☄. *. ⋆ i.    ONE THING TO ABOUT KATE SOKOLOV is that she was no one before the Red Room. She was there alongside her sisters Natasha Romanoff and Yelena Belova to become a widow, but years after her and Natasha fled the Red Room's bloody cluthes they went their separate ways and she meets Logan Howlett. A man whose transformed into a wolf life being and oddly enough, they fell in love, but like most things in Kate's life ━━ it didn't last long after he sacrificed himself to help a few mutant children flee.

☄. *. ⋆ ii. SOMEWHERE IN ANOTHER TIMELINE, ANOTHER LOGAN HAD A SIMILAR STORY. Different, but similar; the difference being this Logan never helped those kids across and carried that shame with him until his wife Kate Sokolov died from cancer. He never fell in love again and the guilt of all the lives of those children held over on him like a weight he couldn't carry on his shoulders. Never in a million years did he think he'd see her again or get back in that suit, but fate had other plans ━━ well, wade had other plans.

☄. *. ⋆ iii. IN THAT SAME TIMELINE LOGAN HOWLETT SACRIFICED HIMSELF, Kate Sokolov made her own a few months later. After reuniting with her sisters Natasha and Yelena, she was killed by Dreykov while trying to put an end to the Red Room. Without any anchor beings, Wade's world was doomed to collapse and he'd lose everyone he's ever loved. So, he steals a tempad and travels through the vast multiverse to find another variant of Kate and Logan to save his universe and he's finds them ━━ just ones who aren't as the ones he's known, they've fallen from grace.

☄. *. ⋆ iv. WHEN BOTH LOGAN AND KATE fall into the TVA curtesy of Wade Wilson, they are faced with Wade's burden of his timeline on the verge of extinction and get thrown into the void on a forced quest to help him fix his timeline and save the people he calls family.

☄. *. ⋆ v. AFTER ESCAPING CASSANDRA, Wade, Logan and Kate are lost in the void and run into a group of forgotten heroes; Blade, Electra and Gambit ━━ but one in particular sends a shockwave to Kate and Logan, someone they haven't seen in years: Laura. In the other Kate and Logan's universe, Laura never got the chance to grow up because she never made it across because no sacrifice was made and the both of them just died in the end.

As the heroes plan their escape back to Wade's universe, Logan, Kate and Wade who won't shut up and stop talking to whoever he is about copyright, they find themselves fighting the multiple variants that exist throughout the multiverse. Throughout the journey, Logan ( as stubborn as he seems ) hoped he could rekindle something with the new Kate, even though he knows she's not his.

Neither of them thought they'd find each other again, but the multiverse had other plans.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: deadpool and wolverine was so fcking good i just had to make a fic for it!! just for clarification and old boy hugh was too fine this time arojnd not to give him a fic. just for clarification, ik the whole thing with the mcu and the wolverine movies is confusing and it is to me too — I believe his movies aren't in the mcu ( the avengers universe specifically ), so for my whole red room plot i just added that in with the knowledge that the Logan movies aren't canon to the avengers universe ( ik barely made any sense to me too 😭).
