CALVIN COULDN'T STOP THINKING ABOUT RUBY.

She was on his mind 24/7 and she was now gone — sure, he had given her, her freedom but she was gone from his life. He had met that one girl that looked like Ruby but he just knew it wasn't her. Calvin couldn't handle it — being alone that is — things were just, back to normal again, and he couldn't handle it. Calvin couldn't do a normal relationship, he couldn't go out into public and walk up to any girl and ask her on a date, he knew what he was thinking and he knew he should never go back to what he did. But that's when the dreams started to come.

SHE WAS DIFFERENT — SHE WAS BETTER.

The woman was petite, brunette, and delicate in his dreams. When she talked, she had the most beautiful voice Calvin had ever heard — Ruby wasn't like that, Ruby was more immature, rough around the edges, and spontaneous. This woman he was dreaming of, she was so sure of herself — so full of something that he couldn't explain with any other word than sex. His dreams ranged from more things than they were with Ruby, dreams where he cried to this woman, went to the movies with her, talked with her under the stars, hell — he had a dream where she had him blindfolded and just teased him — he woke up that morning with an erection and dried cum on his underwear.

SCOTTY BEGAN BRINGING THINGS INTO THE HOUSE.

Calvin knew what this meant, and he started writing about this woman — who her family was, past relationships, personality, clothing style — his dreams gave him more of an idea of who she was than how it was with Ruby and he loved it. This woman was on his mind all the time from when he woke up to when he fell asleep. He knew if he told his brother then he'd be told off so he decided to lie, if his brother asked whose shoes were in the foyer or whose bra was on the couch he'd answer with saying it was his girlfriend's — the only bad part was when he asked what her name was, Calvin never knew what to say.

HE DECIDED TO TRY TO GET HER NAME FROM HIS NEXT DREAM.

How could he be so careless? He's already fallen in love with this woman, and he didn't even know what her name was. He remembered asking her in the dream and she smiled before walking over to him, she pushed his hair back as she answered him — Calvin made sure to remember it — he looked up at her as he sat on the edge of his bed. She leaned down and placed a kiss on his lips and Calvin swore he could taste the strawberry chapstick she always wore. Her name was Elizabeth Dream.
