NO ONE P.O.V 

The village was a disaster, and dead bodies were everywhere, Lisa stood in the middle of the body with a sword in her hand. She was a bloody mess her gaze held emptiness. A figure suddenly stood before her making her lift her gaze to the person.

For some reason, rage builds inside of her upon seeing the person, and without thinking much, she launches toward the figure with the sword in her hand. Swinging it she stabs into the figure's chest deeply yet the figure doesn't even budge.

She could see his lips curve up as he whispers

"It's your fault"

Lisa flutter her eyes open as she looks at the ceiling. She blinks twice before looking around. Why am I on the bed, she thought to herself as she sit up and look around until her gaze lends on a note beside her bed, she took it and read it.

'A Queen shall not lower her dignity for a mare human like me. Please, sleep in bed, you need a good rest to do your job as a Queen excellently, please drink the coffee I made before starting your day, Alpha.' -Jungkook

Lisa then look at the table and saw a cup of coffee, she took it. It wasn't hot nor cold which mean he was just here not so long ago.

Damn, we should wake up faster!

Akira said as she whine in her head but Lisa just chuckle and took a sip of the coffee. Enjoying it Lisa asks her wolf.

What's for today?

Jungkook walk around the village as the people greet and bow to him from time to time. He did the same with a small smile plastered on his face, he still can't get use to it but they just won't stop calling him that right?

He just wanna see just what does these creatures even do in their daily life? and if he is being honest, it looked like how any normal town would be. They have shop and school and also a neighbourhood. He suddenly saw an old granny coming out from a small bakery.

With bread in her hand, she slowly put it on the table outside probably for display. By the look of it, Jungkook could tell she's an omega and also the owner of the small bakery.

She would offer bread to the passer by, hoping to sell one of it but most people just refuse or ignore. It's not like it was their fault, they probably had breakfast already or are just busy with their life.

But something in Jungkook stings, feeling sad upon seeing the old lady work hard to earn a penny. He felt that, he had been there. He huff to himself, why is he even pitying to a wolf? He had gone through worse.

Jungkook felt ridiculous upon feeling the pity. He turn around to leave but just when he was about to walk away, he can't. He close his eyes, he can't ignore this feelings. The sting in his heart.

What is this?

He felt like he should go to the lady and comfort her, help her, protect her and keep her safe. What is wrong with him? Why would he care? Why would he even bother? Yeah... why? But he don't know the answer

Instead he turn around and walk towards the granny. The granny who had sit down sigh sadly as she watch her bread. Life had been a struggle. It's hard to earn now, she's getting old and weak.

No one was with her. No child. No husband. She felt teary as she thought of her life. "Granny? Can I buy some bread?" Her breath hitch upon hearing the soft and gentle voice as she lift her gaze.

Her sight might not be the best but she's not blind yet and her wolf are telling her about who is the male standing in front of him with a gentle smile. "M-male luna" she stutter out.

The granny try to get up as quickly as possible. Watching that Jungkook instinctively reach out his hand and help her. "My lord... you can take all the bread here, my lord. You won't have to pay a penny, you don't know how blessed I am to have you in this small and old bakery of mine."

She grab her bread and give it to him. He took it and hold her shoulder "Have a sit granny." He said, sounding like an order but his voice are gentle as ever making the granny slowly sit down.

Jungkook smile at her as he kneel down in front of her. "Thank you for the bread, please take this." He said and give her some of his hard earned money. "But my lord, the bread is just a penny." She said, refusing the money.

Jungkook purse his lips, "then take this money and give me the amount of bread that I can get." He said making tears fell from the granny's eyes as she nod and do what he said.

Giving him a huge plastic full of bread, she thank him "thank you male luna, you are such a blessing to us." Jungkook smile and hold her cold palm "Call me Jungkook, granny, I would like that better."

The granny wipe her tears as she couldn't help but smile. However she was stunned when Jungkook put some more money in her hand, "take it, hope it will help you." He said but the granny shake her head.

"No, no, I can't. I can't." She said and try to refuse the money. Jungkook know, he can't force it because it will upset the older so he hold both of her hands making her look at him.

"In return, why don't you show me around the village?"

Lisa talk with the alpha in command from the hunting team with the pack alpha. From a far you can see them nodding from time to time as there is frown on their face.

"We'll help with the hunting and provide some resources as well. As for the rogue attack, I would like to know more about it later." She said as both the pack leader and alpha in command nod and bow.

They excuse themselves as they walk away while discussing to each other. Lisa cross her arm and look at the view of the pack in front of her. A few moments later, footsteps could be heard but Lisa just remain silent as she knew who is it.

"What a busy Alpha huh?" Jennie said "do I even have a choice?" Lisa joked as Jennie chuckle and shake her head "those rogues is getting suspicious huh?" She asked as Lisa answered instantly "very"

Jennie was silent for a moment "You know, to clear up your head, you might want to hear about your mate." And Lisa turn to Jennie instantly as the girl smile cheekily.

"What about him."

At the old folks home, there is soft laughter in the air as all of the elderly sit at the garden with the male luna. There is one bread in each of their hands, Jungkook shared the bread that he had buy with his money.

He learned that these people are mostly alone, their spouse had passed away or maybe their children left them. How sad, Jungkook understand how those that felt, to be left alone with no help but luckily, these elderly got helped.

Jungkook smiled as he listen to a grandpa's blabbering as his friends laugh from time to time. All of them, want to be close to him, the male luna and they are content to talk with Jungkook. The granny that bring Jungkook also listen as she look at Jungkook with a warm smile.

From a far, Lisa watch the scene with a warm smile on her face. She sees him and she saw the genuine kindness in his heart despite saying that he hate her species.

I like seeing him smile like that

Like what?

Like now, honest, genuine, and adorable.

Lisa look at Jungkook, his sweet smile when he talk with the elderly. The way he shared those breads, every little kindness, Lisa see his value.

Yeah...

She said to her wolf. Akira was silent as she just watch the scene.

Will he ever smile like that to us?

Her wolf suddenly ask. Lisa keep silent as she thought to herself. She then took a step back and leave the scene.

One day, I hope so...
