Loud music boozed through the enormous film set where Kingo was supposedly in, and it didn't take long to find him in between the glamorous and bright colored costumes, since he was the lead dancer in the act. Cameras were filming the scene, moving across the sides to get a better view, but all the group could focus on was their old friend dancing with a smug smile on his face.
Sersi seemed to find all this genuinely interesting, since a smile was formed on her lips as her gaze flicked across the colorful set. Ikaris had his eyebrows furrowed, as if he couldn't process what he was seeing. Sprite watched uninterested with an exhausted look, but all (Y/N) could do was bite back a laugh with her hand.
All of them were busy looking at the dance that they didn't notice a man walking up to them with a smile on his face. "Welcome," he greeted in Hindi.
"I'm Karun Patel," he chuckled, now speaking his words in English. "Kingo's valet." At this words, Ikaris and Sprite turned to face Sersi and (Y/N), having no clue of what that meant.
"It's truly an honor to be in the presence of the great Eternals," the man, now known as Karun, said with his hands clasped together.
The scene continued rolling, and more dancers filled the set as flower petals fell from above to add detail to all the choreography. Kingo was still in the center, but now he was dancing with the main woman from the act. The music stopped and the dancers posed, standing still for a millisecond before Kingo broke the silence.
"Cut!" he yelled, and everyone broke from their pose. "Okay, everyone, that was good. But we could do 10% better."
A woman approached him to spray and comb his hair but Kingo's eyes drifted off to the group standing on the side, who were slowly clapping to the dance. When Kingo noticed them, he let out a squeal of joy. "My friends from college are here."
Kingo walked away from everyone and joined the group with open arms, walking up to Ikaris first as the latter clapped his hand on his back. "Hello, boss! Perfect timing!"
Kingo pulled away. "Welcome to the set of 'Legend of Ikaris.'" he gestured to the set behind him, and Ikaris seemed surprise to hear his name. "I'm playing you! You like the costume?"
"We need to talk," Ikaris told him.
"Tell the director I have some notes for him β "
"We need to talk to you in private," Sprite cut him off, not bothering to be subtle about pointing to Karun beside her, who was looking deeply interested about what was going on.
"Oh, Karun, he's worked with me for 50 years. I trust him completely," Kingo shrugged off, and then leaned back to (Y/N). "Actually, when we first met, he thought I was a vampire, and he tried to stake me through the heart."
"I have apologized so many times," Karun said with an embarrassed tone.
"Not quite enough times. Very close, though. I'll let you know," Kingo winced before he gasped. "Oh, I have to get ready for the next scene. Come to my tent, we'll talk there."
He guided them away with an enthusiastic tone and all (Y/N) could do was follow after him with the rest of the group behind her.
"You guys are gonna love the next scene. I come in on a wire 'cause, you know, I can't fly," Kingo rambled as he rummaged through his belongings. "Wait, are we getting back together?"
"We need to talk," Sersi tried to interfere.
"I've been waiting for the day the world knows the true identity of the Shadow Warrior," Kingo continued, carefully putting on eyeliner.
"Ajak's dead," Sprite blurted out before she winced since she received a smack in the arm by (Y/N) at her bluntness.
At this, Kingo paused his movements and the eyeliner stood shakily in his hands, and he looked back to face them from his chair.
Ikaris spoke up. "She was killed."
"We think it was a deviant," (Y/N) crossed her arms.
Kingo stayed silent and Karun stepped aside to order the cast and crew members of the set to leave everything for privacy, yelling words in Hindi indistinctly. The lights shut off after that, and the main door opened to allow all of them out.
"The Deviants are back," Ikaris continued. "We don't know how many there are."
(Y/N) sighed as Kingo didn't utter a word, staring at the mirror emotionlessly. She stepped forward and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Can you come with us?"
Kingo stood up from his chair and walked away from them without another word, heading towards the main door where he could perfectly see the cast waiting for him patiently.

After a while, Karun was able to convince Kingo to join them in their trip, and he even offered a better ride to meet the rest of the Eternals in an easier way, which of course was a private plane.
The sky was bright and clear, and (Y/N) could see it perfectly from her own seat next to a window, facing Sersi and Sprite. Ikaris was sitting on a stool near the bar, fixing himself a drink and Kingo walked out a door with Karun behind him.
"Seven thousand years," Kingo announced and everyone's heads turned to look at him with questioning looks as he saw how Karun carried a camera. "That's how long the battle between Eternals and Deviants has raged for β "
"What β " (Y/N) frowned but couldn't say more.
"Shh!" Kingo spared her a glance and she raised her hands in defense, already used to his dramatics. He turned to face the camera as if nothing happened. "You think I'm a movie star. Well, I am. But I am also. . .an Eternal."
"Kingo, what are you doing?" Sprite asked.
He sat down on the seat next to (Y/N) and he leaned his elbows on his knees. "I think we should be remembered, so. . . I am making a documentary about us."
Kingo faced the camera once again. "You are about to meet my fellow Eternal, Sprite," the annoyed look on the girl's face only grew at this. "Sprite, tell them about yourself."
"Oh, wait," Sprite pretended to search for something in her jacket's pocket before he flipped him off, her form disappearing by an illusion.
Kingo rolled his eyes. "Okay, well, we'll circle back to her."
Now, the camera was glaring directly at (Y/N), who was just minding her own business and groaned when she realized she couldn't escape like Sprite on this one. Karun was deeply interested on what she was about to say and wore a smile on his face, and she couldn't bring herself to say something to him.
"This is (Y/N)," Kingo announced to the camera. "My sister in arms, my pal, a close friend β "
"Okay, I think they got it," (Y/N) patted him in the shoulder and he cleared his throat as he gestured to Karun to focus on recording.
"Tell them what you can do," Kingo continued.
(Y/N)'s eyes scanned the area to come up with something before she let out a dramatic gasp as she pressed her finger to her cheek to pretend she was thinking of something. "Right. How can I. . ."
She opened her palm in a quick way and water immediately splashed on Kingo's face, soaking part of his hair and stained his purple jacket. He seemed to be expecting this, since he only wiped the water out of his eyes and faced the camera as if nothing happened.
"My favorite trick of mine," (Y/N) said to the camera, and she could hear Sersi biting back a laugh. "A classic."
"I'll get you back for that one," Kingo pointed a finger at her.
"You always say that," (Y/N) rolled her eyes at his exaggeration.
"Anyways," Kingo spared her one last threatening glance which caused (Y/N) to chuckle as she shrugged innocently as the camera moved away from her. The lens was now fixed on Sersi, who was busy typing on her phone to notice.
"This is Sersi," Sersi looked up from her phone and Ikaris sat down on the seat beside her. "Sersi, tell them about yourself."
"Uh. . ."
"We're rolling."
"I can change a rock into water. Uh, I could turn a rock into wood," Sersi spoke awkwardly before she gained confidence, adjusting herself on the seat and grinning. "Or a rock into metal. Actually, one time, I turned a rock into air."
"Cut," Kingo cut her off. "Um, you know what? Why don't you think about it, and we'll get back to you, okay? Let's go."
Kingo stood up and walked over to the front of the plane, where a door with his initial stood in his way to the cockpit. (Y/N) spared one glance at Ikaris and Sersi, too busy in the latter showing off what she had on her phone and she shuddered at their awkwardness. She hoped that if they were going to see him again, it wouldn't be the same as this.
"Nobody ever wonders how you managed to be the leading man for over 100 years?" Sprite questioned as she stuffed her mouth with popcorn.
(Y/N), who was internally wondering the same thing, sat down on another seat and waited to hear Kingo's answer.
"Oh, I don't know what you're talking about," he said innocently. He pointed over to the first poster of his movies in the wall. "That is my great-great-grandfather, that is my great-grandfather, grandfather, father, and me."
He extended his arms proudly. "I'm part of the greatest dynasty in the history of Bollywood. Pretty impressive, right?"
"You abandoned me in Macedonia," Sprite snapped, not buying any of his words.
Kingo swallowed uncomfortably. "Okay, I got sick of moving every five years. People freak out when they notice that you don't. . .age."
"I thought we were friends."
"Do you know why I love movies? Because of you," Kingo confessed, sitting across from her. "I missed sitting in the audience, listening to your stories, watching your illusions."
He stayed silent for a while. "We should've all stayed together. Ajak would still be alive."
"She should have never let us go."
