Already nervous, I walked over to the assigned cafeteria with a plate of food in my hands. Three long tables stood in the room, men sitting at all of them. There were some empty spots, but also next to the men.
Uncomfortably I stood there, looking around and almost deciding to eat dinner in my room, which was just a plain grey room with one single bed, but then someone walked over to me from behind.
"Hey, you're the only girl here, right?" The voice sounded young, but also deep.
"Unless I looked like a boy to you, then yes." I turned around to look at the person who spoke. A boy I guessed was about twenty-five years old stood behind me. His face wasn't shaved, so a part of it was covered with short hairs, a big tattoo ran up from the corner of his neck, and his black hair was slicked back with gel.
"Kane." He held out his hand, which I hesitantly shook. "You gonna tell me your name?"
"Why would I?" I questioned, not trusting the boy at all. The grin on his face said it all.
He laughed. "I don't know. Come on, I'll bring you to our group." He took my arm without permission and before I could say I would be perfectly fine alone, I was pushed down on a bench.
"Yo, this is 'why would I tell you my name'." Kane sat down next to me while he pointed at a group of four boys in front of me. They all looked the same as Kane with tattoos and stuff, yet some of them were uglier and were grinning even deeper.
"Do you have any friends here?" One of them asked.
I was thoughtful for a second. It seemed like the boys were planning something, so it could've been better to lie and say I had plenty, but they would notice. "Not yet," I admitted.
"Want to make some?" Kane suggested.
"I'll be fine." I quickly nodded, trying to be polite, though they were already getting on my nerves.
"Ah, come on." One of them sighed. "A girl like you shouldn't be all alone in here."
"He's right." Another guy added. "We're going to the pub tonight. Come with us."
I shook my head, remembering Crassus warning me about it. "No."
"You could make new friends." A blonde boy added. "Of course, you already have us now, but it's never wrong to make more, am I right?"
"No one said I was your friend." I started to get a bit snappy.
They all laughed at me, making me shrink in my body, stomach twisting. I wasn't comfortable at all. "I'm just gonna.."
I wanted to get up, but Kane pulled me back down. "It's not very polite to leave during dinner, is it?"
I swallowed, wishing badly Newt or Minho were there to help me. "I'll stay then."
"Awesome!" They smiled. "After dinner, we're going."
"Wait, what?" I stammered. "I meant just dinner-."
One boy stared at me with his bright blue eyes. "Nice excuse, girl. Sadly you can't dress yourself up after dinner, but we know you want to. You look beautiful enough like this. No make up needed, don't worry." He paused. "We're going after dinner."
"I don't want to go there. I'm not going anywhere with you guys." I yelped, eyebrows furrowing.
"Oh, she got an attitude now?" The blue-eyed boy laughed. "I thought Lawrence warned everyone about that. We don't approve of that here."
I sniffed, acting tougher than I was. My hands were shaking and sweaty under the table, to be honest. "I won't go, period."
Kane laughed out loud and wrapped an arm around me. Roughly I pushed him off me and dropped my fork on the ground, getting away from the table.
"That's not nice." His face darkened.
Before he could say anything else, I rushed away.

I lay in my cold, plain room, thinking about Newt and Minho. It all would've been so less bad if they were there, and I hated hiding my pain.. how lonely I felt while that was the one feeling that kept growing bigger.
Suddenly there was a knock on my door, making me jump. A little upset, I got up, my mind not clear enough to realize it might've been the dumbest decision I ever made as far as I could remember.
I opened the door and not even a second later, a hand slammed on my mouth. My eyes widened, staring right into a pair of blue ones. The boys from dinner, awesome.
"I thought we were going to the pub, love." He whispered.
My stomach dropped as he slowly removed his hand. "Don't call me that," I ordered in barely a whisper, afraid as shuck. No one could call me that except for Newt.
"Come on. We're going!" Kane chuckled and grabbed my hand, taking me to the pub. I told them no a hundred times, yet they never listened.
The weird, alcohol smell that drenched in the pub air made me want to squeeze my nose, but the boys held my hands tightly.
"Here. It'll get you in the mood." Kane handed me a small glass, filled with a blue drink.
"Let me go. I don't want your drink." I threatened, but the shake in my voice was too visible, making the boys laugh.
Where's Minho when I need him for this once? And Newt?
"Drink." One of the boys turned more violent now, pushing the drink closer to my mouth.
I shook my head and averted my face from him, wanting to get out of the place as fast as I could. He growled and grabbed my face, forcing me to open my mouth as he poured it in.
What the hell did I get myself into? I let out a wince when the burning liquid slid down my throat, sickening my stomach. I guessed I did prefer Gally's piss.
"Just go with it now!" Kane grabbed my hand and pulled me into a crowd of men. The dance floor.
Blue lights flashed around everywhere, blinding me. The music beeped in my ears, but I couldn't resist. Kane just held my wrists tightly and started dancing.
"Let me go." I raised my voice a bit, trying to pull away, but that caused Kane to get even rougher.
Is he stung or something?
But he wasn't. It made me realize some people were just cruel enough to do things like this with a clear mind. And they enjoyed it.
I stumbled over my feet uncontrollably. The drink was starting to work. I blinked a few times, trying to get the blurry picture out of my eyes.
"See?" Kane's voice echoed in my ears. "It's fun!"
I panicked deeply, my chest tightening as the tears formed in my eyes. My vision got blurrier by the second and trust me, that drink was working fast.
Before I knew it someone poured more liquid into my mouth, and me almost vomiting from the sour taste.
Suddenly Kane cupped my chin and pulled me toward him, our lips connecting. My eyes widened and I gave everything I have to push him off me, stumbling backward until my back hit a wall.
"Enjoying the party, my dear?" Someone next to me asked. My head snapped to all places around me, but I couldn't find the person talking. An evil laugh repeated in my mind.
Then someone grabbed my waist. An old man I didn't know. He danced with me, moving my hips with his hands as he grinned deeply.
Tears formed in my eyes at everything that happened, though I didn't get a clear vision of everything.
Minho, Minho, Minho... My head throbbed. I need to get Minho... and Newt. Newt can help. They'll help.
But they weren't around. Who knew where they were? Maybe dead, maybe alive. I had no idea.
"Get off me." My words were slugged and my lips moved in slow motion, making me weaker. The man chuckled and kept dancing until I got out of his grip, bumping right into the next person.
There were too many people, which caused me to panic even worse. I couldn't even defend myself against all those men who were touching me.
As one of them danced with me again, I felt hands go on my waist, neck, stomach, and hips...
I let the tears that had been burning in my eyes for a while fall, trying to gather the strength to get away. My legs were like jelly, almost making me fall, the music made my hearing bad, and all those men around me made me feel like I was suffocating.
When finally, I managed to get the man off me, someone else grabbed my waist and turned me around. Kane again.
"Don't." I managed to get out when he trailed his hand over my thigh as the other one moved some hair out of my face. "I don't want to-."
"Shh." He held his finger against my lips. "Go with it."
"No." I heavily shook my head.
His face dropped and turned into anger. Roughly he moved his hands under my shirt, touching me in shucking public without my permission.
I gasped loudly, frozen in my place while the tears kept going like a waterfall. Kane grinned and never stopped touching me.
I had no choice but to grab Kane's shoulders before I would fall to the ground. I wanted all of it to be over but also didn't want to fall unconscious. Who knew what Kane would do then?
He smiled. "See?"
I had no energy left to respond, resist, or get away. Just held onto Kane as his dirty hands moved all over my body. I knew I would feel them forever, no matter how hard and many times I would try to scrub them off. It was like Dave, yet ten times worse.
When he arrived at my shorts, I sobbed out loud, mind fuzzy, but clear enough to realize what he was doing. His hands massaged over my butt, though soon his fingers made its way to slide under my shorts.
And then, finally, after all the horror, someone pushed Kane off me.
I stumbled backward, falling onto the ground and catching some faint visions of the things happening in front of me.
"What the hell is your problem, man?" Kane screamed at the attacker.
"Don't you ever do that again!" They screamed back, giving Kane a push, who immediately pushed back just as hard.
"She agreed!" Kane argued. "Now leave and let me do my thing!"
He grunted loudly. "She never agreed, you shuck face! You're a disgusting, sickening pervert! And if you dare to come shucking near her one time again, I'll kill you myself, you hear me?"
"You don't own her!" Kane yelled. "She hates you more than she hates me, trust me! The way she looks at you says enough!"
The attacker punched Kane in the face, who fell onto the ground by the hard hit. Then the attacker rushed over to me.
"Jane, come on." He lifted me off the ground and carried me somewhere, but the black dots in my vision made it hard for me to see where we were and what was going on.
Then I tossed around with my arms and legs, frightened of the person holding me. I thought it was one of Kane's friends. He groaned a few times, but kept walking, holding a very strong grip on me.
"Let me go." I breathed, my words all stumbling over each other.
"Just cooperate, Jane." He sighed and groaned one last time before opening a door, putting me in a bed. My bed.
"No," I whispered when I saw the dark figure come closer. I thought I knew what was going to happen. "Leave me alone."
I crawled deeper into my bed, hoping to just sink in it and disappear forever instead of that figure doing bad things to me.
"I won't hurt you." He assured.
I cried quietly, wishing Newt or Minho lay next to me, cuddling and comforting me like they always did.. or Chuck. He could've cheered me up so easily.
He bent down next to my bed. "Jane, it's me." He added. "Gally."
My eyes shot open, getting a flash of Gally's face before it all got blurry and dark again. "Gally?" I muttered.
"Yes. It's me." Gally swallowed and didn't seem to know what to do for a second.
"I can feel- I-." I tried to talk, but it hurt and I was tired like I hadn't slept in days.
"Minho... I need Minho." I breathed, remembering the way he treated me after Dave. He could help.
Gally sighed. "You're not thinking very straight right now. Try to catch some sleep."
"But Newt-."
"They're not here." Gally sternly interrupted. "Get rest."
I sniffed lightly, hoping the terror would be over and that I would never wake up again once I closed my eyes.
"I miss them, Gally." My eyes slowly closed and I felt myself drift off.
"I know, Jane. I know."
