I pulled off and made the best effort to lose both Brian and Rome, I made multiple sharp turns they couldn't keep up with until I finally lost them.

I then made it to my spot. The one knows of. My special place.

The place I went when I felt anything. The place that made oil and water confide.

The place that reminded me of my strength, because I've been afraid before. It rekindled my fearlessness because I have been afraid of everything before. And the place that reminded me of my past and what my future would not be based off of the bullshit spewed to be by people that "love me".

The place that reminded me, I could bloom.

No one tries to make it here for multiple reasons, mostly the tides during the winter and the razor-sharp rocks.

I parked the car and hopped out before carefully walking over the sharp rocks and making it over to the other side of the beach.

I smiled up at Brian as he continued staring at me causing me to cover my face with the bed comforter as I whined, "Stop staring at me crazy!"

Hearing him let off his little surfer boy chuckle, I did nothing but smile behind the blanket. He then began to pull it off of me causing me to tug it back in a fit of giggles.

"Brian!" I squealed as he yanked it completely off throwing it on the floor

He then hovered over me and continued to stare at me while I pouted, "Stop! You're seeing damn near everything wrong with me."

"You're right. I see Diana, not Duchess. I see you." He replied moving my curls from my eyes slowly

I then leaned up kissing him causing him to smile within the kiss.

Brian playfully slammed me on the bed while I laughed and tried to kick him only resulting in him catching my foot.

Rome went out to get food and this would probably be our only free time for us to be silly with each other without someone questioning us.

I laughed, trying to snatch my leg back as he held it firmly while smiling toward me.

I then held my arms open causing him to let my foot go, climbing toward me to fall into my embrace.

He then kissed me on the forehead and said "I love you so much."

"I love you too, cookie muffin," I replied playing with his hair

"Don't call me that," He said letting me go completely to show how much he disliked the nickname

I laughed and said, "But why don't you wanna be my cookie muffin?"

He then groaned and whined like a child, "Baby, no. Why that nameeee?"

"Because my fat ass likes cookies and muffins," I replied casually pinning him down onto the bed now hovering above his body

He then slapped my ass and gripped it while saying, "You sure do have a fat ass."

I rolled my eyes and pouted until he let out an exaggerated breath while saying, "Alright! You can call me that just not in front of Rome."

I laughed and laid kisses all over his face, Roman then walked in and I got off of him and Rome sighed "I'm glad I didn't walk into how to ride the white boy this time."

I laughed with Brian before he said, "You're just mad because it wasn't you, bro."

I slapped Brian softly and said, "Watch it!"

He then laughed and bit my finger as I pointed at him.

Tears streamed down my eyes as I just wondered, Why him?

He can't even respect me enough to keep his eyes to himself.

I wiped my eyes gently whilethinking only about him. The only man whose had my mind consumed since I set my eyes on him.

He's a damn great liar, he may be the best. But he also had this sheer honesty that came with it.

I cried as the sound of the waves rising and crashing rung throughout my mind as I paced around.

"Diana..?" I heard his voice call

I rolled my eyes and said with pain laced through my voice, "Why won't you leave me alone?"

"Dian-"

"Leave me alone," I said this time elevating my voice as he walked closer to me

"Do you want me to tell you about Monica or not?!" He asked in the same tone as me

"Yes! Tell me about the bitch and everything else you want to tell me to hurt me!" I yelled

He then tried grabbing for me causing me to push him away, "Don't make me hurt you Brian!" I replied

"Me and her had a one-night stand alright, months before I knew you, Diana. I had just got here and she threw herself at me! I was staring at her because I couldn't put my hand on where I knew her from." He ranted

I did nothing but sob trying to get away from him as he grabbed my arm, wrapping his arms around me as I fought to get loose while he firmly held me.

I began melting in his touch still crying in his arms.

"Everyone just wants to leave me. They want whatever they can get then leave." I cried

"I don't, Diana. I actually love you. I've never settled with one girl alright! You changed my life, I just want you. If it helps fuck Monica and any other girl, there was nothing there, and nothings going to ever be there. You are what matters to me, I never had anyone to love like I love you. I lost everyone I ever loved, you're the only person I have left!"

He then let me go, wiping my eyes as I sniffled, "I just need you to show me I am not alone. I pray I'm not falling in love with you alone...because the day I let you take my virginity, I gave you a piece of my soul."

"You're not alone. I may be the biggest fuck up ever but you're not alone. When I look at you I just think about a future with you. I think of shit I never wanted marriage...kids. It may be hard to believe at times, but just know this..." He said pointing between me and him as he continued, "This isn't a lie."

I looked at him and couldn't even be mad about the situation anymore. He told me the truth.

"Come here," He asked lowly but pleadingly

I walked over to him causing him to press his lips against mine, "Stop scaring me. Every time I do something I think you're going to leave me."

"Stop doing dumb shit," I replied

He smiled and exhaled "Alright. As long as I just have you with me. You keep the dumb shit I do in line."

I laughed before punching him in the shoulder playfully as I said, "I love your stupid ass."

He then picked me up and swung me around as he replied, "I love your crazy ass more."
