"What's taking so long?! The dining table are not ready!"

"Where's the soup?! Quick!"

"Okay, yes, I want it to look as calming as it could ever be!"

"Where should I put this?!"

"I've bought all of the fresh ingredients!"

The entire castle was a disaster the moment they heard that the male luna is coming for breakfast. The maids, the guards, the chef literally everyone run around the castle, cleaning it and lend any help they could.

That includes, Jennie, Rose, Jisoo, Taehyung, Jimin and Seokjin. They got a call from Lisa and it was a pure disaster after that. "It's salty." Rose said and shake her head as the chef nod and bring away the soup. "Is the coffee ready?" Jennie asked the maid.

"Go with the milk, Jungkook likes milk more." Jisoo said "milk? Do we have milk?" She asked the maid who rushed to search for it. "Perfect." Seokjin said as the guards place a rose on the table. jimin stare at the set up.

"Aren't it too romantic? They're coming for breakfast right?" Jimin asked making Seokjin think twice. "Let's change." He said as Jimin nod and look at the guard "we have to change it." He said as the guards nod and immediately helped.

One of the guard are watching for the situation at the main tower and when he saw a familiar car entering the territory. He grabbed the walkie talkie and say "Target arrived! Target arrived, moving to the main gate in 3 minutes." Taehyung who heard it immediately, call out for the butler.

"Greet him!" He said once as the butler nod with so much determination on their face. "I'll greet him too." A voice suddenly speak up making Taehyung turn to the voice. He widen his eyes upon seeing the surperior elder coming towards him with some other elders behind her.

Taehyung didn't get to say anything when the superior elder walk pass him so he just follow along as he speak through the walkie talkie "the elders are here." Jennie snap her head to the walkie talkie as Rose did the same, "Damn That old lady." Rose said as Jennie grabbed her phone.

Jungkook stare out of the window as he was greeted by the castle huge landscape. The entire place is so big that he lowkey compare it to his own house. So damn small. Jungkook huff to himself making Hoseok glance at him but the Alpha didn't say anything.

Lisa who are sitting at the backseat suddenly felt a vibrate on her phone so she check on it onlyto see a message from Jennie 'the elders are here.' Lisa grit her teeth upon reading that. Can't they leave her and her mate alone? She's trying to have a peaceful breakfast!

Jungkook suddenly felt odd and out of nowhere he felt the urge to check on Lisa, so he glance once at her before looking away. He thought to himself. She look... frustrated? He asked himself but wave it off soon after.

Yeah whatever.

Soon the car stopped in front of the huge door of the castle and from what Jungkook sees, there is a lot of butler- maids and guards lining up. Jungkook just shrug it off because he is hungry and just want some damn food.

Just when he was about to open the door, someone else open it for him. He step out from the car and the butler that opened the door for him bowed. He lower his head as well as whisper a thank you, not wanting to look rude. Jungkook stood there for a moment and look around.

Awkward.

Why did he even agree to come here? They can just have breakfast outside. "Greetings male luna." A voice greet them making Jungkook turn to her. The superior elder approached them. Lisa glare towards them as she stood by Jungkook's side.

Jungkook stare at them, still not used to that name. "It was such an honour to have you here." She said. Jungkook smirked at her "Yeah, as you should." He said as he turn towards Lisa who by her side. "Shall we?" He bring up his hands letting her walk first.

Lisa look at Jungkook and nod before walking inside the palace. Giving a warning glare to the elder so she won't ruined the moment. Entering the palace, the same thing come to Jungkook's mind, huge and rich.

He can't get used to it.

He was lead towards the dining room and his mouth almost fell. I asked for breakfast, this is buffet! "We don't know what do you want to eat, so we cook our best dishes for you, my lord." Jennie speak when Jungkook just stare at the food. Jungkook clear his throat and nod.

He watch Lisa and saw her sitting at the table. He went towards her and sat by her side. Lisa look at him, surprised seeing him sitting beside her. Jungkook just stare at the food before looking at everyone who are standing there.

"Uh... aren't you guys going to eat breakfast as well?" Jungkook asked making them look at each other. Jennie glance at Lisa who nod at her. Jennie smiled as all of them take a seat. Jungkook clear his throat, why is it so awkward? He huffed "Thank you for the meal." He said as he proceed to eat.

Looking at each other, all of them decide to eat as well. The breakfast is peaceful, Jungkook just enjoy his food, it's not easy for him to eat like this, now he had the chance, why refuse? Lisa felt awkward, she really don't know what to do or how to react.

Noticing the border between the two mate even when they sat close to each other, Jimin decided to speak up "how's you wound Jungkook? Does it still hurt?" He asked and Jungkook nod his head "all better, I got to thank you."

Jungkook smiled towards the male, grateful. Jimin smiled as well, now Jungkook seemed friendlier with that sweet smile on his face. "My pleasure." Jimin said as he nudge Rose to who flinch and look at him but Jimin don't even look at her as if he is giving her a sign.

Rose clear her throat "how's the food- um... Jungkook? Can I call you that?" She asked and Jungkook chuckle seeing her panicked expression. All of them look at him instantly including Lisa upon hearing that laugh. He nods "yes, call me that, I'm more comfortable." He said.

"The food is so good. It's been so long since the last time I got to eat something like this. Thank you everybody, I'm sorry for the inconvenience and trouble for my sudden visit." He apologised, feeling guilty upon seeing their anxious face the moment he arrived.

"No trouble at all my lord- ouch!" Taehyung yelp when Jennie step on his feet harshly. She gave him a warning glare "I mean- Jungkook- yes. You are always welcomed here." Taehyung said. The atmosphere turn more calm and lively.

Lisa felt less awkward or cautious from time to time as laughter filled the dining table. She look at the male beside her. He smiled and she could feel it, he's comfortable. Maybe because this time, he's willing to be here, he's prepared and maybe, just a maybe...

"So Jungkook, what makes you suddenly want to come here?" Jennie finally asked a question that had been in her head. Jungkook who are drinking some water pull the glass away from his lips. There's silence between them.

Everyone are patiently waiting for his answer. Yeah, they want to know as well. Including Lisa. Jungkook purse his lips "I had been thinking for the pass few days, about everything. Maybe I had been quite selfish, I thought my decision is fair enough but I had been in matured. I admit, I'm angry towards Junghwa but in the end of the day she's my only family member." He said.

"Maybe she's right. I should give it a try but back then I can't except it and throw her out from my life. That's so not me." He said and sigh "So I've decided to give it a try." Lisa eyes lighten up upon hearing that. Jungkook look at her.

"I'll give you a chance."

Everyone widen their eyes upon hearing that, they look at each other but Lisa was frozen there. Really, really stunned. "Would you accept this chance?" He asked but Lisa just stare at him "Lisa?" He call out. Tears slide down her cheek when she suddenly jump on him and pull him into a tight hug.

With shaky breath she whisper out "yes- yes, I accept it." She said as Jungkook smiled a little before patting her back trying to show some comfort. Akira sniff in her head as she wiggle her tails.

Don't cry like that, you're embarrassing

Lisa just hugged Jungkook and say.

Shut up and go away.

The moon shines brightly out of the car window. Jungkook look outside silently while Seokjin is driving the car. Today had been such a long day and it's getting so late, Lisa told him to stay for the night but he refused politely.

Hoseok had left early since he got some work to do, so Lisa told Seokjin to send him home safely and Jungkook don't refuse the company. The ride is rather silent, Seokjin had been silent for the whole day and Jungkook aren't planning to start any conversation.

Soon enough they reach Jungkook's apartment. The male get out from the car and so did Seokjin. Walking towards the door, Jungkook halt his step and turn towards Seokjin "Thanks for sending me home." He said with a smile but Ssokjin just keep silent and stare at him.

Seeing the older's expression Jungkook expression change "what's with the silence hyung? You had been like that for the whole day, it's so unlike you." Jungkook said as he place his hands into the pocket of his jacket. Seokjin keep silent as if he is thinking on what to say and the only thing that left his lips is.

"What is this Jungkook?"

Jungkook frown "what's what?" He asked but Seokjin clench his fist "You know what I meant." He said and Jungkook sigh lazily "What if I say I don't?" He asked making Seokjin shake his head.

"What is this facade? What is you motive Jungkook? Chance? That's so not you. You're not like that. You hated my species. I knew it, you knew it. The world had been cruel to you, what makes you think that I would believe you when you say you felt guilty?" He blurted everything out.

Jungkook keep silent his confused expression turn into an amused one. "So hard to have someone close to me. At some point they would be troublesome." He said and Seokjin clench his fist tighter "what do you mean Jungkook?" He asked.

Jungkook look down and sigh before lifting his gaze and glare towards the male "Your species are just the same. First you steal away my mother. Destroying my family and took away my father. Now what? You want to take Junghwa away from me? I won't let that be."

"We're not trying to take her away from you-" he speak but Jungkook cut him "THEN WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO? YOU GUYS INFLUENCED HER INTO THIS MATE BULLSHIT!" He yelled angrily.

GROWL!

The thunder boomed in the sky. Jungkook grit his teeth, the anger he had been keeping starts boiling. "Can't you see it? Is Junghwa with me right now? No! She's not, you took her away from me. Your Alpha Queen took her away from me." His voice start to become calmer as he chuckle.

"So I should at least make a good use of her."

He smiled but the smile are rather evil like. Seokjin never witness this side of Jungkook before hand and seeing it right now, Seokjin felt... scared. "You know, actually you're wrong about one thing. Yes, I don't feel guilty, but fair? I am fair. To everyone."

"What does The Alpha Queen have? Money. What do I need? Money. Junghwa need those money to get a life where everyone want to have. What does the Alpha Queen wants? A mate and maybe just for once the universe actually gave Junghwa something but the price is me." Jungkook huffed as he look at the moon before back at Seokjin.

"What a fair trade isn't it? A wealthy life for Junghwa with the price of me being The Alpha Queen's mate. That trade sounds pretty good to. I just have to act like her beloved mate. It also benefit your species and mine. Yours will get your male luna, and mine wouldn't be threatened by your species."

The male chuckle to himself "Right, I'm just a puppet in all of your stories. I'm good with it. At least, I got the money for Junghwa. Worth it." He said but Seokjin slowly shake his head "What makes you think that I would let you do this?" He asked.

Jungkook just smile and approached him before placing his palm on Seokjin's shoulder. "Because I know, you love Junghwa like your own sis and you care for Lisa as well. Would you want to see the hurt in her eyes when she found out? The heartbreak? I bet you don't want that and I'm sure you don't want the same thing to happen for Junghwa."

He said with such a sweet smile on his face "Aren't both of them are the dearest to you?" he asked. Seokjin look at him in the eyes "what about you? Aren't them dearest to you?" He asked back. Jungkook pull his hand away from his shoulder.

"Junghwa, is the only dearest to me."

"And I'll do anything, to give her everything.

"You should do the same, hyung."
