Me, Vannah, and Letty had lost track of that damn RV, trying to fight off these restless ass cars, that wouldn't let up on us.

I finally caught up still a distance away, seeing the RV hanging off the edge of the cliff.

I then saw Brian begin to run up the top of the RV that began tilting down the mountain.

All I see was Meadow and Adeya. Their dads' life is literally in the palm of my hand.

I switched my gears to the highest, 4.10, and slammed down on the gas, making it closer to the cliff.

"Letty! Savannah! Fall out, I got this." I said throwing the walkie down.

I gripped the wheel, and turned it briskly, drifting into a hairpin drift.

Your family.

Your daughters.

If you don't make it, your daughters won't have a father and you won't have your husband.

I felt my tires scrub against where the gravel ended and the cliff began. And it's like things began to go in slow motion.

Do it for them.

Your kids.

Your family.

Brian.

Meadow.

Adeya.

I then drifted away from the cliff a bit, stopping abruptly, slinging Brian off the back wing of the car.

He began to roll and then stopped on his back, breathing heavily.

"Shit," I said, rushing out of the car

He then looked over towards me and said "I love you."

"I love you too," I asked letting out a sigh of relief holding my palm to my chest.

I came over grabbing his hand to help him up and he hugged me.

"Thank you." He said holding onto me tightly

I kissed him and pulled back to slap him, then pulled him back into the kiss.

I pulled back from his lips and said "Don't ever fucking scare me like that again."

He began to rub his cheek as I still hugged him and I pulled away slowly "Let's go!"

We got in my car and l held the steering wheel still thinking about what just went down, then put the car in drive.

"Damn Duch!" Letty said over the radio

"That was a hell of a move." Savannah praised making me laugh and begin to drive off.

"Alright, mamas, let's get to the parting spot. Dom should be there." I announced

I pulled down a rocky road at the bottom of the mountain, with Letty, Tej, Rome, and Savannah behind Dom's destroyed car.

I got out leaving my car door open and ran over with everyone on the same trail towards the car.

Dom pulled himself out of the car with some scratches and a bit of blood running down his forehead, making me let out another sigh of relief and Tej said "Looks like our demon love child worked."

"That's one way down a mountain," Brian said after

"Where's Ramsey?" I asked

Dom looked over towards the destroyed car and Rome said "She dead?"

I turned towards him and said "Eu gostaria que você parasse de dizer merdas estúpidas pelo menos uma

estreita!" (I wish you would stop saying stupid shit for once in your fucking life. I swear to God you never shut up. I'm gonna shove my foot up your narrow ass!)

"Brian, what did she just say?" He said making me roll my eyes

Brian shook his head 'no' giving him the notion to just leave the conversation alone.

Roman then thought for a minute and said "I know you called me stupid!"

I was leaning against Brian's chest feeling dizzy and he grabbed my face softly, leaning it up towards him.

"You alright baby?"

"Yeah" I replied looking into his beautiful eyes

"Hello Kitty's awake," Letty said sarcastically, making me look over and see Ramsey opening her eyes with little groans.

Brian walked over and bent down to her level and asked "How are you feeling? Did you hit your head?..."

She nodded her head 'yes' and he continued asking her questions "Feeling nauseous?"

She then shook her head 'no' as Brian asked her one more question "Ears ringing?..."

She made a head movement he didn't catch, so to be on the safe side he asked "No?"

"Where's my shoe?" She asked ignoring the question

Brian looked over at her feet and said nonchalantly, "Oh it flew off when you crashed...if you start experiencing any of those things, let me know, okay?"

He got up and stood beside me as Ramsey said "I don't know whether to thank you for rescuing me or kick your ass for throwing me off a cliff."

Me and Letty gave a snarky little laugh, as Dom looked back from the river and walked over to her.

"Thank us or kick our ass, huh?"

She began panting heavily as Dom continued "How about you tell us where that device is?"

"I mailed it to a friend...in Abu Dhabi." She said catching her breath

"That was pretty easy. That other team would have tortured you for that information." Brian announced

"I didn't trust them...I trust you." she insisted

Me, Letty, and Savannah looked at each other, with annoyed faces and back in Ramsey's direction.

Letty then laughed sarcastically and said, "Now, why would you trust us?"

"You barely know us," I said giving her the cold shoulder

"I know enough...Ex-cop. Military, something like that. The way you took out those guys shows training..." She said looking at Brian

She then looked at Tej and said "Tech guy, offended by the hacker remark, naturally."

Then she looked at Dom and Letty and said "Alpha...Mrs. Alpha." Letty laughed lowly as she continued looking over toward Savannah "The Egyptian Badass"

She then looked at me and said "The human war Goddess. Also Mrs. Military." I rolled my eyes as she then looked over to Rome.

"Joker"

"Wrong." he rebutted getting up, she sighed with a little smirk on her face.

"Double alpha...Man candy. You know what I'm saying?"

We all began to laugh lowly as Roman began to smile.

"Man, sit your candy ass down." Tej teased, making me laugh turning the other direction.

"The disrespect is real around here," Rome said looking around at us

"Life is binary. Zeroes and ones. Only two things keep a group like this together...Fear or loyalty. And I don't see a drop of fear among you guys."

"Very impressive." Tej commended

"Just one thing. They're not married." he finished, referring to Dom and Letty.

"She's so off, it's crazy. You just gonna roll with it? You're telling me there can't be a double alpha in one group?" Rome ranted

I looked over at Dom, knowing she was right. Dom and Letty are married. Dom showed a little smirk now looking at Letty.

"You work for US government?" She asked Dom

"We got similar interests."

Dom began walking down the docks and said "Tej, call it in. We're going to the Middle East!"

Me and Brian looked at each other and Ramsey then asked "How long have you two been married?"

"Is it impor-" I began before Brian cut me off, "Two going on three years" Brian answered
