[Third Person's P.O.V.]

The whole castle began to shake.

"What is that?" Kaito asked fearfully.

"My power is completely gone!" exclaimed Gaito, "I don't have enough strength to keep the Palace above water. She'll soon sink and crush us all!"

"Maybe...maybe I don't have powers anymore but I'm still the King of Panthalassa and that Tribe I'll carry until the end."

Gaito looked at his twin one last time before muttering,

"I can't and won't leave the Palace,so goodbye brother dearest."

The King of Panthalassa turned away from everyone and began to walk towrads the deeper part of the castle,and towards his throne room.

"GAITO" the redhead man shouted desperately,but his shout fell to deaf ears.

Soon,the eight mermaid princesses,Kaito,Tarou and Hippo were forced to leave the falling castle.

As they were swimming quickly to get away from the ruins,Coralia suddenly stopped.

Turning around to face the peach mermaid,Lucia said,

"What is it Coralia,why did you stop?"

"I have given you a lot of trouble and I will never be able to come to terms with it." the princess of the Mediterranean sea said sadly. "The Mediterranean sea does not require me to be present in order for a new life to be born,a new life which will inherit my pearl,the pearl of the Mediterranean sea."

Sara's orange eyes widened when she realized what her cousin was implying,

"NO! Coralia please don't do it!" she exclaimed.

Coralia opened her pearl necklace, and pulled the peach pearl out.

Placing it in the hand of her older cousin,she spoke softly,

"I trust that you'll keep it safe until my next successor is found."

She turned away from her sisters and swam away before anyone could say anything.

"NO!"

"CORALIA"

Shouts of desperation filled the silent ocean but not once did Coralia turn to look at exactly who was shouting,otherwise she feared they might make her change her mind.

"Damn it,she intends to accept the same fate as Gaito" realized Rina upon seeing that Coralia was swimming towards the Panthalassa castle.

At these words,Sara burst into tears,quickly leaning on Coco's shoulder to try and stiffle her sobs,not realizing that tears too,began to fall down the yellow mermaid's cheeks when she realized one of her best friends won't ever be coming back to them.

•Gaito's castle•

The King of Panthalassa sat alone on his throne with his eyes closed,completely accepting that he too along with his castle will die soon.

(Legend of the Mermaid/Pesma o ljubavi)

"Sada pevam ja,
tu pesmu o ljubavi."

Pink eyes suddenly opened upon hearing the familair voice.

"Coralia!" Gaito gasped upon noticing her, "Why?"

"To si ti,
samo moj nek čuju svi" Coralia sang,before opening her peach eyes to look at Gaito.

"I'll always be with you." she spoke,before continuing to sing,

"Kada dođeš mi,
ja ljubav svu daću ti."

"Coralia" Gaito sighed,standing up from his throne to walk towards the mermaid princess.

"Jer si ti,
u srcu mom zauvek jedini." Coralia sang,looking directly into the pink eyes that looked at her with an emotion all to clear to her,love.

"U ljubavi mi pevamo svi,
pesmu divnih sirena."

Gaito laced hands lace together,pulling the two of them close and tugs,and Coralia,his beautiful with peach curls rises and leans forward and their foreheads touch. Her other hand reaches up and dances over Gaito's cheek, sliding into the threads of his hair.

'Warm, like the rest of her.' he thinks with a smile.

He presses into her touch, seeking comfort, seeking solace, seeking understanding. She gives them all to him.

Their mouths brush together hesitantly, uncertainly. The newness is not unwelcome. The kiss tastes of the salt of the ocean but her lips carry a sweetness that makes him both content and wanting for more. His free hand reaches around her and slides up her back, under her hair, to rest at the bare skin of her neck, deepening their kiss. He feels her smile against his mouth, and the curve of her lips is magical to him-he thinks, then, that he just might be fine without his magic, after all.
When she pulls back, he keeps her close.

They look at each other and they see. Gaito hasn't ever felt seen the way he feels now, with her peach eyes centimeters from his, their breaths mingling in water, strands of her hair draped over his fingers.

Pulling away ever so slightly,Coralia looks into the eyes she fell in love with,

"I love you"

Gaito looked suprised for a moment,before a enormous smile repaced it.

"I love you too,my princess."

And so together they sat embraced on the throne,nothing but pure happiness and love shining from the two lovers as the world around them slowly dissolves into nothingness.

FUCKING HELL! WHY MUST I MAKE MYSELF CRY BEFORE BED EVERY BLOODY TIME!

I'M SO GLAD I CHOSE NOT TO HAVE THIS AS AN OFFICIAL ENDING BECAUSE I DON'T THINK MY POOR HEART WOULD'VE HANDLED IT WELL😭😭😭

With this ending,it leaves questions on who exactly would be Coralia's heiress and how it'll change the plot of season 2.

So here's the explanation:

-Coralia's successor's name is Coraline(I know,verrryyy original).

-I decided that she'll have the same fate as Seira so the plot of s2 is mostly the same with the exception of Sara being alive.

-Sara and Tarou got back together.

-Ryo was utterly devastated upon hearing that Coralia died,but when he learned that she'll have a successor,he decided that he'll along with other mermaid princess protect the young mermaid from Michel and co. and help them gather pieces of her soul so she could be born.

-Instead of appearing in Lucia's dreams,Coralia appears in Sara's dreams(bc of very obvious reasons 👆) to help her bring piences of Coraline's soul back together.

-I decided that one Coraline's songs would be same as Seira's - Beautiful wish because I really love that song and think it would fit her character very well.
Her other song would be Love is the name(by Sofia Carson).

-Coraline basically has the same sweet personality as Seira.

With that all being said,I'm out,so see ya soon guys cuz I'm planning a special  chapter for the actual plot of the story.
