❝𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐎𝐔𝐋 𝐖𝐀𝐑❞

LONG HAD APEP, the Egyptian god of chaos, wanted a vessel of his own. He had been a force back in the days, indirectly orchestrating the massive disaster that was the Ten Plagues of Egypt (oh, what fun that had been). As times went by, and that "foreigner from the East" gained more and more followers, he stank into the waters of his own domain, that of oblivion, until he struck a deal with a dark wizard named Tom Riddle. Riddle would be able to perform acts of great magic (the terrifying ones) in exchange for him doing atrocity after atrocity, having known the man's fear of death from the very begining of his life. He, using Riddle, would have sown chaos all over the British Wizarding World, but for a pair of twins - one of which was a Gifter of Ra.

Not wishing to give up, he hatched a more long-term plan. Turning himself into a pitiable prey, he tricked a Muggle into rescuing him from some poachers, commuting another atrocity in the process. It would not be until some years later, that this long game of his, would bear its rotten fruits.

And it all began when a brave, if reckless little girl ventured too far underground.
