ᶻ 𝗓 𐰁── .✦𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐌 𝐀𝐋𝐋 around, people dressed presentable for this grand event, wine glass filled with beverages of many kinds, appetizers of food being carried out to others to try and there he was decked out perfectly in his new suit. The color theme was mahogany red, somehow ironic for him since the brown eyes he possessed turns into a familiar scarlet Ed whenever he expressed any strong emotion. his blonde hair shifted to the side while a laugh escaped his lips his earring making a gentle sound to announce that it was present.

There with him dressed as well in his own attire, a suit of Navi blue, was a so called albino, with his cat like blue eyes scanning through the crowd of people, hands in his pockets and his stance would remind anyone who was familiar with a character from another anime, Yu-Gi-Oh, s neutral face was his go to yet it charmed anyone that seemed to glance his way even though he was intimidating.

Then another, tall statue matching the height of the albino beside him, brown excited eyes sparkling up at the young man, his once spicy hair combed down without the use of gel, a hand waving around to express himself as he continues to explain something to him while his other hand occupied the in his pants pocket, which by the way matched his theme of mossy green. For his age of sixteen he was fairly innocent with a heart of gold ready to give and protect anyone he deemed important to him.

And last but not least, taking a drink off one of the platters that passed by, a young man that looked much older than he actually was, stood tallest beside the three. It was like puberty slapped him in the face with its aging capabilities, he didn't ask for it but it gave him pointless arguments with the ex assassin who'd tease him about his looks daily. Though in his defence today he was dressed suitable for the occasion matching the three with a suit of his own, a slick black jacket with matching pants to top it off.

The four of them were in a light conversation, going over the plan they've discussed while the blue eyes of the white haired boy removed his eyes from them to scanned the crowd only paying half attention, resting his name being called out by the blonde who needed him to pay attention.

"Killua, focus.." responding to his name he gave the young man a side eye before giving him his full attention with a sigh and in turn his shoulders relaxed nodding to the worried brunette who asked him if he was alright.

"I'm fine Gon, haven't been to a party like this one in a bit," killua shrugged placing a hand through his spicy hair, "Also Kurapika, you told me to keep an eye out for him, multitasking is my job, sure, bit bash Leorio for a bit!"

Using his thumb he gestured towards the other young man who was busy taking another sip of wine in his glass and just like Killua he was unfocused clearly taking this time to admire the gorgeous women from afar who were gossiping and giggling amongst themselves.

Then without warning he received a shock of pain from his toes upwards, he stifled the scream with his cheeks puffed with air before turning to the cheeky child who had a sly smile grace his charming features.

And so the chase began around the somewhat calmer of the bunch, kurapika trying his best to calm them down while Gon decided he wanted to join the boys in their fun.

Now with their chaos still going one kurapika stopped them mid fight with just a glance away from their direction, like if something urged him to look back at the entrance and in return that urge gave him a gift, a pair of eyes staring right back at him. Beautiful eyes, your eyes, briefly locked with his own and ike if in a trance the world around the seemed to slowly down enchanting him even further before you both broke it, he looked daze, his pretty eyes fluttered clearly stunned and his heart seemed to have sped up a bit quicker than usual.

Strange...

Killua noticing his daze piped up irises filled with curiosity "Hmm, what's up Pikachu?" Gon following his gaze, his small still evident on his tan face matching killuas curiosity, Leorio not far behind too the sixteen year old boy out of his headlock jerking and eyebrow at the blonde who in question shaked his head reassuring them he was alright.

When he in fact was not.

You, you, something about you pulled him in and in that sudden eye contact at the entrance the two of you seemed to share a few more. You in your favourite dress that you had to choose between a bunch of others that your girl best friends picked out for you, stood smiling with them at a joke that one spilled out in-between her own laughs a manicured hand covered her mouth slightly, the hair that you had styled earlier tickled your skin as you glanced around meeting pearls of soft brown before your gaze got stolen by the announcer of this event.

There was a pang in both of your chests, hearts quite excited by the exchange while you cheeks radiated a bit of warmth that brightened them just a bit, Kurapika's eyes fading into a familiar red by a little, it passed as he closed them exhaling a breath he was subconsciously holding, you doing the same.

The boys at his side still filled with inquisitive energy watched him attentively but to no one's surprise Killua paid the most attention, watching him with those keen eyes of his then a smile graced his features, a cocky one, as if he knew that the blonde was exchanging glances with you and he was being obvious with it.

"Heheheh, this is going to be fun~"

"Huh? What do you mean Killua..??"

"Hehe~ Kurapika likes a girl..!~"

"HUH??"

This story was inspired by Tadow by FKJ!!

This song though, very popular, was associated with the milkman from the game NOT MY NEIGHBOUR and since I've searched it up after a few months and possibly a year it has held me firmly in its grasp.

I was obsessed with this masterpiece, and no one can tell me otherwise, this made me super happyyy. I used K.P (Kurapika) for this just because I loved the idea of the eyes meeting when the person sang "Tadow~", haha, call me wired but that's what made me write this in the first place..

These characters DO NOT belong to me but to the manga and anime HUNTER X HUNTER ! The manga is written and illustrated by Yoshihiro, the anime series was produced by a studio called Madmouse!~
