Every few centuries, a new god is born, but whether he or she is worthy of that title is another story.

At the beginning of creation, the first council of gods was feared and respected. They were followed by what mortals on Earth call the Egyptian gods who were succeeded by the Greek gods and then the Roman gods.

The gods protected the galaxies and their inhabitants from their thrones in Eden or what mortals call "heaven".

After the fall of the Roman empire, the gods decided that it was time to step down and that their children were ready to take their place. But succession is not so simple.

Trials are created to test every new and upcoming generation of gods to prove to the whole of Eden that they are worthy of ruling the universe and bringing about a new age. The trials cater to each god though each generation of trials may have similar patterns. But be warned that the trials can be deadly-to fail one costs your life.

The new council calls themselves the Zodiacs.
