It was early in the morning at the Jedi Council Meeting.
The Jedi masters questioned Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Giselle about last night's events.

Giselle couldn't get any sleep, she spent all last night staying guard to protect Padme and to get questioned by the Galactic authorities about the situation.
She could faint at any moment of being very tired.

Anakin tried not to laugh seeing how cute Giselle tried to maintain herself awake, by not letting her eyes close to fall asleep.
He kept smiling at her.

Everyone in the Jedi Council wanted to figure out who was the bounty hunter trying to kill Senator Amidala.

"Track down this bounty hunter you must, Obi-Wan," Master Yoda said.  

"Most important, find out who's he working for," Master Windu replied.

"But what about Senator Amidala?" Obi-Wan asked.

"The Senator still needs protection," Giselle added. Anakin nodded reassuring Giselle.

"Handle that, Anakin and Giselle will," Master Yoda said.

Giselle and Anakin nodded to Master Yoda.

"Anakin, Giselle, your job is to escort Senator Amidala back to her home planet of Naboo, she'll be safer there, and don't use registered transport," Master Windu explained.

Giselle nodded obediently but Anakin spoke up.

"As the leader of the Opposition, it will be very difficult to get Senator Amidala to leave the capital, " Anakin sighed.

"Until caught, this killer is, a judgment she must respect," Master Yoda replied firmly. 

"I know how the Senator acts, I've been her friend for a long time, and she will not take well the news," Giselle said. 

"But capable, you are, Giselle, to handle this" Master Yoda smiled at Giselle. Giselle smiled back at her father. 

"Anakin, Giselle, head to the Senate and ask Chancellor Palpatine to speak to Senator Amidala about this matter," Master Windu said. 

Obi-Wan, Giselle, and Anakin bowed to all the Jedi Masters and left the room. They begin to walk down the hallways of the Jedi Temple.

"Since you two have a task together, I better find more information about this bounty hunter," Obi-Wan said walking off to the Jedi Archives room. 

"So, we better get going to the Senate to talk to the Chancellor," Giselle said walking with Anakin to the Starfighter hanger bay.

"yeah, we have to convenience Padme to leave the capital for her own safety, it's important," Anakin said with concern.

"I'm sure the Chancellor will convenience her, but as far as knowing Padme for many years, she's very um stubborn," Giselle chuckled. 

"Hmm very funny, Master Yoda once commented to me how you were such a troublemaker as a kid, that you always cause trouble everywhere you step into," Anakin laughed making Giselle blush.

"Hey, not funny!! Says you the chosen one that always ends up in problems and needs to be rescued by his Master," Giselle laughed. 

Anakin laughed and started to play with Giselle's blonde hair with his fingers.

"Um, why so interested in touching my hair," Giselle asked feeling Anakin's fingers caress her hair.

"Oh just for a lovely distraction, I love your hair," Anakin chucked.

"HA HA HA, stop it, we better hurry," Giselle said while she and Anakin got to the hanger bay. 

"Hey, the last one on the speeder is a rotten egg!!" Anakin ran towards the speeder.

"I'm coming!!!" Giselle laughed chasing Anakin to the speeder. 

Anakin got into the yellow speeder they used last night in the chase.
Giselle jumped inside buckled up.

They flew across the highway of speeders to get to the Senate.

Anakin and Giselle were seated in the Chancellor's main office in the Senate.
They were discussing the situation of Padme's choice not to leave Coruscant.

"I would talk with Senator Amidala, she will not refuse an executive order, I can assure you of that," Chancellor Palpatine said.

"Thank you so much, Chancellor, " Giselle smiled.

"Thank you, your excellency," Anakin said.

"Ah so you two have finally been granted an assignment, both your patience and hard work has been paid off for both of you," Chancellor said congratulating Anakin and Giselle.  

"Thank you, Chancellor, that's very kind of you," Giselle said.

"I will need more use of Guidance," Anakin replied. 

"You don't need guidance, Anakin, in time you will learn to trust your feelings, then you will be invincible," Chancellor said to Anakin. Giselle was not understanding what the Chancellor meant by those words to Anakin.

Those words send shivers down Giselle's spine.

"I have said it many times, you're the most gifted Jedi I have ever met," The chancellor continued.

"Thank you, your excellency," Anakin replied. 

"I see also how you and Giselle are becoming the greatest Jedi of all, even more, powerful than Master Yoda," The chancellor said.

Giselle furrowed her eyebrows. She was becoming more uncomfortable with the conversation, the chancellor's words scared her. She looked over to see how calm Anakin was.

She on the other hand was very uncomfortable and confused.  She also didn't like how the Chancellor mention how she and Anakin were becoming more powerful than Master Yoda.

Her own father!!

"I mean I don't mind becoming powerful, but I want to control myself, I need more guidance and wisdom in my future, I don't want to end up corrupted, sometimes power can lead into the Dark side," Giselle thought in her mind.

"Thank you for your time, your excellency, but me and Giselle must go now," Anakin said.

"Of course, you two are dismissed," Chancellor Palpatine said.

Anakin and Giselle bowed to him and exit the room.

Palpatine sat in his chair and smirked to himself.

"Young Skywalker is growing strong, very strong, the dark side is his rightful place, as well as his partner, Giselle, but she's seems slightly familiar, like I have seen her face somewhere," The Chancellor said to himself.

Anakin and Giselle were back in Padme's head-quarters.

Padme was busy in her bedroom packing her luggage to her trip back to the planet of Naboo.

"I should try to talk to her," Giselle said to Anakin.

"Actually let me try, I want to help," Anakin reply.

"Ok, I'll be out here" Giselle said sitting in the lounge area with R2.

"I'll be back" Anakin winked at her.
Anakin smiled sweetly at her and entered Padme's room.

Giselle blushed and looked at her feet embarrassed and shy.
R2 beeped next to her.

"He totally loves you," R2 beeped.

"R2 how can you say that! He's just being friendly and funny towards me!" Giselle giggled.

"Nah, he's being flirty with you! I see the way he looks at you," R2 beeped.

Giselle chuckled. Then sighed.
"Yeah I admit I see it, but I... I just can't break the Jedi Law,"

"But you love him right?" R2 beeped.

Giselle thought deep into the question. She just encounter Anakin after such a long time,
she liked at him as a crush when she was a kid, right now she can't deny she actually loves him.

"Yes, I love him, but it pains me how we can't be together," Giselle sighed sadly.

R2 beeped sadly too next to her.

Meanwhile inside Padme's room Anakin watched how Padme put all her dresses in her closet inside her luggage back.

"Dang lots of clothes in a small luggage," Anakin said.

"Don't be crazy, I have 10 bag luggage's in total, I need my dresses to look like a proper Senator," Padme said.

"I'll just will never understand the amount of clothes women will need," Anakin chuckled.

"Very funny, anyways how's your day? Especially with the love of your life with you," Padme reply smirking.

"Ah it's been fantastic, I just love her so much, I need her so much," Anakin sighed daydreaming.

"Aww how cute, but there's a tiny problem," Padme said.

"What is it?" Anakin asked.

"The Jedi law, no attachments," Padme said.

"Ugh fuck that," Anakin groaned annoyed.

"I didn't make the rules," Padme shrugged.

"I just want to be with Giselle, I love her, I can die if I don't be with her," Anakin sighed in frustration.

"I'm sorry, Anakin, I wish things were much simpler," Padme said.

Then an idea struck inside Anakin's mind.

"I have an idea, maybe me and Giselle's relationship can be kept secret, I know it's risky but I can sacrifice anything just to be with her," Anakin said confidently.
He knew the risks, but he wasn't afraid in trying for the love of Giselle.

"You're bet confident about this, but I wonder how Obi-Wan will say about this," Padme replied.

"I won't tell him, I'll be very discreet, I will do anything just to be with Giselle," Anakin said.

"Hmmm, then the first step is wining her heart," Padme smiled.

"That shouldn't be a problem, especially for me," Anakin smiled.
