A KNOCK WAS HEARD THROUGH GIANNA'S APARTMENT. She was getting ready to go out with Mason for dinner. Gianna walked from her bedroom to the front door. When she opened the door the person who knocked was revealed.

"Lando?" She questioned seeing him. Her apartment was based in New York, so what was he doing here?

"I'm sorry, but I got into a fight at a bar and I knew you lived close by." Gianna now noticed the blood dripping from the left side of his head.

"Oh god, come in." She welcomed him in her house. "Sit down on the counter, the light in the kitchen is better." He did as he was told.

Gianna walked to the bathroom and grabbed the first aid kit. She walked back into the kitchen and opened the box. Gianna picked up a towel and made it a little damp to clean his wound. She stood in front of him now, cleaning his wound.

He flinched at the touch of the towel. "It will hurt for a moment." She spoke up.

Gianna grabbed a plaster from the first aid kit and put it on the wound. She noticed that his eye was bruising and getting thicker.

"Care to tell me what happened?" She asked while grabbing some ice. She put the ice in a small clean towel and put it on his eye.

"I had one to many drinks and got into an argument." He admitted.

"Why are you in New York Lando?" She asked him serious.

"Carlos suggested flying here and staying here for a couple days." He told her but she didn't buy his story.

"You need to keep this on your eyes for a while." She handed him the ice and threw away the dirty towel.

"Why are you all dressed up?" He noticed she was wearing a posh outfit, probably for a fancy dinner. "Don't tell me that prick footballer is taking you out?" He chuckled.

"That 'prick' has a name and it's Mason." She looked annoyed at him.

"You know he isn't good for you?" He slurred the last words.

"Because you are?" Gianna laughed at the thought of getting back with him.

"If you would have listened to me, we wouldn't be in this position." He spoke up and jumped down from the counter, making his way over to her.

"What position Norris?" She asked curiously.

"You thinking I cheated on you, what man would cheat on a woman like you? Beautiful, sexy, intelligent and artistic." He came closer to her.

"A man would be so stupid to let you go, I wouldn't have done that." She could smell the alcohol when he came closer.

"You did and besides that you're drunk now." She pushed him away softly.

"You know I'm better than him, just let me explain what happend, darling please." He grabbed her hand tenderly. "You are everything, I lose my mind not being around you."

"You are drunk and just saying things to get a quick hook up." Gianna walked away from him.

"You put a spell on me Gianna, I can't escape you." He sounded mesmerizing.

"We'll talk another time Lando, not now." She walked over to the door, opened it and waited for him to leave.

"I can't just leave you and go on that date, darling." There was a time that Gianna would melt away at that nickname, but it lost its magic.

"I said we'll talk, now go Lando." She pointed to the door. He slumped towards the door, he quickly gave her a kiss on the top of her head and walked away.

Gianna was shocked by the kiss on her head, but dismissed it because of the alcohol. She closed the door softly and got back to the bathroom.

What was his plan?

#AUTHORSNOTE

Hiya! Had a short break because of a passing in my family, that's why this chapter is a bit rushed!
