get a new car." Laurie Says

"No all she needs a fix, I need to fix the oil pump and boom she's back." Jack Says

"God you are so cheap." We All Say In Unison

"Shut up, I came in to grab a sandwich." He Picks up one. "I'll be out back if you girls need me." Jack Says

Jack leaves, Ryland, Mom and I laugh and go back to eating. Later On I hang out with Cade, Dylan and Ryland around town. We Stop at the infamous bar in town that everyone goes to, this bar is where I snuck my first beer at 16.

We walk inside everyone we know is there, I make my way to the bar and slaps the surface. "Hey Donny what's up" I Say

"Nothing much been dealing with drunks all day, looks like I'm about to deal with the Sawyer's huh." Donny Says

"You Bet, What do you want Ryland?" I Asks

"Um I'll just take a beer." Ryland Says

"Wanna play it safe huh." I Smile

"Shut Up." Ryland Says Smiling

"Hey Uh Two beers for us to Donny." Cade Says

"I don't know are you two gonna start trouble tonight?" Donny Asks

"What No come on Donny we'll behave." Dylan Says

"We Promise." Dylan & Cade Says

Donny rolls his eyes then grabs four beers and hands them to us, Throughout the night the swayer siblings party. I play some guys in pool, I  shoot the ball and it goes inside.

"HAHAHA! I win I win pay pup losers $200." I Say Lending my hand out

"Your so Lucky we actually like you Sonya." Will Says

"I'll beat her next time." Jacob Says

"Yeah Yeah, you keep saying that boys but I beat you every time." I Say Collecting my money

Donny changes the radio station and "Hot For Teacher" By Van Halen plays. Ryland downs her beer and grabs my arm and pulls me to the dance floor where be both start dancing like crazed maniacs, Dylan and Cade watches us and smiles.

Dylan and Cade drops us off at moms house, Ryland is a little more drunk than I am so I'm the one who's responsible for her tonight.

"You sure you got her?" Dylan Asks

"Yeah she's only 117 pounds, I can carry her." I Said

I wrap Ryland's arm around my shoulder so I can hold her up, She smiles at me and I return one to her.

"Night girls, we'll see you tomorrow." Cade Says

"Night, love you." I Said

"Love you too." Dylan & Cade Says

Dylan starts the car, he backs out of the drive way and pulls off. I reach in my back pocket for the keys, I put them in and I open the door.

"Are we home yet?" Ryland Asks

"Yes we're home, But Ry you gotta keep quiet dont wanna wake mom and dad." I Say

"Ohhh right." Ryland Says

I laugh a little then I help Ryland up the stairs, Our room door opens and I lay Ryland down on her bed.
I pull take some of her clothes off and pulls the covers over her.

"Thank you Sonya." Ryland Says

"No problem Baby sis." I lean down and kiss her forehead." Night Ry."

I take off my Jean shorts and white Star Wars shirt, I put on my pajamas and make my way downstairs into the kitchen, I grab a cup and turns on the sink to get some water then the light turns on.

"Who's there?" I Asks

"Me the women who has work in five hours." Laurie Says

"Oh Hey Ma." I Say

"Did you girls just get in?" Laurie Asks

"....Yes." I Say Taking a sip of water

"It's 12 am, I thought you guys said you were going out for a little while." Laurie Says

"Mom we never said what time we'd be back, but hey we're back okay." I Say

"Okay Sonya I'm not doing this all summer okay." Laurie Says

"Doing what?" I Asks Confused

"This you and your sister partying every night, coming home at midnight waking your father and I up you know we have jobs to go to in the morning." Laurie Says

"I know." I Say

"Why can't you just get a job huh." Laurie Says

"I tried mom no one's hiring." I Say

"Okay Then I'm Gonna ask the obvious questions that I've been dodging asking you for months now, what are going do with your life?" Laurie Asks

"....Um...we'll I have a plan." I Say

"Okay Then shoot." Laurie Says

"Well I'm still working on it Ma." I Say

"Sweetie you've been back home for a year now, I'd figure right after your college graduation you would have had a job by now." Laurie Says

I Scoff "Me To Ma."

"Okay so what uh....what about those wrestling shows. You spent most of your college experience Wrestling." Laurie Says

"Mom I know, look I haven't wrestled since April.
I've tried getting booked to wrestle but nothing" I Said

"Baby look I'm not trying to be a bitch to you, All I want is for you to do something with your life. Sonya your 23 years old these are the years you have to cherish because you won't get them back Baby." Laurie Says

"I know Mom." I Say

"Okay, Promise me something will you." Laurie Says

"What?" I Say

"Before the year ends you'll figure out what you want to do with your life." I look up at her "Promise me." Laurie Says

"Yes...okay Mom I promise." I Say

"Okay Then now I'm gonna head back to bed, make sure your sister vomits in the bucket this time and not the carpet." Laurie Says

"Gotcha." I Say

"Okay Goodnight sweetie." Laurie Says

Mom walks back upstairs, I refill my cup with more water and heads back upstairs. I take one more sip of water then I lay down and falls asleep.

It's Been months since Mom and I had that conversation in the kitchen about my future, Luckily that motivated me to get up and fix my life. I went back to wrestling which made me happier, Over the summer I worked a few matches made some decent amount of money and improved my wrestling skills as well.

One night in August, after my match I was approached by a man named Ted Turner who's the CEO of a company named WCW, he was scouting some talent for his company and he loved my matcha and was really impressed, He asked me if I'm interested in joining his company and of course I agreed.

Tonight's is my debut in the company, Last week Ted and I talked about my role in the company, Since there isn't that many female wrestlers on the roster I won't be wrestling a whole lot which bummed me out, But Ted came up with another idea. He said that he wanted to make me a manager and I'll be managing Bryan Pillman.

𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 1996

After Spending a year in WCW I've had some ups and some downs but I don't regret being there. Working with Bryan was a blast, I loved being a Heel for a while and thankfully I made enough money so I moved out my parents house. Now I live in my own two bedroom apartment in Austin Texas, My Contract expired with the company even though Ted wanted me to resign I politely declined because I was offered a three year contract with world wrestling federation.

Today Vince invited me to his office to discuss my debut match tonight against Jacqueline. I don't know why I still get nervous talking to him, I mean he is Vince McMahon after all. Later on throughout the day I walked around the building introducing myself to wrestlers even though they intimated me.
It was time for my match I made way to the women's locker room, I walked inside there was a few stares from Sable, Debra and Sunny, But the ones who actually took their time to introduce themselves was Jacqueline, Ivory, Lita and Terri.

It's Around 8:50 pm, The show started almost an hour ago. I put on my gear and I did my own makeup which thankfully I'm good at because us women have to do our own makeup. I had my gear made two weeks ago from my friend Sheila who's the best at making gear.

I found a quiet area and started stretching my legs and arms, I focused on my breathing trying to calm myself down. A production guy found me.

"Sonya your on right now, follow me." He Said

"Okay." I Said

I follow the production guy to the gorilla area where Vince, Bruce and Many other higher ups watch from the backstage are during the show. The match between Freddie Joe Floyd Vs Hunter Hearst Helmsley just ended with Hunter losing, He and Freddie walked through the curtain and right pass Jacqueline and I. Hunter took a quick glance at me and turned towards me.

"Hello I'm Hunter, I don't believe I seen you around." Hunter Lending his hand out

"Yeah I'm New My Names Sonya." I Shake His Hand "Nice to meet you Hunter....wait weren't you on WCW?" I Asks

"Yes." He Smiles. "Wait now I remember you, your um the girl that was with that Bryan guy huh?" Hunter Says

"Yes Bryan Pillman." I Smiled

"That Kid is talented, how is he though?" Hunter Asks

"He's good, I call in on him to see what's up and check on him since I'm not over there in WCW." I Say

"That nice of you, usually when girls are managers to guys they stop talking them when they break up." Hunter Says

"Yeah well I'm different, I actually grew a friendship with Bryan. He's a cool guy hopefully I'll see him soon due to my new schedule." I Say

"Yeah I know what you mean, So do you have a match or something..." Hunter Says

"Yes I Do, when this commercial is over I'm gonna have my first match against Jacqueline." I Say

"Cool, Good luck out there Rookie." Hunter Says As I Smile

"Thanks." I Say

"Okay Sonya and Jacqueline your up." Vince Says

Jacqueline gently pats my shoulder, I send her a small smile. She makes her way to the ring first, Vince gives me a thumbs ups and I make my way through the curtain. I look around the arena and a smile grows on my face seeing thousands of people in attendance.

I do my entrance to the ring, on my way down the ramp I high five some of the fans especially the kids.
"Introducing the challenger from Dallas, Texas weighing in at 134 pounds...SONYA HALE!"

When the announcer said my name it reality set in, this is really happening I'm actually in a WWF ring.
I stood on top of the second rope and pointed to the fans waving at them and I focus my attention back to Jacqueline, The Reff rang the bell and finally I get to show the world who the hell Sonya Hale is.
