✧0.11| Gryffindor Cuddles & Weasley Bubbles

"And he just... disappeared?" Evie asked in confused as she sat with Harry on the stairs, listening to what he told her had happened, "And Cho told? That doesn't seem like her, or her zodiac."

"I'm not sure where he went but it's better then Azkaban I reckon." Harry spoke, he had a faint look in his eye as he messed with his fingers. Evie reached over and took his hands in her own with a gentle smile.

"I've caught onto that." Evie said knowingly as Harry frowned his eyebrows behind his glasses.

"What?" he asked almost defensively.

"The messing with the fingers and biting the inside of your mouth whenever you get angry but don't wanna act out." Evie said knowingly as Harry stopped suddenly, his actions becoming aware to him as well, "I am in Ravenclaw, Harry."

"I do not." Harry defended himself as he let just one of Evie hands go to fix his glasses, "Only tired, long day."

Evie had a sudden idea as she looked toward the window and saw as though it was just a few hours after school ended, "Ron should be at practice right now, you reckon?"

"Evie, I really don't wanna talk about Quidditch right now." Harry said with a sigh but was waved off.

"Nevilles definitely in the green house, he'll be there for hours." Evie listened on as Harry watched her do so with a odd expression, "Dean and Seamus are studying in the library which should be at least three hours with the way those lot are together."

"Your point?" Harry questioned, rubbing his eyes in hopes Evie would let him head to Gryffindor tower soon to be met with his comfortable bed.

"My point is I wanna come back to your dorm with you." Evies words made Harry chock as his face turned a bright red, "You clearly won't sleep well with everything going on, i'll hold you."

Her words were gentle a kind, two words Harry associated with Evie.

"My invisible cloak, i'll go fetch it." Harry suddenly had more energy as he let Evies hand go and raced down the steps, toward Gryffindor tower in hopes of retrieving Evie before she changed her mind. Evie grinned as she looked out the window, watching the Potter boy run as quick as his legs took him. Footsteps from behind her made Evie turned.

Pansy.

"Oh." Evie said, glaring toward the girl in a habit, "What do you need?"

"I'm not here to tell you how horrible you are so relax." Pansy spoke annoyed to Evie as the Adderly girl sighed, "You really hurt him."

"What are you talking about?" Evie asked confused to her words.

"Draco, what you said really hurt him." Pansy repeated herself as Evie sighed and ran a hand through her hair, "You didn't have to be so harsh."

"I wasn't being harsh, I was being honest." Evie said with a look of disbelief, "You have no clue what that was like, falling in love and being pushed away because of one stupid man. You have no clue how much anger I have toward him for terrifying me to get into a relationship with anyone else. I have a right to be harsh."

Weather Pansy understood Evie or not wasn't her concern, she was annoyed and angry that she was being treated as the bad guy. Pansy went to speak before Evie did again, "You know, i've been holding all of that in for over a year now. I let him say what he needed to say to me, yell at me for not being perfect enough for his father. But I never once said anything to him, that's not fair to me. Maybe I was a bit harsh toward him but it's not my problem, i'm hurting, Pansy. And he never stopped to even notice."

Pansy stared at her with a sigh, Evie turned her back to the girl, hoping she'd just leave. Evie could see Harry running back toward the castle, his face red from the run. The Parkinson girls footsteps were heard again, walking away before they stopped, "I do know what it's like."

And with that, Pansy was gone before Evie had the chance to say anything farther toward her.

Evie hummed gentle, space songs to Harry as he laid on her chest. He was nearly asleep, wrapped in her arms and babied. She smelt of blueberries and cinnamon, two smells Harry wouldn't expect to like until now. She stroked his head gently to get him to fall asleep quicker, a feeling Harry hadn't had.

His mother was dead and his aunt never once treated him in this manor. Molly did a few days with gently kisses on the forehead and pats on the head. But this was different, he'd listened to her heartbeat and was being hummed to. Harry realized how much he liked it, how much he'd wished he'd had her for longer. He use to always find Evie odd and too talkative, now he'd want to knock anyone in the nose for even thinking of her that way.

She was odd, but in a perfect way. She loved astrology because she wanted to know every single thing about someone because they never took the time to do so for her. She was broken by a boy she convinced herself was perfect for her and defended him even when in reality he was just as horribly to her as her own father was. She wasn't perfect, far from it, but to Harry, he wouldn't changed a single thing about her. He'd wait for Evie, however long she needed, because he didn't want anyone else in the world as much as he wanted her.

And he'd swear to that.

Evie was rather confident in OWLS this year, she'd taking time out of her day to make study guides and was relatively over worked but she knew it would be worth it when she got O's in Potions so she could have her own potion shop when she graduated. Evie wished Harry good luck before they started, sitting near each other in hopes of finishing around the same time so they could spend the rest of the day just as they did yesterday evening.

The bang from the hallway was more so a echo at first, having it heard a few more times. Students chattered slightly in the room that echoed, Umbridges heels clicked on the floor as she began to walk forward in hopes of sorting out the noise. When she opened the doors, a small firecracker flew into the room and exploded into the air.

Evie and Harry shared a look.

Umbridge looked around confused. The Weasley twins suddenly flew in at a quick speed, cheering everyone on as fireworks flew into the air. Fred circled around Evie, throwing blue and gold fire like bubbles around her to form a circle as she gasped and grinned at the sight.

Parchment flew everywhere as explosions and colors went all throughout the room. Evie threw a arm around Ron, "Your brothers are so cool."

A large dragon formed within the fireworks, chasing Umbridge through the hall before her personal wall of fame fell. The twins threw the doors opened and flew outside, the students following close behind, watching them in admiration and joy. This was the first sense of fun or magic they got all year. A large W formed in the air as the pair flew off, Evie cheered loudly for the pair as she pulled Luna into a side hug.

"Harry!" she heard Hermiones voice yell from behind her. Evie turned quickly at the panic in her voice, seeing Harry on the ground with a panicked and scared expression.

"Harry." Evie said, falling onto the ground next to him as she grabbed hold of his body in the slight panic, "What is it, what happened?"

His hands found her shoulders, needing to feel her in general.

"Sirius."
