I've been going through a lot the past few days and while nothing negative in my life is causing this , something is wrong with my mental health and I can't put my exact finger on it. I tried getting back to my shadow work but I always put it off and when I try to rant/vent , I wuss out because I'm afraid of someone who doesn't know me well taking what I write down and twisting it to make me seem like a irredeemable , heartless monster.

So I've done a bit of soul searching and watched a LOT of Avatar and My Little Pony. After some time , I started to realize something. I originally thought it was stupid that people would want to travel around the world when time wasn't really a factor. That was when I was in 3rd grade. Now I know better. I don't want to do this journey alone. I want someone to guide me , help me , teach me. I know some things have to be done alone but I've been sheltered my whole life. I want to find balance between life and work , good and bad.

My eyes have been opened to a lot I don't understand and I want it all to make sense. That's all I really want. I want to live. To grow , to change , to experience human life and prepare for the next one. I found this site that would give me some great options to make my spiritual journey a bit easier. I also realized that before times takes me , I should learn all my roots , as many family members as I can.

I'm also worried about going to these places because while I want to find peace in my life , it's more then just researching on a phone and making spell jars. It's so much more bigger then that. These places have their own way of life and the worst things I can do is trample all over it by being a American. I'm trying to decolonize and if anyone lives in these places or are from a specific culture , please let me know if there's things to do and not do so that I don't culturally appropriate something.

This journey is going be difficult but with the right state of mind and soul , I will be able to succeed <3
