I kept walking back and forth in my room trying to not go see selim , he wanted to stay alone but i just couldn't my heart was aching for him .

« I can't stay here i think i should see him » i finally decided to go and check how he is doing , it was already night time and i could already guess she was still there .

« Sumbul » i called him once i caught his silhouette from the hallway infront of me .

he came running towards me and bowed down to me.

« Sultana it's good to see you » he seemed relaxed as if nothing happened this morning « i honestly didn't think you would go this far »

« Are you missing her ? do you want me to send you with her or ? » i asked sarcastically as i walked along with him .

« Serving you sultana is enough for me , but she's still here . she's faking her illness and says that she can't stand up » i rolled my eyes in disbelief « i can't believe this .. she's doing everything just so she can play more of her games »

« I personally wouldn't be this reassured sultana she will try to do something crazy so you should be careful » he was right , i had to reinforce my security .

« She was the one who wanted me to marry selim yet now she's making my life a living hell » we were now getting closer to selim's room , and i knew i came in the right time .

« Stop there » i yelled at the two maids who were just about to serve him dinner , i walked towards them and glanced at the plates .

« Who asked you to serve him? » the girls glanced at each other and tried to bury their fear away .

Sumbul was right behind me so they couldn't lie and say that he was the one who ordered them to do so .

« Sultana actually Seker agha asked us to » i didn't believe them for a second at all , they took time to answer me and they had fear written all over their faces .

« I see you can get in » sumbul gave me a confused look but he understood that he had to play along and follow my lead .

I got in first and the two maids followed me , selim was on his desk working quietly , the scent in his room was amazing .

« Selim?" he looked up when he saw me and let everything that was occupying him down . he looked at me confused but brushed it off

"Hiranur come in , i don't recall calling for dinner" he pointed at the two girls behind me , they looked at each other .

"You can put it down" i ordered them and walked towards selim , he grabbed my hand tightly and was not understanding what was going on .

"Since you didn't ask for anything and they don't want to answer then i suppose there's something wrong with this" i said finally getting all of my thoughts out , the girls looked shocked .

"What do you mean , what's happening here ?" selim questionned and i didn't want to answer him yet .

I bent down to the table and cut a piece of the meat in a fork and gave it to one of the girls . she looked at it as if i handed her something terrifying .

I turned to look at him and he had a very focused and anticipated look on his face , he knew what i was doing .

The girl started reaching for the fork slowly and finally took a bite , the other one had her eyes wide opened and started watching every single move the other made

« Sultana why are we doing this , there is nothing wrong with the food » the other girl tried to look away from the scene and shamelessly looked at me .

« Who told you to do it ? » i asked her while looking at the girl who was still chewing . I didn't want her to die , she still was innocent .

I reached for a spare container in the table and gave it to the girl who turned to the other side to throw up everything .

« You come here with the audacity to poison me ? who sent you to me ? » he approached the other girl who already started shaking in fear .

« This wasn't supposed to happen please your majesty forgive us » both of them got on their knees and started reaching for our robes .

the answer was obvious , who would such a dirty move ?

« If you don't answer me i'll throw you in the dungeon for life » he raised his voice at them and the girl who ate the food started speaking

« Sah sultan , she wanted to get rid of you before she leaves » selim didn't have any reaction , he just stepped back and brought his hand to his forehead .

« Great , people are trying to kill me in my palace » he walked around for a little bit before coming back to his place .

« Aghas » he shouted angrily making the two aghas sprint towards us .

« Take these two , i want them out of here » they reached for the girls who were still pleading on the floor away .

« She's still not gone selim you have to do something or this time she'll kill you in your sleep »he agreed with me this time , he reached for his coat and left the room .

I quietly followed him to watch what was he going to do , he kept walking until we arrived infront of her room , he opened the door furiously and she was talking to some of her maids .

once she heard the door open she turned around surprised .

« So now before you wanna leave you decided to send some people to kill me right ? everyone leave » he yelled at all the other people in the room until it was only us and sah sultan .

« I would never do such thing selim , why would i step this low ? » she approached him trying to convince him but i could sense that he wasn't believing her at all .

« Whenever i think about what you did i say to myself you'll never step lower , but to be honest you didn't surprise me . i should've excpected this » when she realised that she doesn't have any other chances she began whispering some inaudible stuff .

« If you don't leave right now , i will execute you . don't make me do that » my eyes widened when he mentioned executing and she also looked shocked .

« Execute me ? even if you do there is nowhere where i don't have my men . i have who'll take my place and dethrone you » she said it with so much hatred that i started doubting if she was his aunt .

« You went past your limits and way too far right now , you don't deserve his mercy nor anything you have now » i finally spoke and she looked angrier when i talked back to her .

« You just wait , if i don't make your life a living hell . even if i die , i'll get rid of you . I will haunt you forever » Selim now came in line and grabbed her from the elbow .

« You've went so far » he dragged her away and opened the door , her stuff were all packed next to the door .

he let go of her and called the aghas standing in a distance .

« Take her away from my eyes , she is banned from this palace and banned from anything from this dynasty i officially take your title away now go live miserably » He spoke loudly so everyone could hear him .

« You can't do that i am a sultana and no one will allow you to do that » she started screaming after his statement .

"Yes i can and i could do much worse but i chose not to" he immediately walked away and i couldn't help but follow him , she started yelling while we walked away but no one cared .
