❝GOOD LUCK, sweetie.❝
Hearing her mother's words, Willow gave her a quick nod and finally managed to look at the building their car was parked in front of, a sigh escaping her lips. The nervousness was completely changing her mood and she didn't like it — she felt like she was about to explode in a moment.
The second her day started, she knew that it wasn't to be great. First, her parents suspiciously whispering to each other and stopping when she showed up, then Demetri bugging her about the party for hours now, then her hair not styling the way she wanted them to and then, as if it wasn't already enough, her having the bad feeling in her stomach that made her worry about everything.
"And don't be late to In-N-Out!" Charlie shouted from the backseat of the car, his gaze finally breaking away from his phone as he wanted to remind her about the plans the three had after school.
A soft chuckle left her lips as her brother leaned forward, giving her a careful look that was supposed to make her more responsible, "I promise I won't. Scout's Word," she crossed her fingers.
The boy's eyebrows furrowed in disorientation, "But you were never — " he started, but got interrupted by the sound of the door slam. She already left.

WILLOW WALKED THROUGH the school corridor, a sigh of relief escaping her lips as soon as she managed to spot Blair standing near her locker. She made her way towards the dark blonde, ignoring the loud people around that were pretty much annoying her ever since she showed up inside the building. She hated when someone was screaming from early morning, especially in the moment when she wasn't even fully woken up. This time was exactly the same with the addition that she was still dreaming about her warm bed and her laying in it as soon as the day would end.
"Wills!"
Hearing the sudden mention of her nickname, she spun around and scrunched her eyebrows in confusion, seeing Miguel running towards her with his face washed with concern. When he stopped in front of her, breathless, she pulled her hands out to him and brushed the hair away from his forehead.
"Miggy, I love you, but you really need to stop being so energetic in the morning. You seriously make me feel as if your life was in my hands right now," she joked, smiling in amusement, but stopping when she saw that the Diaz boy didn't even laugh. His face grew even more serious, which started worrying her. "Okay, got it. What happened?" she inquired, scanning the boy's face carefully.
He took a short breath before responding, "I did something really, really wrong and I don't know what to do,"
Willow stopped herself, her tongue stuffing her cheek as she watched the boy with a mixture of confusion and concern. She knew Miguel wouldn't say something like that unless it was really bad, and so curiosity got the best of her.
"What did you do?" she questioned, a grimace appearing on his lips. "Miguel Diaz, what did you do?" she added when he didn't answer. Using the full name definitely wasn't a good sign for him.
"I — I kissed Sam at yesterday's party," he said quickly, the girl understanding his words by luck. Her eyes widened as soon as she processed the new information with silence.
Just then, she felt as if something had punched her right in the face, "Oh my God, you did what?!" she exclaimed a little too loud, so some gazes, Blair's included, fell on them. Miguel shushed her before guilt drew on his face.
"I know, I'm not proud of this. This should've never happened and Tory — she's not answering me. I haven't seen her since yesterday,"
"Well, I'm not surprised. Cheating on your girlfriend with your ex-girlfriend? Really? You could do so much better than that, Miggy!" she scolded him, not hiding her anger at all. Then, her face softened as she realized something else. "My God, Tory. I need to see her. She must be heartbroken,"
Miguel swallowed loudly in nervousness, "That's the point, Wills. She doesn't know and I'm not sure what to do."
"Are you kidding me? You obviously need to tell her. What if she'd find out about it from someone else?" she snapped at him, her voice turning pretty much irritated. He grimaced at the sudden change in her mood — he hated seeing Willow mad. Especially when she was like that because of him.
"Find out about what? You guys, I can't keep up with the drama anymore,"
They both turned to see Blair approaching them with a grimace on her lips when some kid bumped into her and then quickly ran away without saying anything. Her head shook as she blinked several times in disbelief before returning her attention to her two friends again.
Miguel cleared his throat, "Have you heard anything from Tory since last night?" he asked immediately and the girl seemed to start thinking about something before denying firmly.
"Oh, about that! I sent her so many tiktok videos with those cute cats and she never answered any of them, so I'm kinda mad, but also worried, you know. She would always answer them," she declared dramatically, being unaware of what had happened the other night. "Wait, why are you asking me that? Something happened? Should I check the list of wanted people?" she started questioning, the two opening their eyes at her suggestion and shaking their heads.
"Why do you even want to check the list of wanted people?" Miguel asked in disorientation.
Blair rolled her eyes, "Duh, that's obvious. Tory's extremely hot — if I were a kidnapper, she'd definitely be my first target," she stated with an obvious face.
"Yeah, same — wait, what if she was really kidnapped?" Willow suddenly realized and her eyes widened. Miguel quickly shook his head, not wanting for the idea to stay in the girl's mind for too long.
"That's exactly what I said!"
Miguel cleared his throat again, so that they would return their attention to him again, "Okay, let's stop there. Maybe she just lost her phone at the party, right?" he suggested, pretending as if the girls' theories didn't start worrying him even more.
"No, shit. Good thing that I have IT right now. I'll check the list as soon as possible and maybe we'll still be able to find her today," the dark blonde girl claimed, pulling out her phone and typing something on it. Miguel and Willow frowned again.
"What are you doing?"
"Trying to call her the last time. There is still a possibility that she's just recovering after the party. I mean, she did drink a lot back then,"
They watched as Blair picked Tory's phone number and groaned in displeasure after a few moments, hearing her voicemail once again. She was really considering remembering it by heart after so many attempts that turned out to be a failure.
"Okay, now we can officially start worrying," she announced and just then, the school bell rang through the corridor, making a lot of teenagers sigh in disappointment. Willow found herself joining them.
Oh, how she already missed the summer.
"Uhh . . . what's Stingray doing here and why is he wearing this?" she then added, looking behind the Diaz boy, who turned around straight away. Willow did the same and couldn't stop herself from chuckling at the image of Stingray wearing a suit and looking all professional.
"I don't have a clue, but I'm starting to think he's stalking us," Willow replied, looking away from the man as soon as she saw him high-fiving some people from Cobra Kai, Hawk included.
Blair agreed, "Yeah, or he's pretty much working on Thumbelina-style or Hawk-style,"
"El Serpiente!"
As soon as Willow and Blair heard the Moskowitz's voice, they looked at each other meaningfully and linked their arms together, preparing for leaving. Just like the Froud girl said the other night — she was still not sure how to feel around Hawk. The madness he caused was still in her. One part of her had already forgiven him, but the other one was still holding the grudge.
"Bye, MD!" Blair told the confused boy, and the two girls waved to him before turning around and leading towards the IT classroom. "Boys are so annoying," she said purposely loudly enough for the two boys to hear her.
"I heard you, BJ!" Miguel exclaimed.
"You were supposed to!"

❝AND FINALLY AS WE embark upon another academic year, it's important to remember to be tolerant and accepting of all of your peers, regardless of . . ."
Willow yawned when she heard the woman's voice again and turned to find Blair doing something on her computer, her eyebrows furrowed in concentration. When she told her and Miguel that she was going to check the list of wanted people, the violet-haired girl thought that she was joking, but when they took their seats in the last row of the classroom, she realized that she really wasn't. And the girl's computer screen confirmed it.
The two girls flinched slightly as they heard some weird noises in the school radio center and they glared at each other, their mouths opening in confusion.
"Hey, you're not supposed to be in here." the woman told someone, making the students distract from their computers with even bigger disorientation.
"I don't care, move!"
Willow's eyes opened widely in shock, hearing the familiar voice. "Was that —"
Blair nodded her head, confirming, surprised as well, "Tory. Holy shit." she cursed underneath her breath.
"Give that back! Ow! You're not allowed to —"
The same voice cut the woman off, "Samantha LaRusso. You know what you did, and now you're gonna pay for it. I'm coming for you, bitch!" Tory threatened and Blair turned to Willow with a questioning stare.
"Did I miss something?"
"A lot, actually."
It didn't take for the bell to ring and with that, Willow and Blair literally ran out of the classroom, pushing past the crowd with all their strength. After the violet-haired girl explained the situation to the blonde, the two were pretty sure that Tory wouldn't go easy on the LaRusso, and it terrified them even more. As a result, they tried to find the two girls as soon as possible.
And a sigh of relief escaped their lips when they saw a big crowd around something or, most likely, someone — they made it clear that Tory and Sam had to be there.
Willow clenched her jaw and pushed a few people aside so that after a few seconds, she and Blair could stand in the front and watch as the Nichols circled the LaRusso as if she were her victim.
"I saw what you did at the party," Tory declared, and Willow watched as seriousness appeared on Sam's face. "You kissed Miguel."
The sudden news was enough to make the people around start gasping, grinning and gossiping quietly. Willow felt herself freeze as she felt someone's arm brush against hers, so she turned her head to the side, her face dropping as she caught a glimpse of Hawk's smirk. Her gaze returned to Tory and Sam, who seemed quite hesitant.
"I — I . . ." she stuttered, but didn't get the chance to finally end her sentence as the Nichols already aimed at her.
A soft curse escaped Willow's lips as she felt Blair grab her wrist tightly and pull her back quickly, just as Tory began to throw punches at the brunette, who was fortunately able to block them. Willow watched as Sam tried to get back into the crowd, but Tory suddenly grabbed her gray bag, ripped it off her back, and then aggressively kicked her in the butt, making her stumble back.
Blair and Willow looked at each other before pulling their hands out to catch her, but were fooled by the Cobra Kai boys, who immediately pushed her back to Tory.
"Get back in there!"
With that, Willow clenched her jaw and glared murderously at Hawk, who was oblivious. Her head then snapped to the two girls as she heard the locker slam and saw Tory grab Sam and punch her several times before Robby ran over and pulled her away from the brunette.
"You okay?" the Keene asked Sam, but then the Nichols girl grabbed him from behind. He turned around quickly and slammed her against the lockers. "Stop!" he ordered firmly.
"Let her go!" Rickenberger shouted, walking towards them, but Robby kicked him away, making people around gasp again.
Willow exhaled heavily, taking a step forward, wanting to finally separate them from each other, but another voice barged into the conversation.
"Hey!"
The violet-haired girl froze and dug her nails into her palm harder when she noticed Miguel glaring at them angrily. As if it wasn't already enough for everyone.
"Settle down! I'm sure we can figure this —" Robby started, but got cut off by Miguel, who ran at him, they both falling to the ground together.
"Fucking hell!" Blair yelled loudly, seeing that the fight didn't stop, but actually got even worse. Willow glanced at her, her face filled with nervousness and fear — they weren't ready for what was coming and they were really sure of that.
And when the Cobra Kai students went to the front, they felt their breaths stop in their lungs. "Oh, it is on!" Hawk shouted, and just then, he started fighting everyone that came into his sight.
Willow's eyes widened as she watched the Moskowitz boy with shock. In one moment, the memory from the mall came back to her and it made her remember why exactly she was mad at him.
The violet-haired girl didn't really think when she quickly put her hair into a ponytail and stared at the scene that was playing in front of her eyes. Everyone started fighting because of nothing — that was a fucking nonsense.
"Hey, you two, stop it right now!" she shouted firmly as soon as she saw Bert fight with Nate. She went towards them, but suddenly got grabbed from behind and aggressively thrown at the lockers.
A hiss of pain escaped her lips as she landed on the floor, leaning her back against the lockers and staring at an unknown boy coming at her. She stood up quickly, ready to push him away, but someone overtook her by kicking him away in the side. When she looked at the person, she saw Blair with a small grimace on her lips. She sent her a grateful smile before looking away.
However, her freedom didn't last long, because as soon as she stepped backwards, she got yanked off to the very center of the corridor, and then punched to the face before she could even process what was going on.
Blair was right — it was really hell.
Willow blocked the next move that came from the same guy and then pushed him against the wall, also trying to make sure that no one was around. She felt pain in her cheek just when she touched it, so she grimaced and when she was ready to go back to Blair, she felt someone's grip on her wrist. She turned and a sigh of relief escaped her lips.
It was only Tanner.
"Oh my God, are you — " she started, but got completely taken aback when she saw the darkened look on his face. A yell of pain was all she could do when she felt him twist her wrist and then harshly push her into the doors of some classroom. "What the fuck, Tanner? I thought we were friends?" she shouted, misunderstanding showing on her face as she touched her pained wrist.
She moved to the back, swallowing hardly as he chuckled and started making his way towards her again, determined.
"Oh, I would be friends with you if you weren't such a slut!"
