The Dell of Riven | 𝐜𝐡.11
☽────♛───☾
The sun rises in Rivendell, and all is silent and peaceful. A lone elleth walks in teh garden letting her slender fingers caress the flowers like sisters and brothers. She hums a soft tone, a song of old and of dragonkin. She hears the birds in the trees, the bunnies in the undergrowth, and the fawns on the ground. A thin linen fabric softener embraces her body, then the grass upon the hills, softer than the water's gurgling near the big storm. Her hair is as white as the snow cladding the mountains and her skin so fair the elves of Imladris cannot bore. Her eyes are the color of sky blue and ocean lulls—a human so beautiful a human bears the secret of the Eldar, the ancient powers. The dragon heart. "why do you wander so alone, my lady?" a soft voice calls out to the woman, who stops but does not turn to her talker. "I feel at ease being alone," she answers faint and distant. "but tell me, why have you come, Lindir of Imladris?" she then turns to face the brown-haired elf, which is blown away by her beauty.
His cheeks burn, and he looks away, embarrassed of the woman of dragon heart. She smiles and walks forward to the blushing elf barefoot. "tell me, young ellon, why have you come?" she asks again, making lindir look at her. he sighs and clasps his hands in front of him. "the lord of Rivendell wishes for your presence my lady" he says. Tatsuo nods and walks past the ruby caped elf. "tell him I will come," she says without turning, then a soft wind takes her, and she's gone from lindir's eyes.
She then entered the study of the half-elven "you wished for my presence, my lord?" she said as the soft wind caressed her. The Lord of Imladris turns and smiles at the face of the woman. She is indeed beyond any beauty here on this middle earth. "I did, but please call me not 'my lord.' We are of the same status, if not you more," he says kindly and sits down at his chariot, opening his arms in a welcoming manner to the wooden stool in front of his table. Tatsuo smiles and nods, sitting down gracefully. "I know, Elrond, but it's fun calling you it," she says, smiling playfully. Elrond snickers and shakes his head. "now to the case. I called you here to tell you that your friend frodo is on teh healing mend. He will be waking in a few minutes," the dragon heart nods, dipping her head "if this was all Elrond, I wish to take muy leave," she says, standing. The half-elven nods; a smile is playing on his lips.
"come to me whenever you wish, half-elven," Tatsuo says, sweeping out of the study to the Lord. Elrond smiles and continues to study his maps and whatnot.

In his room, frodo starts to stir and wakes. the brightness of the room overwhelms him, and he shuts his eyes. "Where am I?" he asks, frightened. "You are in the House of Elrond, and itis ten o'clock in the morning onOctober the twenty-fourth if you wantto know." a familiar warm voice says, cutting the sound. Frodo opens his eyes again, taking in his surroundings. he is in a sunlit room bathed in every light by the sun. The sound of waterfalls roaring filters through the chill air. frodo then looks to his side, seeing a grey figure sitting there. "Gandalf!" he exclaims in weak relief, and the grey wizard nods, smiling. "Yes, I'm here. And you're lucky to behere too. A few more hours and youwould have been beyond our aid. But youhave some strength in you, my dearHobbit." he says. The curly-haired Hobbit then sits up, looking at his old friend questingly.
"What happened, Gandalf? Why didn'tyou meet us?" he asks, and Gandalf sighs, dipping his head. "I am sorry, Frodo." the grey is troubled, and his eyes drift away. "I was delayed," he says.
teh white wizard stands for the grey gloating. "A friendship with Saruman is not lightly thrown aside." with the power of both staffs, he thrust Gandalf onto his back and then made him slide towards the end of Orthanc. "One ill turn deserves another. It is over. Embrace the power of the Ring or embrace your destruction!" Saruman snarls, raising his enemy again and then letting him fall to the obsidian stone. "There is only one Lord of the Ring. He is the only one who can bend it to his will ... and he does not share power." Gandalf rasps out and suddenly throws himself into the air, plummeting towards doom. But then a white, black shape catches him. the creature flies away with a mighty screech. Away from the tower of Saruman, away from Isengard. Away from the treachery of a wizard. Saruman is surprised that the dragon's heart has shown herself, but he doesn't let it show, mumbling chilling, "So you have chosen death."
the flashback fades from Gandalf's mind, and frodo brings him back. "Gandalf! What is it?" Gandalf shakes his head, his blue eyes meeting Frodo's. "Nothing, Frodo..." he says. suddenly sam runs into the room smiling, "Frodo! Frodo! Bless you, you're awake!!" he exclaims, and frodo chuckles, as does Gandalf. "Sam has hardly left your side." the grey says, and sam smiles even more. "We were worried about you -- weren't we, Mr. Gandalf? And ms. Tatsuo?" frodo perks up at the sound of the shifter's name and looks towards Gandalf, and from behind him comes the lady of dragons cald in a white silver dress in the ancient dragon type. "By the skills of Lord Elrond, you're beginning to mend," she says, and then beside Gandalf comes the half-elven Lord.
"Welcome to Rivendell, Frodo Baggins." Elrond says, dipping his head at the young Hobbit. Frodo smiles at both Tatsuo and the elf lord, glad that he has such friends.
