[Third Person's P.O.V.]

•Gaito's castle•

As the whole castle begin to shake from the earthquake, Kaito and the seven mermaid princesses knew that Gaito was taking over the overworld.

"We have to stop him before it's too late." Rina said.

"But where is he?" asked Karen, "And how can we even find him?"

"He's in his chambers." said Sara,closing her eyes for a brief moment, "And I think I know where they are."

"Bet you it's where Coralia is as well" commented Karen darkly.

Sara looked away from her 'sisters' for a moment,feeling tears threatening to fall from her face at the mention of her cousin.

"I'll lead you to there." the princess of the Indian ocean said, "We have to hurry mermaids. We have to stop him before things get completely out of hand."

•at the entrance of Gaito's chambers•

The entrance doors suddenly shattered into pieces as dark black and purple-ish mist began to pour out,sending lightning strikes left and right.

"What was that?" asked Kaito confused.

"It is the power of Panthalassa radiating from Gaito's body," replied Sara, "the aura of hatred. Be careful." she warned the other mermaids.

"The aura of hatred you say?" Lucia began, but was cut off by Hippo appearing before all of them in his hippocampus form.

"There you are mermaids" he exclaimed.

"Hippo!" Lucia greeted him,happy to see her old friend.

"I used pearl radar to make it easier for me to find you." Hippo said while comming towards the princesses and Kaito. "I'm happy I did it, I see you're all fine."

"Everyone except for Coralia." said Coco sadly, "She's still siding with Gaito."

"What?No!" exclaimed Hippo, "What happened?"

"It's a long story" snapped Sara,not wanting to talk about Coralia in front of a stranger, "A story we don't have time for now."

"Listen to me carefully," began Rina trying to break off the tension, "Gaito resides within that aura, Coralia's with him as well. We have to get them out, I just don't know how? "

"Impossible." said Sara shaking her head, "Rina in there no one can enter unless Gaito allows it himself."

Hippo tried to forcefully barge in but was merely pushed back by the lightnings,causing him to de-transform into his pinguin form.

"I'll try to go in there." Kaito said suddenly, "I'm from the Panthalassa tribe after all."

"Kaito don't!", Lucia begged, looking up at him, "It's too dangerous!And you're still weak from your first fight with Gaito."

"But Lucia let me go." replied Kaito in exasperation, "Somebody's gotta stop him, otherwise he'll destroy everything!"

"I decided. I'll go." said Sara with final tone.

"But Sara,why you exactly?" frowned Karen.

"While Gaito may not care for me, I know that Coralia somehow still does." said the voice of the orange pearl,a trace of hope in her voice, "And I know that'll be enough for Gaito to let me in."

She stepped forward to the entrance of the chambers, "Coralia?Gaito?" she called in a soft tone, "It's me,Sara."

Inside Gaito's chambers,Coralia opened her peach eyes once she heard her cousin calling her name from the other side of the doors.

"I want to talk to you two"

Gaito looked at the princess of the Mediterranean sea,conteplating on whether or not should he let Sara in.

Coralia hesitated for a moment,then nodded her head,confirming she wanted to talk to her older cousin.

Sara stepped inside.

"They let her in." Kaito said, "What'll happen to her now?"

"Sara congratulations,you managed to get in," Gaito said once the orange colored mermaid appeared, "but you know the consequences it has. "

"Gaito,Coralia" Sara said sadly.

"Almost everyone has betrayed and left me," Gaito began,but Coralia cut him off,making the King of Panthalassa shoot her an annoyed look,which the princess ignored,

"Including you Sara,but why?Why is that wrenched human so important to you that you left me because of him?"

"But Cora,I didn't leave you-" Sara tried to explain,but Coralia didn't want to listen to more excuses,

"LIES!"she roared making Sara wince, "You BETRAYED me the moment you decided to act on those stupid feelings you have for Mitsuki that you very well know you never ever lost."

"Coralia," began Sara again, "Please let me explain what really happened all those years ago. Please just listen to me."

"SILENCE" shouted Gaito once he noticed how aggitated Coralia has gotten.

He sent the lightning bolts at the princess of the Indian ocean,making her scream in pain.

"Don't ever talk to Coralia again!" he growled, "Not after what you've done."

"Don't try and talk me out of this through Coralia,Sara. This is my destiny as the King of Panthalassa and you know it very well."

"You want to say you'll fight as a Panthalassa against Aqua Regina?" asked Sara in disbelief. "Don't do this! You can still change your destiny. You too Coralia!" she said,looking at her younger cousin,who only stared blankly at her. "Gather the courage and leave Panthalassa and join Aqua Regina." she finished,fighting to keep her voice steady as the lightning bolts tightened their grip on her.

"Sara,I think you should've know better than anyone of our loneliness." sighed Coralia.

"Yes Sara,wouldn't you know?" agreed Gaito.

"Coralia,Gaito,why don't you want to change?" asked Sara, "If you don't do that,you'll fight a battle that has no end!"

"Stop acting oh-so smart! " shouted Gaito." I won't listen to anyone anymore.! "

Sara screamed in pain as more lightning bolts hit her.

A part of Coralia wanted nothing more to see the older mermaid in pain after the heartbreak she caused her,but another part,the one buried and locked deep in her heart clenched at the sight of the only family she had left being in so much pain.

However,Coralia didn't do anything but watch Sara fall down from exhausion as well as pain before her.

"My dear palace,let's start to change the human world into ashes!" Gaito shouted,rising both of his arms as more power surged out of him.

"Please Gaito,don't do this." Sara begged,rising up from the floor slightly. "Coralia,please stop him!"

"From the ashes I will build a new world to rule." Gaito said, determination lacing his voice, "I will create the most powerful kingdom of Panthalassa! "

"Sada pevam ja,tu pesmu o ljubavi" Lucia began to sing,hoping it would help Sara bring Coralia back so they could defeat Gaito together.

"Hey Lucia" frowned Rina.

"What are you doing?" asked Hanon, "What do you have in mind?"

"to si ti,samo moj nek čuju svi." Lucia ignored her two friends and continued singing, "Kada dođeš mi,ja ljubav svu daću ti."

"jer si ti,u srcu mom zauvek jedini" Rina and Hanon joined in,

"u ljubavi mi pevamo svi,pesmu divnih sirena." the six mermaids sang together.

"Hahah,they gotta be kidding me" chuckled Gaito,not realizing that Coralia froze beside him,her eyes growing wide upon hearing the song.

Sara,who had noticed the sudden change in her cousin,looked down at her pearl necklace, an idea forming inside her head as she stood up to join her sisters in singing.

"Sad kada si tu i ti zapevaj,melodiju.
Pesma moja najlepšo reci mi ti.
Ta ljubav moja sija u morima svim."

'No!Gaito!' thought Coralia once she saw Gaito clanching his ears tightly in pain.

"STAY AWAY FROM HIM!" she shouted on top her lungs,jumping in front of Gaito as her body glowing a peach colour and sending the seven mermaid princesses flying across the room.

"Coralia-" Sara began once the princesses recovered but stopped suddenly once she saw the look on Coralia's face,a look all too familiar to her.

'Oh my Gods,she's in love with him. She's in love with Gaito!'she thought,realization suddenly hitting her on why Coralia acted the way she did in the past.

She did the only thing she thought was right at that moment,

"Aqua Regina!" Sara shouted, "Please appear and save Gaito and Coralia's souls!"

Her pearl began to glow along with everyone else's,making Aqua Regina appeared in all her glory.

"Aqua Regina!" Gaito growled while Coralia looked down angrily at Sara.

"Enough with the destruction,Gaito," Kaito said, "get rid of the malice. It's over!"

"I carry the blame on my shoulders because I did not have enough strength to prevent all this." the Goddess said, "When I left Panthalassa where chaos reigned, and when I went to the bottom of the sea, my power was very weak.
That's why I did what I regret all the time. I allowed two babies, descendants of Panthalassa, to take the curse in the form of a force that can destroy both land and sea.
Since I never had the strength to remove the curse, I could only divide its power in half. I had to separate the twins" Aqua Regina finished,her sad blue eyes looking directly into Gaito's pink ones.

"Enough with that stupid story!" said Gaito angrily, "Is that your excuse? All my life I was locked up in isolation on the bottom of the sea, where I was comforted only by beings who remain at that depth.
And then I met Coralia, someone who was just as lonely as I was. "

All eyes turned towards the Princess of the Mediterranean sea,who wasn't looking at anyone,but was instead staring pointedly at the ground.

"I thought that was the best way to fill the gap, at least in appearance. So I decided to fulfill her wish. Her desire was for me to destroy the entire earthly world for her. And I woud've fullfiled my promise hadn't it been for you,mermaid princesses."

"Now watch  and learn what happens when someone dares to interrupt me!"

The whole castle began to shake again,causing everyone but Coralia to panic.

"Coralia," Aqua Regina said softly,making the said princess look up at her, "listen to me. You can still save Gaito's soul by just allowing me to explain what really happened with Ryo all those years ago."

Coralia opened her mouth to protest,but the Goddess gently touched her head,making Coralia fall to the floor as the memory hit her.

Coralia watched as the unknown girl kissed Ryo suddenly,suprising him so much that he didn't have time to push her off,which the memory Coralia saw as him kissing the girl back and thus thinking that he betrayed her.

What the past Coralia didn't see and Coralia only saw now was that Ryo pushed the girl off and ran off to find Coralia once he realized she was watching him the entire time,only it was too late...

"He didn't really betray me after all." whispered Coralia once the memory ended. "He just didn't have time to explain what really happened to me sience I left Malta that day."

Her black hair turned back to it's original colour,peach.

"NO!Not you too Coralia!" shouted Gaito desperately.

"Aqua Regina," said Coralia,a sudden determination overflowing her, "What can I do to save Gaito?"

"Mermaid princesses,I give you a new power." Aqua Regina said,closing her eyes as her Scepter glowed,giving each of the eight mermaid princesses the power in a form of a new song.

"Aqua Regina, stop!" Coralia said suddenly as the microphone appeared in her hand, "I'm the one who woke up and strengthened Gaito's great rage. That's why I don't think I deserve to sing with them. "

"My dearest princess of the peach pearl,Coralia." the Goddess said gently, "It is your duty to save Gaito's lonely soul. Sing. "

Coralia nodded,hope filling her heart.

"The voice of the peach pearl!"

Her idol form is an peach long dress, with light pink ruffles on the side and a light pink bow on the back and a slit on the right side that stops between the knees and mid thigh. Her gloves are doubled layered the first layer is a darker peach colour,the second layer is a lighter shade and shoes are peach  with light pink trim on the front and have a small heel, they somehow resemble slippers. Her front hair is curled with a circlet sitting on the top of her head.

"Gaito" said Coralia sadly once the song finished.

"Gaito" said Kaito,stepping forwards to his twin brother.

"Ugh, go ahead, Kaito laugh at me." Gaito said, completely defeated, "Now that I'm not powerful and when I'm defeated. Now that my dreams of the ruler of Panthalassa and my hopes of escaping from eternal darkness are gone. Go ahead, laugh at me."

"Come with us Gaito,come home." Kaito said,offering his hand for his brother to take.

'What?' thought Gaito confused,then looked towards Coralia, who nodded in Kaito's direction and said,

"Please Gaito,come with us. Come with me."

"Alright,but only for you Coralia." he took hi twin's hand,and was instantly brought into a bone crusing hug.

"Welcome back brother."Kaito murmured.

Once the two long lost brothers finally let go of each other,the former King of Panthalassa and the princess of the Mediterranean sea locked eyes for a moment before rushing towards each other.

"Don't ever leave me again Coralia." Gaito whispered in her hair.

[C]Coralia only tightened her grip on him in response.

"Never my love,never. For we are soulbonded."
