The last person Harry had expected to see coming from Umbridges office was Evie. He was well aware she was far from someone who got into much trouble and if she did it was usually because she'd say things about horoscope or astrology instead of answer a questioned honestly. The Potter boy noticed she'd been clutching her hand as a sad look danced within her eyes.

"Evie." he greeted her with a nod as Evie eyes widened, she hadn't seen him coming down the hall, too busy looking at her hand.

"Oh, Harry Potter." she said with a blink and a clear of her throat, "You look lovely, what brings you here?"

"Umbridge gave me a detention." Harry said as Evies eyes widened again, the shiny ords much wider then usual, "Why are you here?"

"Same, she said she didn't believe in zodiac signs, how could she not? They are obviously real." Evie said, though her voice was soft to prevent echoing down the hallway, she had anger within her words, "What's yours? Leo, correct?"

"I-I think so." Harry said, he'd remember Evie telling everybody what there's were last year but he was to caught up in the tournament to remember.

"If I remember clearly, is it. Confident, loyal, and the center of attention sums you up well, doesn't it?" Evie asked as Harry raised his eyebrows at her blunt words, "You are often the center of attention, not that's it's a bad thing."

"What's yours?" Harry asked her with a clear of his throat, knowing he'd go over a few minutes late for detention but the more Evie spoke, the more the sad look in her eye washed away.

"Aquarius." Evie said with a small smile, it was clear she took pride in it, "Unique and Intelligent, two things I believe I am."

"Brilliant." Harry said with a clear of his throat, "Well... detention."

"Oh, yes, go on." Evie said while moving to the side, "Don't let her get under your skin, Harry. She's not nice like we thought she'd be."

"What'd she do to you?" Harry asked her curiously, looking toward Evies hand that she was still cradling and shielding for his view. Evie gave him a tight lipped smile before she turned on her blue shoes and left him alone to join Umbridge.

With Umbridge around and taking nearly the throne at Hogwarts, things went absolutely horrible. She'd continued day by day to hurt her students with her horrible way of discipline, one Evie thankfully didn't experience again. When Professor Lupin and Lockhart were around, they'd allowed her often to speak on Horoscopes, Zodiacs, Astrology... they hadn't minded her words. Even sometimes professor Snape and Moody would let it slide, one comment per class they'd tell her. Umbridge on the other hand barley even allowed Evie to answer questions in class, non the less let her mind speak for its self.

"Oh, Hermione, this is such heart pulling." Evie commented as they watched Filch put all of Professor Trelawneys things in the middle of Hogwarts, ready to banish her. Harry joined the two girls side, noticing their sad eyes.

"Sixteen years. Sixteen years... Hogwarts is my home. You can't do this." the professor said through her soft cries, her tears were obvious through her large glasses that made her eyes larger then usual.

"Actually, I can." Umbridge said a shes held the paper in her hand. Evie glared as she grabbed both Harry and Hermiones hands tightly, feeling the ace in her heart for the woman. Professor McGonagall rushed forward to comfort the weeping professor in her arms as Umbridge smiled.

"Something you'd like to say, dear?" Umbridge asked with a fake smile, seeing the way McGonagall glared her down.

"Oh there are several things I would like to say." the woman threatened as she continued to comfort the sad and crying woman under her arm. The loud opening of the doors made everyone turn to see Dumbledore walk in, his usual attire and long white beard still present.

"Professor Mcgonagall, may I ask you to escort Sybill back inside?" Dumbledore asked, while his words were respected, his tone was nothing but angry.

"Yes!" Evie cheered under her breath as she let the duos hands go. Harry eyed her in the corner of his eye slightly but couldn't help but keep his gaze on Dumbledore.

"Dumbledore, may I remind you that under the terms of Education Decree Number Twenty-Three, as enacted by the minister-" Umbridge began before she was cut off quickly.

"You have a right to dismiss my teachers." Dumbledore informed her with a questioning look across his eyes, "You do not have the authority to banish them from the grounds. That power remains with the Headmaster."

"You tell her." Evie cheered him on under her breath.

"For now." Umbridge said with the same evil and fake smile across her face, a obnoxious giggle leaving her throat as Dumbledore stared at her for a moment longer before turning away.

"Don't you all have studying to do?" Dumbledore asked all the students as he hurried away.

"Professor!" Harry yelled as he ran after the man, shouting his name over and over, only being ignored.

The Astronomy tower was a place were only two people had gone over the past few years. Evie Adderly and Draco Malfoy were two of the only current Hogwarts students that gave the place any visit. At times, as long as the other didnt say anything, they'd enjoy it at the same time. But it wasn't always, only a few times.

That's what shocked Evie when she saw Harry instead of the Malfoy boy. She'd blinked her bright eyes back at his while the Gryffindor looked at her with the same expression she had, "Sorry, I didn't know anyone was here."

"No worries." Evie said as she gave him a small smile, "You're welcome to join me."

Harry cleared his throat as he leaned on the railing, much like Evie was. It was nicer to have someone a bit closer up here, while Harry was far from pressed up beside her, he was a lot closer then Draco ever was. It was nicer that way, not that she minded sitting with Draco with a large gap between them, she much preferred the faint body heat as the windy night gave a shiver.

"Have you visited the tower before?" Evie asked as she looked up at the moon, the beautiful and bright light shining down on the two.

"Only a few times, not long." Harry answered as he saw the large smile on her face while she looked at the moon and stars. Harry couldn't understand what she was so smiley for, the night sky looked the exact same it always did.

"It's such a lovely place to be." Evie spoke as she drew her eyes away to look at Harry, "Especially when it snows, or rains."

"Rather cold I could image." he answered awkwardly with a clear of his throat.

"Oh, very." Evie answered with a nod to her head, "But it's worth it, to see the view, to feel the energy. I'd do absolutely anything to be up there, just a little higher in the sky, closer to the stars."

"I'm not sure how much higher you can get then this." Harry said, it was his attempt at a joke, though it was horrible, Evie gave him a small laugh anyways.

"I once climbed a tree, it wasn't much taller then this was but I had such a lovely view, I felt so at home up there... with the stars and the moon." Evie spoke. She was poetic sounding, a beautiful and soft tone to her voice as she looked at the sky as if it was the absolute best thing in the world... but to her it was.

"It is a beautiful view." Harry said, his worry and massive stress from earlier today far from his mind now as he listened to Evie speak.

"It is." Evie nodded her head as she stared up at the sky, watched the stars twinkle as she bend down to look into the telescope, a closer view, "Come look."

Harry flushed as he stood closer to her, bending down to look through the scope. He hadn't noticed anything off, simply the stars twinkling back at him, "What am I meaning to see?"

"You can't see it?" Evie asked as she pulled him to stand up straight again, right next to her so they could share a eye sight, "Look right there, it's your sign."

Evie traced the Leo constitution in the night sky. Harry wasn't aware that's what it looked like, he didn't even know Zodiac signs happened in star consolation. But Evie did, and he didn't mind her showing it to him, "Can you see it now?"

"I can see it." Harry said as he looked up at the sky. For a second he felt what Evie felt, the draw and love for the stars in the sky. It was there for just a moment before he realize it wasn't the stars, zodiac, and astrology that gave him a sense of comfort.

He just enjoyed listening to Evie speak about it.
