A MIKE MUNROE LOVE STORY

RILEY HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE ONE TO PUT OTHERS before herself, a trait that often made her a target for manipulation and bullying during her high school years. Her only solace came from Mike, the one person who consistently stood by her side, scaring away the bullies and helping her out of situations she couldn't handle on her own. And thanks to him showing her that kindness, this is where those feelings came in, and she hasn't stopped liking him since, not when her friend Emily started dating him.

ALL SHE COULD DO WAS WATCH FROM A DISTANCE where Riley knew she always would be in his life, watching from the sidelines where she would rather be. No matter how painful it was for her, she suppressed those feelings for the sake of the friend group, and for the sake of Emily, as Riley didn't want to ruin the bond between them. Yet, despite her childhood best friend Josh, telling her it was alright to have feelings for Mike, the guilty feeling in her stomach became even worse each time she spotted him giving her longing stares from across the room, holding Emily as he did so. Nothing ate at her heart more knowing he could possibly be in love with her too, while dating one of their best friends.

THINGS STARTED TO GET WORSE WHEN MIKE brought Riley a necklace she'd been eyeing off for ages for her birthday, him knowing how much she loved wearing jewellery and gifted it to her with that charming smirk across his face that she adored so much. Riley knew she was in deep, and knew what trouble that could cause if she opened her mouth about it.

NOW RILEY ALWAYS DID TRY TO TALK HER FRIENDS out from doing dumb things, but when the group decided it would be a good idea to prank her sweet best friend, Hannah, about her crush on Mike, she somehow couldn't bring herself to say anything -- or in other words, didn't exactly think her friends would be that mean enough to do that to Hannah. But, one of her worst fears came to life when Hannah ran off into the snow one year after she got humiliated by everyone, Beth following straight after once she found out. In that moment Riley didn't think twice, and took off also, despite the desperate look in Mike's eyes he was staring at her with to not go.

That night Riley lost two of her best friends, the ones who'd do anything for her. But sadly, she couldn't do the same for them when their hands slipped from her grasp into the dark depths of the mountain below.

RILEY NEVER RECOVERED FROM WATCHING THAT HAPPEN, and carried around an intense amount of guilt knowing she wasn't strong enough to save them when she could of. She didn't blame anyone but herself, even if she wanted to hate the others, she couldn't bring herself to it. A year later after this happened, Josh informs her of how he was sending out videos to their group to bring them back all together again, where the event took place at the ski lodge for the sake of his dead sisters.

SHE REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO GO BACK AS she was beyond nervous to, but she knew she had to be there for Josh, like he was there for her. And so, she agreed to his invite, and prepared herself for what was to come seeing everyone again-plus the fuel to her daily nightmares. When the nine friends return the isolated mountain lodge things quickly take a sinister turn. As fear tightens its icy grip on the group, their remote retreat becomes an inescapable nightmare with the shadow of death behind every corner.

yeah okay everyone cheer with me now, thanks to miss taylah she has surfaced my love for this game and i never realised how much i miss it till i started watching/playing it again
