"I met your mommy right here when she had fewer tattoos and was a lot meaner," Brian said as the twins sat between us.

"I wasn't mean your dad was just stupid." I rebutted causing Meadow and Adeya to look at us with big smiles as we sat on the curb beside the street that me and Brian raced each other on 11 years ago.

I couldn't help but smile foolishly and be in a great mood.

This is where I met the love of my life, the father of my children, and who I'd spend the rest of my life with.

"Did you look same?" Meadow asked

"Well black-Latina doesn't crack bear Mommy has always looked the same, but your dad, he, had these messy beach boy curls and dressed like a high school dropout. He sounds the same though." I cooed making Meadow and Adeya laugh along with me

"Don't listen to your mom, she was and still is head over heels for me," Brian said trying to downplay my statement

"Your dad took advantage of me don't listen to him," I said beginning to laugh harder making him laugh along with me while our daughters tried to decipher what was going on between their parents

"How? Diana, please enlighten me." Brian asked making the twins turn to me with big eyes

"I had just turned 18 a few months before and your dad was a 23-year-old man." I rebutted before Brian rolled his eyes, "Diana, you act like I am so much older than you. I'm just five and a half years older."

"I'm just teasing," I said before poking my tongue out at him as he smiled slowly leaned over to kiss me on the lips before pulling back seeing the twins were watching us with smiles.

"What you wanna kiss from Momma too?" I asked Meadow and Adeya grabbing their cheeks, pinching them softly before giving them a big kiss making them giggle.

"I'm just playing about your Dad though, when I met him the first thing I noticed was his smile and how it could light up a room but the mystery behind those blue eyes is what drew me in." I ranted looking at my daughters' soft expressions

"Now let me tell you about your Mom since she wants to talk about Daddy," Brian said making me laugh as the twins looked in his direction with intrigued expressions.

"I remember your Uncle Tej calling me and needing the money and wanting to get out the house, I happened to go and it changed my life. But I also remember the beguiling innocence and shallow pain in her eyes and how beautiful her smile was, how it gave me butterflies which she was the first to do that."

"Butterflies?" Adeya asked with a giggle

"You'll get them one day," I said tickling her stomach lightly

"Yeah from nervousness," Brian said diverting from what I meant

"No, when you meet the one for you." I corrected

"Don't listen to Mommy, she's going to get you and whoever hurt then you'll have permanent butterflies," Brian concluded making Meadow and Adeya laugh still not fully comprehending what he meant

God help whoever my daughters brought home to us because my husband is a mess

"Brian, you know you're going to have to let them grow up."

"Nope." He replied lifting them into his arms holding them close and kissing their foreheads

I smiled at his fatherly mannerisms and then felt my stomach growl making me laugh, "Alright, little baby that's driving me crazy."

"Yeah, let me go feed my babies," Brian said making me laugh as he got up and stopped in front of me before lifting me onto my feet making me smile before he kissed me gently entangling his hand into mines.

"Alright, give me your little paws," Brian said to Meadow and Adeya making them lift their hands so he could hold them as we began walking to his new Skyline that I had gotten him out of the blue.

"I'll get the kids in the car, go ahead and sit baby," Brian said opening the door for me and helping me into the car before getting the kids in their car seat.

He then kneeled by the passenger seat that I sat in and smiled at me grabbing my hand, "You and our baby alright?"

"Yes, we're hungry if you didn't already know," I replied sassily making him laugh

"Alright, chill out." He consoled

"Don't tell me to chill out...give me a kiss!"

Brian did nothing but laugh before pressing a kiss against my lips that I returned before I looked into his eyes seeming to see every little memory I could conjure with my mind before he smiled unknowingly, "Let's go get food."

Brian held my hand softly holding the twins' in the other as we stepped into Momma Janice's diner.

A soft breeze blew down from the running ceiling fans making me smile before me and Brian walked saw Momma Janice cleaning a table.

"Momma Janice!" Brian called making her turn before smiling as hard as her cheeks could allow rushing over to us, "Brian! Diana! Oh my God!"

She wrapped us both in a huge hug and kissing our cheeks, "You two are so much older. I mean, Brian you have facial hair, and Diana you're glowing!"

"Thank you." I smiled before Meadow squealed making her presence known causing Momma Janice to look down at our daughters.

"And who are these cutie pies?" She asked smiling before Brian smiled harder, "These are our daughters. Meadow and Adeya."

"Hi, Meadow and Adeya!" She cooed making them wave at her with smiles plastered across their little faces

"Soon they're not going to be the only little ones running around," I said softly rubbing my stomach lightly where my little pudge had become a small bump

"You're expecting!" Momma Janice cheered making me smile as she softly gently placed her palms on my stomach.

"Come on let's go get you off your feet and you and the babies some food!" She said beginning to lead us to the same booth me and Brian sat at 11 years ago.

"And since then we've been inseparable since," I concluded catching Momma Janice up on the last six years of me and Brian's life together

"Okay, so amid this Mission Impossible romance I have two questions." Momma Janice laughed before me and Brian nodded in cadence in search of the question she was soon to ask

"Did you two ever get married?!"

Damn, we left out the most important part.

Brian softly grabbed my left hand which I wore my wedding ring on before he showed both of our wedding rings making her gasp happily before clamping her hands over her mouth before she began to cry.

Meadow and Adeya shot their attention to her causing them to stop eating their french fries wiping their hands on a nearby napkin before wiping Momma J's eyes making me and Brian laugh before Momma Janice began to laugh as well with shallow tears still running down her face.

"I'm fine, sweethearts. It's just your Mom and Dad know how to bring people to tears." She said to our daughters making us smile before Brian rested a long gaze on me and wrapped his arm around me kissing my forehead

"That's the exact look you gave Diana when you guys sat in this exact spot talking and laughing all night...And you two still look at each other like that. You two have my heart on cloud nine right now." Momma Janice said making me smile

"I can't help it, I'm in love with her," Brian admitted making a swarm of butterflies flutter my stomach and everything in it

"You're going to make me cry again." She sniffled with a smile that we returned before Meadow and Adeya climbed down from the booth running over to the toy setup Momma Janice had set up for them.

"Be careful!" I urged causing them to slow down before they began to play with the toys in the area

"What was your second question?" Brian asked as we kept a close eye on the twins that were not even 15 feet away from us

"How'd you get pregnant?" She asked making me feel my cheeks heat as I thought about all the lovemaking me and Brian have.

"Which time?" Brian asked with a low chuckle

"The first."

I rose my eyebrows with a mischievous look before laughing lowly, "In the driver's seat of Brian's car."

"Girl, that is not what I meant!" Momma Janice said before busting out in a loud fit of laughter, "I meant how did you manage to get pregnant at a time like that."

"Well, I didn't know," I said as Brian began to laugh

"You got two beautiful kids out of it, so I guess doing it in the car of all places isn't bad. At least it wasn't an airplane!"

Me and Brian then got quiet as I know for a fact the time when we snuck in the bathroom of Mr. Nobody's plane and he fucked me until I was breathless.

"Oh, God, you two have done it on an airplane!" She said before cackling making us laugh and Brian say "Listen, we are very sexually active. There isn't a place we probably haven't done it."

"The kitchen?" She then asked still dying of laughter

"It was the dining room but the kitchens connected," Brian answered truthfully

"I'm almost scared to know what leads to sex in these random places." Momma Janine exclaimed with a smile

Me and Brian did nothing less than point towards each other making her laugh shaking her head with a small smile, "All these years haven't changed you two's beautiful bond. The only difference is you two are a bit sillier and that's amazing, you two have an old woman about to have a spasm."

We laughed lowly before the twins walked over climbing onto Brian's lap with sleepy expressions, "Daddy." Adeya said lowly

"Yes, baby girl?" He said lowly moving her curls from her face before she said "I want sleep."

I laughed lowly and Momma Janice smiled, "Go get the babies in bed, it's late for them. I got Jack to fix you lovebirds and the babies some plates."

She then reached over and held our hands softly before saying "Stay in love. Don't let the world, anyone, or anything change that."

"Thank you." Me and Brian said

"For everything," I concluded as Brian lifted from the booth with Meadow and Adeya in his arms before we all began to make our way up to the front register

"Now don't let it be another 11 years before I see either of you. I'm old." Momma Janice said making us laugh before I pulled out my wallet and Brian did the same

"Diana, I got it." He said

"Nope, I got it. My treat." Momma Janice said making us look over at her then each other before we both pulled out $5000 each before handing it to her.

"Now I can't take that from you two!" Momma Janice said with a serious expression

"Yes, you can. Yes, you will." I said

"Take a vacation. Maybe even retire." Brian advised before she smiled, "I have to take care of the youth around here, no one else is going to do it!"

"It's time for you to take care of yourself, Momma Janice, you do that. And if you need something call me and Brian." I said making her smile and pull us all into a long hug

"Thank you two for everything you've done for this old lady."

"It's no problem." Brian smiled before we began making our way out of the diner and she said "For old times sake, huh?" raising the money in her hand making us smile as she referred to the first date me and Brian went on.

"Yeah," I replied with a smile

We looked over at each other with smirks and I said "And he leaves a strange message for our favorite people to decipher." I said sarcastically referring to us

He laughed lowly and said, "Yeah, but this is a bold fucker we have on our hands."
