Flashback-  24 May 2017 Wings tour, Sydney: Part 2

The group arrived at their hotel, The Sheraton Grand Hyde Park, on Wednesday. The boys were fatigued after the long flight.

Jimin was also his annoying self with his Hyungs, and the management was asking Jimin to please behave in Sydney. He was again in a bit of a dating scandal during the BBMA's. His noona caught him kissing Ariana Grande. He clarified that they are just friends, and he pecked her goodnight.

The Members were snorting. Taehyung dryly expresses that he can peck "Funsize" like that, but not his mom, which has the Hyungs in stitches.

The management just shrugged.

Jimin asks the Management to at least entrust him with a bit of freedom. He is Tarnished, and he has the right by law to search for love. Jhope, Jungkook, and Namjoon, who were still single, just shook their heads.

Jimin only teases and makes out with girls now and then, but they all know he loves his Tarnished status and the flexibility it brings. He doesn't require to settle down. Maybe after 35 years. He is in this game as a player—no worries about spouses and babies. No lady will bother his bachelorhood.

That evening the group decided to relax because it will be rehearsals and on Friday their one-day Concert. They are so thrilled to meet the AussieARMYs.

Jimin and Jungkook were peeking through the booklets while awaiting for Sejin and Hobeom to settle their reservation.

Jimin was overjoyed when Sejin informed him he would not share a room. He will have his suite as the eldest Maknae.

Jhope nudges his shoulder," Hmm, you are gifted "eldest Maknae status" from now on."

Jungkook grumbles," I prefer to have a suite to myself."

Seokjin snickers," O no! Baby maknae...You still need supervision. You have your suit at home but yet slip in others' beds when you are scared".

Jungkook just pouts his bunny lips. The older maknaes snickers at his disgusted facial expressions.

Yoongi and Jhope are going to share this time. Yoongi explained that he and Hobi have been working tirelessly on composing songs, and they want to finish them together, especially for the four days they'll be spending in Australia.

Everyone notices that Yoongi is going through a strenuous time. He became clean to them during their time in the USA. About his soulmate -status, the members provided him space to deal with it.

Where they were seated, a few hotel brochures were spreading on the side tables. Jungkook took one. At least he can understand some English, and he can read well.

Jungkook smiled," look, they have an executive lounge on the very top floor with sweet and tasty treats. Can't we check it out, guys?

There are all the perks of the club lounge (private check-in for VIPs, access to boardroom, etc.), but the spread of food is excellent with fresh prawns, oysters, sushi, dim sum, noodles, and an extensive range of desserts-even a high tea feast with sweet treats- hm sound delicious."

"Count me out, and I'm going to nap a bit. I know Sungdeuk will murder us slowly tomorrow." Yoongi grumbles, pondering the rigid schedule.

"Well, at least Aussie -ARMY's can indulge themselves in this face... "gestured laughingly at his face. Namjoon just rolls his eyes. Typical Jin.

Jhope smiled cheerfully, "I'm going to write and call my family. Jiwoo was a little ill. I want to know how she's doing. She was in New York at Jordans' family."

Taehyung chuckled, "I can come with you Kookie, let's check out all the amenities before we leave on Sunday evening. But I'm still going to Skype my darling first. It's going to be her last week, interning. Can't wait for her to join us in Japan."

Jimin nodded," The soulmates are fun to be with. Tell her," her Jims says 'hi baby' ..." he chuckles at Taehyungs face, "....I'll join you kooky. At what time?"

"Let's go by 9 pm...we can have drinks and relax till 10 pm or so," Jungkook suggests.

"Ok...it's settled." Jimin smiled.

That evening. 9 pm. Executive lounge.

The bodyguards accompanied them to the door. Management reserved a table for the three maknaes to relax. Luckily no ARMY was at the hotel, and no saseang fans alarmed them.

Jimin felt a little odd. This afternoon in his suite, he felt shivers pass up his spine. He wondered what that was. He's not uneasy about performing for ARMY.So, why the unusual alertness in his body?

It's like something weird was about to happen. Jimin couldn't explain why he suddenly feels like that.

Taehyung looks at his Wetlook, "Wow, Hyung, that's a seductive look. I like your jacket and a thin T-shirt. It looks as if you don't have one on. The stylists must learn from you."

Jimin just pouts," I was in a hurry...I nap a bit... ok, I lied... I watch Netflix. Brush up on my English,"

"Like G'day mate...howzit goin'?"Jungkook says, grinning for trying an Aussie accent.

Jimin chuckled, "I don't know...mate!"

They stepped in, laughing and teasing each other. The two bodyguards were inside the elevator waiting for them. They reached the glass doors of the Executive lounge. The bodyguards told the maknaes that they would be safe and stood outside the doors.

Taehyung spoke to the lady at the reception desk. She smiles and beamed at them. Her heart was almost stopping at the sight of the three handsome kpop band members.

Jimin was looking around with interest. There were lounge sofas everywhere, a place to read the latest newspapers, a bar, and a buffet area with treats.

After the lady whose tag name read 'Ally' explained the details to them, they walked further into the lounge. In a corner, he saw two older gentlemen at a table eating and drinking wine.

His eyes move around until he saw the most beautiful girl standing at a table with her hands at her back. He looked down at her black pointy shoes, and move up to her long slim legs.

Her black above-the-knee pencil skirt that hugged her figure, her pinkish shirt, and short three-quarters-sleeved blazer.

Then his eyes moved up to her slim neck, up to her porcelain face, pink lips, and the fiery red hair in a bun on top of her head. But when his eyes locked onto her warm brown eyes, he felt an unnatural pull in his heart.

His jaw dropped, his eyes blink, and his body started to react to this incredible human in front of them. The two pairs of eyes couldn't look away. Her gaze was capturing him, and his heart was starting to beat faster and harder than a drum.

Omg...! Jimin thought while he felt his mouth become drier than the desert. He couldn't breathe properly. What is busy happening? It feels like an anaconda snake wrapped around his chest. He never had such a severe reaction to girls before. He just liked them, maybe stole a kiss here and there, but he never experiences this agonizing feeling.

This stranger single-handedly made his foundation slip under him. Jungkook was nudging him to move. He quickly pulls himself together and follows Taehyung in the direction of this little sorcerer because she put him under her spell. He is spellbound in her presence.

Her whole demeanor was calm, but he could sense her nervousness. She must know them and find it hard to fangirl. They were surprised when she didn't call them by their names. Jungkook and Taehyung were amazed that a girl doesn't seem to know or recognize them or had excellent restraint. They suddenly relax in her presence.

"G'day gentlemen'-" she greeted them gently and led them to the table. Jimin loved the sound of her voice. It sounds like music.

She asked them for their drinks orders. They nodded and thanked her. On the table was a drinks menu. It was funny how they were trying to pronounce the words on the menu. Jimin sensed that she found them adorable by the slight smirk on the corners of her mouth.

They were looking surprised at her composure. It seems that she doesn't even know their names.

"Ok, what would you like to drink?"She asked Jungkook, who look with concentration at the menu. They were practicing hard speaking English. They understood well, but their sentence construction needs still polishing. He smiles up at her with his shy, bunny smile. Taehyung was snorting.

"Oh-...Ok, I would ...like ...er...coke er Ruby...Please and thank you...or Ta, " Jungkook stuttered out, looking at her name tag. She smiles at him encouraging him—appreciation towards his attempt at speaking English.

The boys looked at each other and quickly assumed that Ruby honestly had no idea who she was serving. It was so refreshing. No shrieking, fainting, screaming, or fangirling.

"Kookie is his name...I like er...a Cream soda...please Ruby...  thank you ". Taehyung introduced Jungkook. But no recollection, there was no strange reaction from her. She honestly doesn't know BTS. She giggles a little good-naturedly at Tae.

She told them that they could go and serve themselves sweet and savory snacks. The two youngest makneas jumped immediately up and move swiftly to the buffet counters: Kookie and food.

Then he could see how her breath hitch when her eyes fixed on him. It was like a magnetic pull. They couldn't stop looking at each other without blinking. They were entranced with each other. His emotions were all over the place.
A slight cough made them break the magic.

Jungkook was looking from him to her and smirked." Er...Jimin, aren't you going to place your order...You make the beauty nervous...stop it already." he scolds him. He gave a breathy laugh. Shoo, what was that? Ruby looked very worried.

He smiled at her and gave her his order" um...Ruby ...I like a coke ...too please ..." maybe with you as a side," he mumbled inaudibly in Korean. Jungkook heard him and widened his eyes, chuckle, and quickly went back to the buffet where Taehyung was selecting his favorite snacks. The two maknaes glance at the two of them with big smirks on their faces. They can't wait to tease him again.

"Ok, thanks...I'll bring it to your table..." just as she was about to turn to go place the order at the bar, he felt his arm shoot out to keep her back. She looks back down at him with wide eyes. The simple touch on her arm was warm, but it felt like shivers running up his brain.

"Um ...thank you for ....serving us...I'm Jimin...that one with....black T-shirt ...er ...Jungkook and Taehyung "V"?

He shows her his friends with his best English. Her eyes sparkle as she looked.

G'day, Jimin! Ruby here; a pleasure to meet ya."She nervously stuttered it out. He smiled and let her go.

She swiftly went to the barman to place their orders and quickly left the room.

He couldn't stop looking at her beauty. She took he breath away. Something in him wants to know her more. He needed to know her.

After a while, she entered the lounge again.

Throughout the evening, both of them were discreetly checking each other out. The awareness was there. He knew right then that both of them are physically attracted to each other. What is busy happening to him?

Jungkook called her over and wanted to know what specific snacks are called.

"Oh...that is a lemon tart..and a pecan nut... square" he smiled as he bit into it and make a moaning sound of how delicious it is. Jimin just smirks.

Taehyung, "Whoa...nice!" He enjoyed his cocktail mince pies.

He loved the lemon cream mini tart. Taehyung and Kookie were laughing at the cream on top of his lip. He was using the tip of his tongue to lick it off his top lip. He smirks as he saw Ruby blush bright red as he caught her checking him out. He liked that she became hot and all bothered around him.

She suddenly looked edgier, as if she wanted to flee from their presence.

"No worries, mate, if you need anything, just give us a bell. I'll be back in an instant."She quickly told him while diverting her attention quickly to the two older guests standing up to leave. She smiled at him and started to clear up the table with nervousness.

The three of them were laughing and bantering. They enjoyed the treats. Jungkook had three rounds of serving. Taehyung ordered a few extra sodas and a cider. Jimin's eyes became so aware of her as she moved around outside the terrace, clearing tables.

The terrace area was on the top floor. Jimin saw her glancing down the railings. He suddenly needed to go to her. She let out a little shiver as she was rubbing her arms. He stood behind her- with his hands in his jacket pockets. It is a bit cooler at night.

"It's...scenic ...up here," he softly states. Ruby turned around and glanced at him as he made his way to stand beside her. She smelled divine.

"Yeah, it is.." she softly whispers back. Jimin looked down at her and studied her beautiful face. Gosh, she is gorgeous. It's like falling down a bottomless pit. It was love at first sight.

"Ruby. You are ...beautiful...Your hair....is it... really...red?"He smiles and touches her reddish bangs with his forefinger until he moves his finger slowly in a caressing mode down her soft, blushing cheeks. He felt her shiver under his touch.

She was staring at him while he looked at her with emotion in his eyes. She was speechless as if she didn't know how to respond to the compliment.

She clear her throat because the air around them became a little dense, " Er...thanks...yeah....it's real...natural red."

He smiled widely and look at her a little nervously. What he's  about to ask her right now, he never asked any girl before,  " Will it... ...ok...if I ask...for "he gestured a phone sign" ...cell number...please."

She was surprised as she looks wide-eyed at him," y...You want my ...n..number?" She asked, stunned.

Did no guy ever ask for her number? Jimin was surprised. She is so "hot." He bet guys fall all over themselves for her attention.

He nods," please ...I want ...talk to you...more".

She nervously hands him her phone, and electricity went through both of their fingers as he tentatively touched hers. He put in his number for her. He knew it was against the rules, but he can't let this opportunity slip him by getting to know her. He grins and asks her to smile so that he could capture a pic of her. He didn't even care when she took a pic of him to set his phone profile.

It was dark with a few illuminated lanterns around the terrace. Taehyung was calling him. They needed to go. The two bodyguards were standing at the door of the reception.

Jimin looks at his friend inside the lounge, nods, softly grabs her soft hands, and caresses her knuckles as she becomes more flustered in his presence.

"I want...to see you ...again please...can I?" he softly asked with a shy smile. She just looked at him with wide eyes and nodded wordlessly.

He smiles and rushed out with the two friends.

"Omg, Jimin, you don't play, do you?...you see and went in for the kill" Jungkook was gushing at his seduction skills.

Jimin smiles a little," There is something different about Ruby" he couldn't understand why he is so intensely attracted to a girl at first sight.

Taehyung chuckled," Whoa, that's a first.?"

Jimin sighs heavily," I want to know this girl...She seemed interesting."

"Yeah, right...she's cute, but my 'Funsize', sorry... no contest," Taehyung replied, shoving Jimins shoulders teasingly.

Jungkook's concerned voice, "you know the rules. You promise management to trust you...don't mess up, Jimin."

Jimin rubs over his face," I don't know what's happening to me, guys. I think I'm falling for a girl for the very first time since debut, and I'm doomed-" he looks as if he was about to cry, these emotions are too strong, and he is not sure how to handle it. It's strange.

The younger maknaes looked at him with some kind of pity. He's busy falling in love with someone from a different culture than his...She's white, and he is Asian. Culture clashes. He's a superstar with a dating ban. Stern management watches with eagle's eyes over his very moment. Especially over him.

After they got from the elevator, Jimin looked distracted. Jungkook was patting him on the back.

"Guys, what am I going to do? My heart is in so much trouble. I never wanted a girl so bad, like I wanted Ruby-" he said with a bit of crack in his voice. He knows she isn't immune to him. He could see in her eyes and behavior that she like him back.
