Described to be a living 'vampire' by many, miss Elspeth most certainly looks the part: haunting red eyes that can lock onto you as if you're mere prey, skin so pale it could be mistaken for porcelain, and hair nearly as dark as the night, Elspeth cares little for social interaction and much prefers to be left alone unless something important must be brought to her attention. Surprisingly, though, she doesn't appear to be as cruel as the other Higher Ups, and is even willing to pull a few strings to protect someone from her fellow 'populars' if simply requested.

Unfortunately, though, her protection-depending on how much of it you need-comes with a price. And if you're not willing to pay it?

Perhaps you were never worthy of her kindness, after all.

Stoic with a dislike for people who intend to waste her time (which appears to be everyone, according to her), Elspeth Isla is a woman of what some describe to be 'of royal character.' While she may be the 'nicest' amongst the Higher Ups, do not mistake that she won't be willing to take your life in other ways her fellow populars usually wouldn't, so should you even try to take advantage of her services. Just remember: she's called the Viscountess for a reason.
