Ivy looked left and right in the hallway as she noticed Pogo working on Grace. She sighed before sneaking past him slightly and opening the front door. With a breath of fresh air, she set off to look to Klaus.

"Excuse me? Have you seen this guy?" Ivy asked as she showed a picture of Klaus on her phone.

"Sorry hun" the old man shrugged and walked away.

"Hi. Have you seen this guy come in here recently?" Ivy asked the cute old lady working at the donut shop. A older woman and pale male in suits sat at the bar next to her, they looked tired and in a daze.

"I'm sorry sweetie but I haven't. Feel free to ask around though" Agnes smiled at her, making Ivy sigh.

"Thanks" she mumbled before flopping down next to the woman, who looked over at her.

"Rough night?" Ivy asked the lady, who only nodded.

"Me and you both" she sighed. The lady looked over at the male before she looked back at Ivy with wide eyes. Ivy stood up quickly.

"I hope you two have a better day today" she smiled kindly at the two. Cha Cha looked at the girl in shook still and watched her leave.

Ivy had been looking for hours by now, she then came across another guy who seemed to be in his late twenty's.

"Excuse me sir? Sorry but have you seen this guy?" Ivy asked the man who eyed her slightly.

"I haven't, but you I have" he chuckled to himself slightly.

"Excuse me?" she asked him with frowned eyes-brows.

"You have those stores. My wife's bought so many of your clothes then wonders where all our money went" he said with a laugh, making Ivy grin slightly.

"Oh, well i'm sorry about that" she laughed along with him.

"Well you have a good rest of the night" Ivy said to him and went to walk away but hid hand came to her elbow, making Ivy frown her brows and look back at him.

"Where you going?" he asked her and stepped closer, making Ivy step away from him.

"I really need to find my brother" she told him and went to walk away again but the guy grabbed her.

"How about you ditch your brother and we'll go back to mine" he suggested.

"Let me go" she said as she pulled from him but his grip tightened on her.

"I don't think so" he laughed before pulling her.

"I said let me go!" Ivy yelled loudly before she swung her hand, making the nearby tree vines fly forward and wrap around the guy, pulling him away from her.

"What the hell!" he yelled loudly. Ivy's eyes widened before she waved her hand, making the vines wrap around the mans neck and squeeze. He began to pull on them in the air and chocking noises were heard. Ivy's eyes continued to water and then she pulled her hand towards her, allowing the plant to break the guys neck than retreat to the tree.

"I'm sorry" she whispered before walking off.

More hours had past, still no Klaus. Ivy wiped some tears from her green eyes before making her way to the gym she had went to many times when she was a kid. After getting strange looks, she made it to Diego's room only to hear.

"We'll see about that" but before Diego could open the door, Ivy swung it open making her three brothers stop what they were doing and look at her wide eyes.

"Ivy? What are you doing here, you were just shot" Luther scolded her and watched her walk in and down the little staircase.

"What happened?" Diego asked as he made his way to her.

"I cans find Klaus anywhere and I killed a guy" she said as she threw her hands up.

"You killed someone? What happened?" Five asked from the bed. The three guys stared at her, waiting for a answer.

"I- it's a long story" she said.

"Well-" Luther began but Ivy cut him off.

"I don't wanna talk about it right now if that's okay" she said softly as she walked over and sat next to her twin, who immediately wrapped his arm around her. Luther nodded toward her.

"Cmon Ivy, i'm gonna drop you off at the house" Diego said as he waved her over.

"She's staying with me" Five glared.

"No i'm taking her back home where it's safe" Diego glared back. Five stood up.

"Both if you stop it" Luther said.

"I'm gonna go with Diego" Ivy spoke up loudly, making Five look at her with annoyance.

"I need to see if Klaus is back, check on Mom" Ivy said with a nod. Five stayed silent for a moment before hugging her tightly. Once the two let go she hugged Luther, who sat there in surprise before hugging her back.

"I'll see you both in a few right?" Ivy asked as she looked at her two brother who nodded. Diego grabbed her elbow and brought her outside to his car. He stopped her before she could get in.

"What happened?" he asked her, Ivy rolled her eyes.

"I said I don't wanna talk about it" she glared at him.

"And I don't care, it's clearly bothering you enough to get you all shaken and kill the guy so tell me what's up!" Diego yelled but not too, loudly considering they were still in the public's eye.

"He was an ass to me" she shrugged.

"What'd he do?" Diego asked her. Ivy just stared at him before looking away.

"Where is he?" Diego said through his teeth .

"Dead" Ivy said again.

"Good he deserves that" Diego said as he got in the car making Ivy sigh and hop in.

"How could you say that? No one deserves to just die!" Ivy said angrily

"He hurt you. Anyone that hurts you deserves worse than death" Diego said as he started the car.

"What happened to you? Why'd you look so pissed back there?" Ivy asked as she stared out the window.

"Detective Patch.... she's dead" Diego said in a softer voice as Ivy wipped her head to face him.

"I- I'm so sorry Diego oh my god. Do you, I mean do you need anything? I can help you. She-" Ivy started to ramble but Diego waved her off, making Ivy shut her mouth immediately and look away.

"It was her fault, she went without back up. First rule of working with the law, never go anywhere alone" Diego said as he stayed looked at the road.

"You would have been a good detective" Ivy mumbled but didn't bother looking at him.

"Yeah well just another thing to add to the forever long list of things I ruined" Diego said as he pulled up at the academy.

"I'm really sorry about Edora. I really am. But Diego?" She called over to him as she excited the car. He looked at her with an eyebrow raised.

"You don't ruin stuff" Ivy said to him, making Diego chuckle.

"Oh yeah? Name one thing" Diego said back with a eye roll.

"Never ruined me, made me better actually" Ivy said, making Diego stare at her before she flashed him a tiny smile and shut the door before pulling to the Academy doors.

"Miss Ivy? I'm very disappointed you went against my wishes and did not stay in bed" Pogo said to her with a frown as he walked out of the corner.

"I'm sorry Pogo. I should have listen but I couldn't stay here while the people I loved could have been in danger" Ivy said with a sad look .

"Speaking of.. Master Klaus has returned, he was asking for you" Pogo said with a nod before walking off. Ivy smiled slightly before running up the stairs quickly.

"Klaus!" she called out while swinging his door open but didn't see him.

"Klaus! Where are you?" Ivy called out again then heard the door behind her open. She spun on her heels and saw Klaus standing there, looking more broken than ever with tears staining his eyes.

"Ivy" his voice was a whispered as she stared at him.

"I looked for you. I want you to know that I care what happens to you. Never leave like that again without telling me" she said, knowing something bad had happened to him.

"I missed you" he said and took a step forward.

"Is everything okay?" Ivy frowned her brows at him only for Klaus to start crying and shake his head.

"No, not at all" he cried as he took long steps toward her as the two embraced each other forcefully as Klaus cried into her neck as Ivy rubbed his back slightly.

"It's gonna be okay. I've got you, ive got you" Ivy whispered as she rubbed his back some more.

The two had moved to Klaus room now as the two sat in his bed, Ivy sat upwards as Klaus laid in her lap, staring toward the ceiling.

"You okay?" Five asked as he entered Klaus' room with a small knock. Klaus sat up from Ivy's lap so he could look at the thirteen year old.

"Yeah just long night" Klaus said in a low voice .

"More than one from the looks of it" Five added in.

"yeah" Klaus said as he looked over at Ivy.

"Don't remember the dog tags" Five said again.

"Yeah ugh they belong to a friend" Klaus said as he looked down at them. This has caught Ivy's attention as she frowned her brows then shared a look with Five.

"How bout that new tattoo?" Five asked him, motioning toward his right shoulder.

"What's up with the twenty questions?" Ivy glared at her twin who gave her a look.

"You know I don't totally remember even getting it. Look, I do remember this one though. Said I should get something that means a lot to me" Klaus said as he moved his wrist toward Ivy's direction and pointed down to the tattooed vines on his wrist.

"Vines?" Ivy asked with a soft smile as she looked down on it.

"Reminded me of you, the person who means the most to me" Klaus said as the two shared a smile.

"You did it didn't you?" Five chuckled, making the two look over at him .

"What are you talking about?" Klaus frowned at him and tried not to make eye contact.

"You know I can recognize the symptoms Klaus." Five said with a eyebrow raise.

"Symptoms of what?" Klaus asked with a look of annoyance .

"The jet lag, full body itch, the headache like someone shoved a box of cotton into your nose and through your brain. You gonna tell me about it?" Five said to him with a knowing look .

"Your pale, when they broke into the house, shot Ivy, and they couldn't find you.... they took me hostage instead" Klaus glared at him.

"Wow what? That's where you were? They took you?" Ivy said in destress as she moved closer to him and tried to catch his eye but Klaus refused to even make eye contact with you.

"So in return you took their brief
case?" Five laughed making Ivy glare.

"Shut up, Five" she said sternly toward him.

"Yeah I thought there was money in it. Or I could pawn it you know whatever? Then I opened it" Klaus said with a sad tone toward the end.

"And the next thing you know you were where? Or should I say when?" Five asked.

"I say you should leave" Ivy stood up quickly .

"What difference does it make?" Klaus asked, making Ivy stop and look down at him.

"What dif-it-. Okay how long were you gone?" Five asked him annoyed.

"Almost a year" Klaus said motionless. Number Eights eyes widened three times their size at this.

"A year?" Ivy repeated louder as her mouth dropped.

"Klaus I-" she began but her twin had cut her off .

"Do you know what this means?" Five asked as Ivy rolled her eyes .

"Yeah, i'm ten months older now" Klaus joked but it came off in a weird tone that made Ivy frown slightly.

"No listen. This isn't some sort of joke Klaus. Hazel and Cha Cha would do anything they can to get the brief case, including hurt Ivy again. Where's it now?" Five asked him, Ivy stayed silent this time.

"Gone, I destroyed it. Poof" Klaus said as he stared at the two and used his hand to show .

"Good for you" Ivy chimmed in now, getting a side smile from Klaus.

"What the hell were you thinking?" Five glared and Ivy now spun to say something but Klaus spoke up, to their surprise.

"What do you care?" he asked him, clearly annoyed, getting a socked look from Ivy in response.

"What I care is that I needed it, you moron. So I could get back, I could start over" Five said as Ivy's mouth looked his way in disbelief.

"Just just stop, interrogations over. Just leave" Klaus said as he walked off. Five sighed before looking over at his twin who huffed.

"Ivy? What's wrong with you?" Five glared as he grabbed her arm but she pushed him off her.

"You were gonna leave? Leave me here again?" Ivy glared through her glare. Fives face dropped.

"I- I-" Hs began but she held up a hand.

"Save it Five, really. Do what you want, I'm done with trying to give a shit about you and about us. You know we might all be going through stuff right now but, my god, it felt half way okay with you around again. You don't even get it! All those years without you, my twin brother! We're connected more than any of the others are and you know that! All those years of me thinking you were dead and now you're back for what, four days? And you were just gonna leave again?" Ivy yelled at him at this point, her face was red.

"Ivy-" he began but she held up a hand again and walked out the room.

i love klaus this episode broke me!! Also some cute twin moment there plus some Diego. Gonna try to put some Ben in the next chapter maybe!
