﹙✶﹚ Every individual involved in the project is required to follow both the host communities, KK-Labels & The_Charis_Community .

﹙✶﹚ An individual can apply one of their work in a maximum of 3 categories, and in total a maximum of 2 works. The Grand Awards and Popularity Awards category cannot be applied for.

﹙✶﹚ An individual can apply in either Writers' Section, or the Designers' Section. Applying in both categories at once will result in dismissal of the application.

﹙✶﹚ Alternate accounts for completing payments, receiving prizes, or in any other kind of involvement is not appreciated.

﹙✶﹚ It is recommended to add the book to your library for receiving timely updates. Adding the book to a public reading list and giving a shoutout will be highly appreciated.

﹙✶﹚ Bribing anyone or indulging in any malpractice will result in disqualification.

﹙✶﹚ The participant nomination list for awards in each category will be updated before the judging begins, however, the judges column won't be revealed unless right before the result declaration.

﹙✶﹚ For the designer's section, participant can either submit a graphic already designed beforehand, or a new graphic they design specially for this award book.

﹙✶﹚ For any queries regarding the awards, or to share any additional information/concern, DM ( KK-Labels ) on Wattpad or Email ( [email protected] ) K&K LABELS. Messaging any individual personnel personally will be counted under malpractice.

﹙✶﹚ During the period of the awards, it is not allowed to change any attribute of the applied book. Do the changes before applying. In case of username changes, inform the host communities.
