A closely-knit clique of buddies often found themselves seeking excitement in unconventional places, whether it be exploring the woods or causing mischief in malls, plazas, and parks around town. But despite their adventurous spirits, they would frequently find themselves feeling bored and uninspired with their surroundings. However, there was one thing that never ceased to arouse their interest - the magical universe of Harry Potter. The group would spend hours on end discussing the various plot twists and intricacies of the characters, analysing every detail of the wizarding world. Even after all these years, the Harry Potter series continues to be a constant source of joy and entertainment for this close-knit circle of friends.

One day, however, their lives became much more interesting when, on a warm summer day, they stumbled upon a curious little shop called 'The Leaky Cauldron'. They had been wandering aimlessly, looking for something interesting to do and couldn't resist the temptation to explore the shop. The shop had a small wooden sign hanging above its door. Without hesitation, they stepped inside the dimly lit shop, which was filled with all sorts of oddities and curiosities. The air was thick with the scent of old books, incense, and herbs. The walls were lined with shelves that were stacked high with dusty tomes, strange potions, and mysterious artefacts. They couldn't help but feel intrigued by the shop's strange offerings. As they explored the shop, they couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. It was as if they were being watched by some unseen force. Suddenly, everything went black, and they found themselves in complete darkness. The silence was deafening, and they could hear each other's breathing, but nothing else. They tried to move, but their feet wouldn't budge. Fear crept in, and they wondered what was happening to them. Were they trapped in the shop forever? They had no idea what was going on, and their minds raced with thoughts of the worst possible scenarios.

After what felt like an eternity, they were finally able to move and as they slowly opened their eyes, they found themselves in unfamiliar and strange places, separated from each other. Their surroundings appeared surreal and fantastical, making it challenging for them to comprehend where they were. At first, fear consumed them, as they contemplated the possibility of being abducted or worse. However, as they surveyed their surroundings, they realized that they had been transported to the magical world of Harry Potter - a world they had longed to be a part of for years.

The sights that greeted them were familiar from the books and movies - the towering Hogwarts castle in the distance, the vast Forbidden Forest stretching out before them, and the shimmering waters of the Black Lake reflecting the starry sky. They could not believe their eyes - the dream of joining their favourite characters and being a part of the incredible adventures they had so avidly read about was now being fulfilled.

Despite their initial bewilderment and anxiety, they felt an overwhelming sense of excitement and wonder. They knew they were no longer in their own world, but they were eager to explore this new one and unravel all of its secrets and mysteries. They were ready to embrace the magic and embark on their unique, incredible journey in the world of Harry Potter.

Despite their initial plans, the characters in question were forced to confront the imminent danger posed by the notorious Lord Voldemort. In the midst of a world of magic and uncertainty, the group must navigate a treacherous path fraught with peril and unexpected challenges.

IN WHICH. a group of friends find themselves in a world they could only dream of - the world of Harry Potter but things are not all sweet and easy as they find themselves entangled in the chaos caused by the Dark Lord, Voldemort.

one ~ Activeness
If you apply and get accepted then please be active and don't be a ghost reader cause that is really demotivating and frustrating. Comments and votes are very much appreciated as they encourage me to write more. I understand that not everyone can spam comments so it is not necessary, just a handful of comments to show you are here are completely fine. In case you are changing your name or going on a hiatus after you are accepted then tell me beforehand, please.

two ~ Forms
Forms should be neat and organised, I am not going to accept your oc if the form is disorganised. The more detailed your form is, the more preferred it is. Make sure to fill in all the details unless it is optional. The more interesting your oc the better. No Mary/Gary Seus, please. Google Docs are preferred and heavily encouraged but if you are unable to use Google Docs then any other way is fine as long as the form is organised and readable, commented forms are allowed. You do not have to make your form aesthetic if you don't know how to or don't want to. Write the intro comment and then inline comment the form, please.

three ~ Diversity
I want diversity in this fic so make sure to bring in POC characters, lgbtq+ characters etc etc. Please don't make all the OCs the same age as the golden trio as we need older characters too. Give your character different personalities and abilities along with houses. I do not want to see all the OCs being Slytherins or Gryffindors and no Hufflepuffs at all, give my babies some love because they deserve it. Also, yes, the OCS can be related to canon characters but don't make all of them related to canon characters, please.

four ~ Love Interest
Canon love interests are allowed of course but I cannot say for sure that your OC will be paired with the character you mentioned so please bear that in mind. I will look at the characters and then decide if the OC and the LI are good together or not.

five ~ Password
Yeah, I was a little lazy on hiding it somewhere so I'll lyk here. Firstly, please give this book a shout-out and tag me so that I can see along with that tag some people at the end so that this book does not flop. Lastly, the password is to lmk your character's favourite colour.

DEMIGOD. I am so so much excited about this applyfic but I still have to choose if I should make it a Marauders-era one or a Golden Trio-era one because I love both of them and I cannot choose one at all. I have a thought-out plot for both eras and I would love it if you help me choose one!!

I am a little inclined towards the Marauders era because we don't know much about what happened at that time so writing about it might be easier. We could discuss the characters and all but then again the Golden Trio era is much more famous and loved. I like the aesthetic of both these eras, though I am in love with the aesthetic of the Marauders era but anyway, they are both beautiful.

Finally, the biggest problem with the GT era is Harry being a Horcrux but I did find a way around it ( at least I think I did ) so just let me know which would you all prefer.
