I stayed in selim's room yesterday because i felt sick , my stomach was flipped over and my head started hurting so bad .

Selim called in the doctors and it was just an allergic reaction i had to the dessert we ate yesterday .

I never had allergies until i arrived here , very weird if you ask me .

"I promise you i'm gonna be okay , some few days and i'll be better" I reassured selim who was standing besides my nightstand .

" Is it mandatory to lay all day ? because i feel better now" i asked wanting to take the covers off me but she stopped me on my first move .

"No your highness , if you stand up you'll get nauseous again and we don't want that" i rolled my eyes before shutting my eyes .

not many minutes passed by when i heard the door open and so did my eyes .

my eyes landed on my mother who came running to my side , she immediately embraced me while stroking my hair gently .

"Hiranur as soon as i heard what happened i came to you" she talked while i just wanted her to let go of me because i was suffocating

"Don't worry i feel much better now" i managed to say as i was being choked .

she finally let go of me to examine my face . it was very weird to be taken care of by her , because it was rare for her to do so .

" I talked to sah sultan and i will stay with you today, i don't think i will sleep here" at least i had someone to keep me company right ?

" You did good , i was getting bored here" i fixed my posture as i looked at the window .

" How is your husband doing?" she curiously asked as i gave her one of my judging looks .

"He's doing good" i simply explained but she raised her eyebrow wanting more details .

" Mom don't start again" i was lucky enough to avoid that question because my father came in .

"Father" my eyes opened at the sight of him entering , i was so happy to see him .

"My beautiful princess" he walked towards my bed and hugged me , i felt safe in his arms , made me feel like his little girl again .

"I miss you so much" i broke the hug while i pushed my covers away to let him sit comfortably.

" I was worried about you , but then i remembered that my princess is always strong" with that he kissed my hand and brought it to his .

My father was very loving and caring , i was closer to him than to my mom .

" Akça didn't come right?" i disappointedly asked as i looked at them both .

" No she couldn't co-" before my mom could continue answering i interrupted her

"Please mom don't bring up excuses for her vacate i know she doesn't want to see me" i was very sad that she thinks i was the one who did that to her .

I swear that i was going to find whoever did this sooner or later . My father didn't stay a lot with me since he had a divan but my mother spent the whole evening to me , stayed with me until i took my medecine and left .

The doctor finally told me that i can stand up and continue with my life . i was sick of staying on the bed all day long and i could hear music from the harem .

I put on one of my dresses i brought with me and went downstairs , i had to find a personal maid for me as soon as possible because the maids were always changing and i hate change .

the music stopped when i stood next to the door because i came in , the girls stopped dancing and bowed down to me as i passed by .

with that i knew none of the sultanas was there , i checked left and right and only esmehan was sitting around a table enjoying her time .

I was in the mood to piss her off so i took a seat next to her .

" Get well soon , everyone was worried" she said with the fakest smile i've ever seen .

" oh really , thank you" i popped a grape in my mouth before answering her , she squinted her eyes and looked elsewhere .

" It used to be crowded here , but now strangers have been entering this palace" she waited until the music played again when she said it .

" You're right and even princes have been free from people chasing them to get their attention" i looked at her straight in the eyes as i said that and it was obvious she was trying to keep her composure straight .

" i hope you didn't marry my cousin just for attention and fame" she changed the subject abruptly after taking different colors when she heard my question .

" Selim chose me and so did i , we have long years ahead of us . i don't need to remind you that my father is the great vizir" her face got red again as the humiliation was written on her face .

I heard that her father was the great vizir before my father and it was for obvious reasons he was replaced .
