\𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ━━ IN WHICH Steve Rogers's sister was taken by Hydra and tested on and injected with different serums to make her Fly have super strength along with heat vision and much more but to control her they planted a phrase that another soldier of Hydra's had to control them and make them kill anyone that Hydra wanted to.

𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 ━━ SAGE ROGERS was the sister of Steve Rogers was taken by HYDRA and turned into a weapon to fight not only her brother but The Avengers as well after Steve found out that his sister was alive her search far and wide for her but when HYDRA took over S.H.I.E.L.D that's when both of there weapons came out to fight after Steve managed to break through his sister's shell to remind her of him, Steve took her to the one place were she could learn her powers and help the right team out but when the team rolls up in Lagos, Nigeria chase a former HYDRA agent who before killing himself leaves a coded message for Sage who becomes scared of the message of the power but when she learns that her brother didn't sign the Sokovia Accords. She is locked down at the avenger headquarters with Vision as Vision tries to stop her from leaving an old friend comes along to break her out, she will join her brother on the quest to prove Bucky Barnes is innocent but as this happens someone who loves her tries to stop her again but this time she can't listen she doesn't want feelings to cloud her judgment.

𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧⤵

━━Sage was taken before Bucky was taken and was given powers

━━She has a similar phase to Bucky but it is up to you if you want it to be the same.

━━Sage is scared of the thought of becoming a mindless killing machine, you could make it that she has similar words that set her off.

━━Bucky does remember her but not that much of her because of the number of times he has had his memory wiped.

━━Tony doesn't trust her because she came from the same place as bucky after she goes rogue and attacks him.

━━You could make it that Vision is very intrigued by Sage this makes him want to get close to her
