THE WAR OF THE USUPER, more commonly known as Robert Barahteon's Rebellion was known by everyone young and old as one of the great civil wars and was also one of the shortest with it only lasting a year long. With Aerys the Second Targaryen on the throne with paranoia seeping through his old withered bones and erratic purple eyes it was no wonder the great House of Targaryen was usurped despite being the forebears of Westeroes and the one to untie all the Seven Kingdoms under one rule - Aegon Targaryen with his sister-wives Visenya and Rhaenys Targaryen.

And it all started like most wars do, in the honor of a woman or rather girl, namely Lyanna Stark. The whispers of her being 'kindnapped' by the famed beautiful and honourable son of the Mad King, Rhaegar Targaryen the other houses were sent into action at the very thought the heir to the Iron Throne was anything like his crazed father.

Months later the gentle purple-eyed prince was slain by Robert Baratheon himself - the man known for his affection for the kidnapped She-Wolf. With the Prince's death, the Great House of Dragons started to crumble, and pregnant Queen Rhaella and her four-summer-old daughter, Rhaenella and eight-summer-old son, Viserys the Third - the now only living heirs to the Throne - fled to the Targaryen ancestral seat on the island of Dragonstone. The very place where Aegon the Conqeuer sat with his sister's wives and set out to conquer the realms. But she died in childbirth on a stormy night and the three silver-haired children were taken across the seas in exile by loyal retainers in fear of their lives.

But the Iron Throne was not enough and nor was the death of the King and the heir. Stannis Baratheon, Robert Baratheon's older brother went on to conquer Dragonstone and made himself Lord of Dragonstone. A stag upon a throne made for dragons - it was laughable.

With the Sack of King's Landing with the notable yet brutal rape and death of the beautiful soon-to-be Queen of Westeros, Princess Elia Martell - The Dornish wife of Prince Rhaegar and her children, Rhaenys and Aegon. The Rebellion came to an end with the death of the King by a member of his own Kingsgaurd after trying to burn his kingdom in Wildfire. And thus the great reign of the Three-Headed Dragon came to an end or so it seemed.
