The next morning was filled with more chaos than a normal school morning. The kitchen was filled with everyone, doing their breakfasts at once. Cereal, plates, bowls, everything was scattered on the kitchens counters and the kitchen island.

"Who's eaten all the bran flakes?!" Amber asked loudly as everyone were talking over each other

"Who takes a shoe?" Jerome asked, as he hopped into the kitchen, putting his shoe on as he stood next to Leah and Patricia

"Patricia, what's burning?!" Jerome asked. Patricia gasped, turning and picking up the very burnt bit of bacon

"I hope you like your bacon well done!" She spoke. As the chaos intensified, Fabian yelled, "Stop!" The whole room went silent and looked at him, "We can't go on like this! We're going to starve"

"We need Trudy back!" Patricia spoke up

"And those cameras taken down!" Nina added

"We need to show them that we mean business" Patricia spoke, "And I know exactly how to do it"

Turned out, Patricia's plan was for them all to sit around the table with their textbooks out instead of leaving for school

"What is going on here?" Victor asked as he walked into the dining room to see them all still sat around, "Get to your lessons immediately!" He demanded

"Not until you've taken down the security cameras!" Patricia spoke

"And brought Trudy back" Nina added

"And gotten softer toilet paper" Amber spoke, causing eyes to fall on her, "What? We're making demands"

"You dare deliver ultimations to me?" He questioned, glaring at everyone, "I'll soon bring you all to your senses when I speak to Mr Sweet about having you all thrown out of school"

"You don't have the power!" Leah spoke, soon raising her eyebrows, "Wait... do you?" She asked, innocently upon noticing the caretaker's scowl looking directly at her

"Oh, Miss Jones. I have more power than you could ever imagine" Victor spoke. Leah slid down her chair slightly, pretty much believing him, "Now get to your lessons unless you're prepared to suffer the consequences" They all look at each other to see if anyone was prepared to leave

"Thing is..." Mick was the first to speak up, "Its this sports scholarship" Mick sighed, standing up and collecting his items, "I need a good reference from the school"

"There's a class on sea cows I really want to hear," Mara being the next to speak, "Sorry Patricia" Mara apologised before following Mick out

"My parental units will kill me if I get expelled from yet another school" Alfie spoke, quickly gathering his stuff

"Yeah, bad idea anyway" Jerome spoke, following Alfie

"So much for solidarity!" Leah shouted at her boys as they left the room. Amber was the next one to stand, slowly and nervously

"Amber?" Nina spoke softly

"I'm sorry," She said, "I'm really sorry, I'm just scared of the consequences" Amber whispered

"Very wise, Miss Millington! Very wise indeed" Victor spoke. Amber rushed out of the door and Victor closed it behind him, turning back to the 4 left sitting at the table.

"And we have the ringleaders" Victor spoke, walking back up the table, "I'm giving you one last chance. Go. To. School"

"No!" Nina spoke breaking the silence Victor created between the 4

"What did you say?" Victor questioned

"I think I said no..." Nina spoke, more quieter

"Yeah! She said no" Fabian spoke up

"No" Patricia spoke

"No!" The 4 said simultaneously. Victor grew frustrated and pointed at each of them before leaving the room.

That whole day, Leah sat between the table and the sofa, trying to work through the first draft of the play that Amber dropped her into. Fabian sat across from Leah on the sofa, working something out and Nina and Patricia were at the table at opposite ends.

Fabian stood up from his seat, gesturing Leah to follow him as he tapped Nina's shoulder. He led them into the kitchen and showed them his notepad

"1922?" Nina asked

"The year Tutankhamun's tomb was discovered" Leah spoke

"That's what the numbers meant" Fabian spoke

"Check you out!" Nina praised him, "Can you imagine if theres really relics from Tutankhamun's tomb hidden in Anubis House?" Nina spoke

"This could be huge! And our next clue must be linked to this date" Fabian spoke

"Wait.. How can we find stuff with the cameras?" Leah asked.

"I have a plan" Nina spoke. Leah raised her eyebrow. Most of Nina's plans do end up in them getting caught by Victor so it seemed right for Leah to be cautious.

Nina, Fabian and Leah stood in the entryway, by the camera which pointed in the direction. Nina held up Leah's small compact mirror to look at the sarcophagus, without Victor being suspicious, yet he probably already was after the Trudy/Cellar situation.

Nina gasped, "Its 1922" Nina flipped the mirror closed and passed it back to Leah. Fabian took off his school jumper, "Okay, when I say go.. you girls have around 30 seconds max to get a closer look"

"You do have a plan... right?" Leah questioned

"Uhm..Yeah" Fabian threw his jumper up to the camera, "Go!" He spoke. Leah and Nina ran forward and searched the sarcophagus for anything that could contain a clue. Leah heard Victor's footsteps exit the office as Fabian went to distract him at the top of the stairs. Nina had found a small compartment which thankfully contained a folded piece of paper

"Yes!" Nina exclaimed. They fixed their outfits before Victor reached the bottom of the stairs with Fabian following closely behind

"Oh yes! How very amusing" Victor spoke. He reached up at the camera and pulled Fabian's jumper off as Fabian glanced at the two girls who whispered that they found another clue. Nina, Leah and Fabian joined Patricia back at the table as they continued to do work when they heard Victor's footsteps descend down the stairs and the front door slam shut, meaning he had gone out

"He's gone out. Let's check out out new clue" Fabian spoke. Nina opened the folded piece of paper as Leah, Patricia and Fabian moved forwards to read the clue

"Beleathered and clasped. Here is the only place where yesterday always follows tomorrow" Nina read aloud

"Beleathered and clasped?" Patricia spoke

"An old briefcase?" Fabian suggested

"How about an old diary or a book?" Leah suggested

"Like it" Patricia smiled

Nina gasped, "Remember when we got the chandelier out from under the stairs. There was a bit box of leather-bound books in there" She spoke

"Okay, let's take a look while he's out" Fabian spoke. They all stood up and followed Nina and Fabian over to the cupboard. Patricia and Leah sat out of the cupboard door on Victor watch as Nina and Fabian sat inside, rifling through a box of books

"I can't find one with a clasp" Nina spoke

Fabian let out a sigh, "We need something that has something to do with the clue.. The only place where yesterday always follows tomorrow"

Nina found some old photos and she looked stunned as she glanced at one photo

"Fabian..." Nina shudders, "Look, it's from 1925" Fabian sat down next to Nina to take a look at the photo

"Victor..." Fabian muttered, "Well, he looks exactly the same as he does now"

"Hurry up. He could be back any minute" Patricia turned and poked her head through the door

"What's wrong?" Leanna asked, noticing Nina and Fabian's facial expressions, "You both look like you've seen a ghost"

"I think we have" Nina spoke. Fabian pulled the photo towards Leah as she took it from Fabian's hands.

Leah let out a gasp, "What the-" She muttered, looking at Victor on the photograph

"-Whoa!" Patricia spoke

Leah walked down the stairs alone the next morning to see IT guys on ladders removing the dreadful cameras as she went to meet Jerome and Alfie, like clockwork

"So Victor, it's back to good, old-fashioned room searches and peering through keyholes, eh?" Jerome's voice spoke as he and Alfie walked down the corridor towards their housekeeper

"Don't you three have classes to get to?" Victor spoke. Jerome let out a sigh as he and Leah made their way towards the front door, shortly followed by Alfie who stopped for a second

"Hey Victor! Have a nice day!" Alfie spoke. He went out to join Leah and Jerome as they walked off to school together.

Patricia, Amber and Nina walked down the stairs as Victor turned to look at them, "I may not have my cameras any more, but I'm still watching you, remember that" Victor spoke before moving off.

Leah had eventually met up with Nina, Amber and Patricia as they walked down the corridor where they were greeted by Fabian at his locker

"Guys! Guys!" He spoke, in a hushed tone as he opened his bag to place his keys back in, "I woke up early this morning and went back down under the stairs and I found this," Fabian pulled out a brown book and opened the cover to reveal some fancy writing

"H.G Wells, The Time Machine?" Nina read, looking at Fabian confused

"Yeah, er, it's 'beleathered' like it says in the clue and it's about time travel so it could be 'the only place where yesterday always follows tomorrow" Fabian spoke

Nina gasped, "Yes! What did you find?"

"Well, nothing yet. But if it's in there, I will!" Fabian spoke

"Oh! Amber wants to see the photo of Victor the ever-living" Patricia spoke. Fabian looked through his bag and pulled out the black and white photo they had found the day before and handed it to Amber

"That is so creepy!" Amber spoke

"It gets even creepier. There are two or three other ones, all from different years"

"And that same Victor is on all of them" Leah spoke

"Do you think he's a ghost or I don't know... a vampire?!" Amber asked

"No, Amber. I do not. Although I do think it's confirmation of the existence of... an elixir of life" Fabian spoke

"Okay, so now we've got proof, can we go tell someone? Please! This is just getting too scary" Amber asked, handing Fabian the photo back

"We have got the photos to back it up" Nina added

"Who do we show them to?" Amber asked

"It's not enough proof. Photos can be doctored"

"Fabian's right... We need to get our hands on the elixir itself" Leah spoke

"That means going back down to the cellar" Amber spoke

"If it means going into the cellar again then that's what we'll do. We'll go back and steal some of the stuff, bring it back and get it analysed" Fabian spoke, "Don't worry. I'll do it myself"

"No! We're sticking together. I'm coming with you" Leah added

"Me too!" Nina added

"I'm coming too" Patricia added as well, leaving only Amber to agree. The four looked at their blonde friend, "Sibuna, Amber?" Patricia mentioned

"Come on! You started this club. You named it and everything, it's not the same without you"

Amber let out a sigh, "Sibuna" She held her hand over her eye

"Sibuna" The other four followed. They moved off to class, not even noticing that Jerome was hiding in the doorway next to them, listening to their every word as he brewed up a prank in his head

"Yes. Yes. Oh, yes!" Jerome spoke, excitedly as he walked up to his best friend who was sat reading a magazine.

"What?" Alfie questioned

"We, buddy, have just been offered the opportunity for best prank of the year" Jerome spoke, sitting down next to Alfie. Patricia and Mara walked in and sat near them as Jerome went over the prank idea. Leah walked in and took a seat in between Patricia and Jerome. He cut off his conversation as he noticed her presence.

"Good morning, everyone!" Mr Winkler spoke as he walked into the room, "Listen, before we start today's class, I'd like to draw your attention to this sheet of paper on the wall here. Anyone who's interested in auditioning for the school play, sign your autograph up there"

"Leah, how are you doing with the script?" Mr Winkler asked

"Leah's all over it. Right, Lee?" Amber spoke

Leah shot Amber a glare before turning to Mr Winkler, "I-I've written some of the early scenes but I'm not sure if they are good enough yet"

"Don't worry about it, okay? It's all a work in progress but I would like to start auditioning for next week, if that's okay" Mr Winkler spoke

"Next week?" Leah asked, "Yeah, sure no problem" Leah spoke before sinking down in her seat

"I'm sure it'll be great, Leah" Fabian spoke. leah sat up and walked over to sit next to Fabian

"I'm not. I went with the Sarah theme... Since Nina's friend practically inspired me, I just hope I'm writing the right thing" Leah spoke, in a hushed tone as she sat forward to inform her friends

Leah, Amber, Patricia, Nina and Fabian all walked back home together and as they managed to pile through the door, engaged in a conversation, when they were greeted at the sight of their favourite housemother back doing what she does best.

"You're back!" Amber shouted as she ran over to Trudy and hugged her tightly

"Ah! It's so good to see you!" Patricia spoke

"Be careful, sweetie! You'll break my ribs" Trudy spoke as she turned to see the five standing around her

"Trudy, Trudy, Trudy, Trudy, Trudy! I'm so pleased to see you!" Amber spoke, jumping up and down

"Welcome home, Trudy. We've really missed you" Leah spoke

"And you have no idea how much" Fabian spoke

"Seriously, we've all lost weight. Welcome home!" Nina spoke

"Can I help you with dinner tonight? Or cleaning, anything. I've just missed you so much" Amber spoke

"Thank you, sweetie, but no, schoolwork comes first" Trudy spoke. The front door creaked open and Nina, Fabian and Leah shot their heads around to see Victor standing there, "Trudy"

"Victor" Trudy spoke

"The hall is not a lounging area" Victor shooed the five away. Leah, Nina, Amber and Patricia headed upstairs as Fabian walked down the corridor to his room. Following the drama lesson, Leah sat herself at the kitchen table as she attempted to get some scenes fully written in time for the auditions, despite all the Sibuna stuff she had to do

Later that afternoon, a chanting sound began to enter the living room as half of the housemates, being the girls except Leahร , chanted Trudy's name

"For you, Trudy" Mara spoke, handing Trudy a bunch of flowers, "We're all so pleased to have you back"

"Oh. Stop it, you guys" Trudy spoke as she began to tear up

"Don't cry. Cook!" Alfie spoke as everyone chuckled at his comment

"Time to put your feet up, Trudy!" Patricia spoke, "We'll finish this, won't we, Mara?"

"Yep" Mara spoke

"And Alfie is going to make you a cup of tea" Patricia spoke

"Am I?" Alfie asked

"Does he have to?" Trudy asked

"Hey, it was just a tiny fire, last time" Alfie spoke, causing yet another ripple of laughter.

"And I bought you some cake, Trudy. It's not as nice as yours" Amber spoke

"Oh, that looks lovely, sweetheart... It is good to be back" Trudy spoke. Amber and the others led Trudy to the sofa as they delved into the cake and Alfie attempted to make Trudy a cup of tea.

It was now midnight, again, and the Sibuna gang headed down to the cellar, led by torchlight to find some elixir. Fabian led the group, followed by Leah with Patricia, Amber and Nina trailing close behind. Fabian managed to find a light switch so they didn't have the torches for a while

"Surprise, Surprise" Patricia spoke

"It's all back in place" Nina spoke as they looked at the table that lay in the centre of the cellar once again, "He may be creepy, but he is good"

"Even the stuffed cat" Amber noticed

"Right, we know why we came here. Let's get searching" Fabian spoke. The gang separated in small groups to search for anything that looked like the elixir they witnessed Victor drinking many weeks ago

The sound of the electricity crackled before fizzing out, surrounding the gang in almost darkness again. Leah jumped, clinging onto Fabian's arm as Nina gasped

"it's okay, it's okay. Don't worry" Fabian reassured everyone, even the now scared Leah, who never really got scared. They continued to search, now being led by their torches. A sound of clinking made the gang jump again

"What was that?" Amber asked, looking around. Leah, who was still holding onto Fabian's arm, Fabian, Nina and Patricia moved over to Amber to investigate the sound. Nina constantly looked at Leah and Fabian as she held onto his arm and he didn't pull her off.

"Victor's been busy" Fabian spoke, admiring all the bottles filled with liquid

"Which one is it?" Nina asked as Fabian lifted up a bottle which contained an ornage liquid

"This was the one I saw him drink" Fabian spoke

"Are you sure?" Nina asked

"As I can be. It looks the same" Fabian spoke

They tried to ignore the sound when it happened again, this time even louder and more of a wail instead of a creaking noise

"Okay, this is getting too creepy and way to risky. Can we just go back upstairs?" Leah spoke

"Hey, we've gotten this far" Fabian attempted to reassure his brunette friend as his other brunette friend continued to eye up the pair

"I really hope that was another cat" Amber spoke, "Here Puss" Amber attempted to call for the suspected cat as the gang huddled together. A creaking noise came from the cupboard in front of them as the door opened, revealing two figures in creepy costumes. Each and every one of them screamed at the sight of the two creepy figures as they staggered towards the five before they sprinted away upstairs away from the two figures.
