MAL CAME BY the next day, with her laptop in the black bag on her shoulder. She entered the abandoned house, and went straight to the living room.

"Guys, I'm here !"

No response.

She sighed, sitting down on the sofa, and opened her laptop.

A few moments later, Pilot walked down the stairs, ready to enter the kitchen to make her breakfast.

"Hey, Pilot ! Are the others awake yet ?" Mal asked.

"Oh hey, I didn't see you ! Yes, they would probably be awake by now."

"Okay, thank you ! I'll just wait here."

Pilot stared at Mal in confusion as she saw her cracking her knuckles, as if she was nervous.

"Hey, are you okay ?" The older girl asked.

Mal looked up at her, as if she didn't understand. Then it hit her.

"O-Oh yeah. I-I'm alright." She stammered nervously.

Pilot sighed.
"No. You're not."

"You're right. I'm not, but it's not because-"

"Good morning, ladies !" Finn greeted, walking into the room. Pilot smiled and muttered a reply, while Mal stayed silent, biting her lower lip.

"Are you okay ?"

"Yes ! Can we please talk about this movie ?" She exclaimed.

Finn bit his lip, and nodded awkwardly. Mal sighed in guilt, and entered the dining room.

A few moments later, the rest of the group came down the stairs. Oakes' heart pounded loudly in his ears as he saw the brunette girl right in front of him.

"H-Hey, Mal."

"Hey, Oakes." She replied simply, eyes glued at her laptop.
As soon as they all took their seats, Mal took a deep breath, and moved the laptop to their direction, so they can all see it.

"This is the movie that came out yesterday, that has your names on it. But there's a big problem."
Mal started. Everyone looked at her in worry, then looked back at the screen.

"What is it ?"

"There is an uncensored version."

They all looked at her in confusion.
"What do you mean ?"

"There is another version of the movie that could be labeled The Worst Movie Ever right before I Spit On Your Grave."

"Is it really that bad ?" Saoirse asked.

"Yes. But that's not the problem here."

"Then what is ?"

"It says your name, Finn. Apparently, you directed the movie."

"What ?" Finn exclaimed, shocked.

"I didn't exactly watch the movie yet, but, I saw the credits roll at the end, and let me tell you this : Y'all are trending." The girl explained.

"Wha- but I didn't direct this movie !" Finn insisted.

(TW : Light mentions of rape and murder.)

"I know you didn't ! But that's not what everyone is seeing. Everyone saw a 17-year-old directing a movie that's mostly about rape and murder. Many people don't believe it, but the others are spreading hate about this movie and the people who were a part of it."

"How can we fix this ? Can't we take it down or something ?" Oakes asked, running his hand through his hair nervously.

"We can't." Mal deadpanned.

"Why not ?"

"Because the uncensored version was re-uploaded on a pornographic website just a few hours ago."

This is all for the plot. Also, by far this is the darkest story I've ever wrote.

I would also like to add that everyone involved in the story are good people. This is JUST for the plot.
