The trio, Murphy, Bellamy, and Wells had all regrouped and were walking along the river. Auriella didn't particularly like being with the boys, but she had no choice. "Hey, how do we know this is the right way?" Murphy questioned.

"We don't. Spacewalker thinks he's a tracker." Bellamy spoke up. "It's called 'cutting sign.' fourth-year earth skills. He's good." Wells backed Finn up. "You want to keep it down or should I paint a target on our backs?" Finn spoke up.

"How about we all shut our mouths." Auriella mumbled as she glared around at the boys. She really just wanted to find Jasper and get back to the dropship.

She heard a scoff from Murphy as she watched Finn inspect a broken branch and bend down. She walked over and bent down beside Clarke to see what he was looking at. It was blood. They were on the right track.

The trio glanced around at each other before hearing a moan come from in front of them. "What the hell was that." Murphy inquired as Auriella and Clarke perked up and looked ahead of them.

"Now would be a good time to take out that gun." Clarke spoke behind them to Bellamy. The six of them began to jog in the direction of the moans. As they came to the clearing of the woods, Auriella's eyes widened as Jasper stood, pinning up on a tree.

"Jasper." Clarke called out as her gaze settled on the boy. "What the hell is this?" Auriella mumbled as she looked around. "Oh, my gosh." Clarke spoke as she started to walk out towards Jasper. "Clarke, be careful." One of the boys hesitated before following her out.

"What the hell is this?" Bellamy questioned as the rest followed Clarke. Before Auriella could even react, Clarke had slipped into a trap. Auriella watched as Bellamy caught her.

She let out a relief filled sigh but realized that he wasn't pulling her up. Auriella heard as Finn and Wells shouted to pull her up, but Bellamy was still just staring down at her.

"Bellamy pull her up!" Auriella shouted as she looked over the edge into the spike filled hole. She watched as he still wasn't doing anything. "Damn it, Bellamy." Auriella shook her head as she grabbed Clarke's other hand and started to pull her up on her own.

Bellamy finally realized what Auriella was doing, starting to help Auriella pull her up. With Bellamy and the others joining, they were able to get Clarke up.

Once Clarke was fully pulled out of the pit, she fell onto Auriella. The brunette wrapped her arms around the griffin girl subconsciously. "You, okay?" Auriella mumbled, her heart rate slightly slowing down. She saw Clarke shake her head, raising her head and meeting the latter's gaze.

Clarke saw the worried expression on the brunette's face. Her gaze softened towards Auriella as she saw the worry spread over her face turn into a glare aimed at Bellamy. Both the girls stood up, Clarke being helped up by Finn.

"We need to get him down." Clarke spoke, her attention back on Jasper. Even though the blonde was focused back on Jasper, the brunette wasn't. She felt anger towards Bellamy. How was he going to hesitate to pull her up? She couldn't believe it. "I'll climb up there and cut the vines." Finn said. "Yeah, yeah, i'm with you." Wells spoke as he began to follow Finn.

"No. Stay with Clarke and watch him." The brunette boy protested as he nodded up at Bellamy.  "You. Let's go." Finn continued, talking to Murphy. "There's a poultice on his wound." Clarke spoke up, inspecting Jasper's chest from the ground. There was a lead across the spear wound, seemingly protecting it. It looked like they were saving Jasper, so why would the string him up on tree?

"Medicine? Why would they save his life just to string him up as live bait?" Wells questioned. "Maybe it's to lure something." Auriella inquired.

"Maybe what they're trying to catch likes its dinner to be breathing." Bellamy spoke up. The brunette girl scoffed dryly. "Maybe what they're trying to catch is us." Finn spoke from under Jasper. Auriella and Clarke shared worried glances at the words the fell from Finn's lips. The Williams girl couldn't help but feel a pang of worry that this is the way she was going to die, a slow painful death, one she didn't want.

"Hurry up, Murphy." Finn said as they were untying Jasper's hands. "Be careful." Clarke yelled up at them. "Or don't." Auriella shrugged. Clarke elbowed her hard in the ribcage, causing a groan to fall out of her mouth. "Just trying to lighten the mood." Auriella mumbled as she held her side. If she was honest, she wasn't trying to lighten the mood, she was trying to distract herself from how terrified she was. She felt like death was near and it was lurking in the woods.

"What the hell was that?" Murphy perked up as a growl was heard from the woods. "Grounders?" Bellamy questioned as they all looked in the direction of the sound.

Auriella watched as a panther came into the light. Her eyes widened when it started running towards them, causing her to stumble back. "Bellamy, gun!" Clarke yelled.

Auriella saw Bellamy reached for his gun but pulled out nothing. "Where is the damn gun, Bellamy?" Auriella screamed as the panther started circling them.

The brunette's eyes shot towards Wells as gun shots fired from his direction. Why did he have the gun? How did he get it? She backed up as she saw Wells step in front of Clarke, protecting her.

Auriella stood beside Bellamy as the panther disappeared. They all looked around, not knowing where it was. The boy stood in front of the blonde stopped firing the gun, waiting for it to show back up.

The brunette heard a low growl come from behind her. She turned around and saw the panther rise up from the tall glass. She let out a scream as she tumbled back and landing on the grass. She heard the one last gun shot hit the panther as it collapsed onto the ground.

"Now she sees you." Bellamy spoke over to Wells. Auriella felt a hand on her arm that lifted her up. She knew it was Bellamy but she was too focused on Clarke.

She saw as Wells looked towards Clarke, but her eyes were solely focused on Auriella. The blonde's gaze never left the brunette's while they each made sure the other was okay, not paying attention to the boys on either side of them. Clarke was noticing Auriella, not Wells.

Luka sat around a fire, next to Octavia and Atom. "Y'all are so cute, you know that." Luka said in a sarcastic tone as she saw Octavia and Atom start to hold hands. "Shut up." Octavia leaned over and whispered.

Luka stifled a laugh as she leaned her shoulder into the latter. Octavia was starting to grow on her, she still didn't like Bellamy but his sister wasn't half as bad as him. If she thought about it, she would consider the girl her friend.

"Just saying, what's your brother going to think?" The smaller girl inquired, whispering into her ear. She felt the Blake girl shrug against her shoulder. She kept her gaze locked in the fire but Luka knew that she was thinking about it. He wouldn't like it.

"What's up with you and Auriella?" Octavia changed the subject, her attention changing from the fire to the girl beside her. She heard a small sigh come from the latter, her hand coming up to rub her temples. "I don't wanna talk about it." She mumbled.

Octavia understood, siblings can be tough, but they're still your family even if in auriella's and Luka's cause they weren't blood. They were still family, the only family they had. "She really cares. I can tell." The slightly older girl spoke.

"I know, trust me I know. It's just she doesn't think I can take care of myself. She treats me like a child." Luka shook her head, throwing a small stick into the fire. Octavia's gaze softened towards the girl. She knew how hard it was to be treated younger than you were, but that's what older siblings do. They look out for you and you can't change that.

"I get that, but you can't be mad at her just for looking out for you. She wants to protect you, that's all." Octavia shrugged. She heard a small scoff come from the latter, a hard swallow following. "Are you ever not serious?" Luka chuckled, her gaze meeting Octavia's as she bumped her shoulder against hers once again.

"Oh I'm always serious, I definitely didn't get dragged by a fucking river monster because I'm so serious." Octavia chuckled with Luka. The smaller girl shook her head before she heard shouting from the other side of the fire, both Octavia and her looking away from each other.

"They're back!" A kid in the crowd of the delinquents yelled out. As those words hit Luka's ears she started running towards the group. She scanned the six kids for Auriella.

What Octavia had said got to her and she knew that she had made a mistake for talking like that to Auriella. She was starting to really resent her feelings towards her for the past few days. She realized that it could have been the last thing she ever said to her and that killed her inside.

"Auriella?" She yelled as she scanned the faces of the kids. "Yeah?" Luka heard her voice as someone stepped out of the crowd. She immediately recognized her as Auriella.

Before Auriella knew it, she felt Luka's arms wrapped around her torso. Her eyes widened as she was hit with shock, not expecting to come back to a warm welcome from Luka. The smaller brunette had her arms wrapped around her sister so tight it was starting to get hard to breathe but she didn't want to let her go.

She was so relieved that she wasn't hurt. She didn't know what she would've done if the last conversation they had was the one before she had left.

She hesitantly wrapped her arms around Luka, resting her chin on the top of her head. "Are you okay?" Luka mumbled into the fabric of Auriella's clothes.

"Yeah, yeah, i'm fine." Auriella replied, confused why Luka had changed her attitude towards her all of a sudden. Auriella started to pull Luka away from her body, "Hey, what's wrong. Did something happen or-

-no, no. I was just scared something happened. I'm sorry, Ella." Luka shook her head as she looked up at her sister. "So, does this mean you're not mad at me anymore?" Auriella chuckled as she fully looked down at Luka, seeing the worry in her eyes.

"I guess." Luka stifled a laugh as she back away. "Auriella, come on." Clarke shouted over towards her, her and the others entering the dropship. "I'll catch you later, okay." Auriella brushed Luka's cheek with the palm of her hand before rushing into the drop ship to help Clarke.
