JN'S POV

A deep sigh left my lips as I ran my hands through the fine pages of some of my favourite novels. Moving to New Zealand was what everyone wanted for me. But did I?

I don't know

The buzzing phone caught my attention and I answered the call immediately, seeing his name on it.

"Taehyung"

"Hey"

"Hi"

"Is packing and everything finished?"

"Going on" I replied. "It's tomorrow right?"

"That's a lot of books"

Chuckling at his comment, I replied back. "Well, I've to take everything with m-" I stopped in middle wondering how the hell he knew I was packing my books. Glancing around the room, my attention caught the figure waving at me, standing outside my window.

"Want to come with me?" He asked and I giggled hearing his hopeful tone. "Just for this evening. A night drive"

I smiled nodding at him before rushing to put on my coat. Closing the door slowly behind me, I walked to the front door but unfortunately the person I was avoiding caught me on time.

"Jennie" My mother's voice stopped me on my track. Sighing, I turned around to only to see a glaring Mrs. Kim, both hands on her hips. "Mom, I'm going out okay?" I explained.

"What are you doing?" She hissed "If he comes and call, will you just go anywhere with him? Don't you know that we're leaving tomorrow right?"

I closed my eyes, reminding myself to not to get angry at her. "I know that mom"

"Then why are you being so irresponsible?" She continued. "But mom.." I started, hesitantly. "Everything you've wanted is happening in my life right? Like look at this"

Glancing around, I continued. "Moving to New Zealand, leaving Korea! Better life, better degree, it's not fair! Nothing's going to change if I go out now. Just, please let me go mom"

Turning around, I swiftly walked away, not bothering to look back at her. Making me move to New Zealand was more than enough for her.

Giving a chaste kiss on Taehyung's cheek, I climbed into the seat next to his. Flashing me his boxy smile, he drove off.

AUTHOR'S POV

Walking hand in hand, Taehyung and Jennie walked inside the cafe Shikata, taking a seat on a perfect spot. With golden lights, melodious music and the intoxicating smell of coffee beans, Jennie felt very excited to be there.

"Hi" A small girly voice caught Jennie's attention. "This is Chaeyoung and that's Jungkook" Taehyung introduced them, before hugging each of them. "My cousins"

Jennie was literally gawking at the two figures before her. She couldn't help but feel jealous of the angelic beauty standing in front of her along with another handsome guy. Clearing her throat, she greeted them. "Nice to meet you" Jennie smiled. "I'm Kim Jennie"

Chaeyoung and Jungkook were shocked would be an understatement. They didn't expect such a kind of surprise. Both of them knew their dear cousin had a crush on Jennie, but they didn't know he was literally wrapped on Jennie's finger.

After spending hours with Jennie, Jungkook and Chaeyoung understood the depth of his feelings.

It was not a mere crush anymore!

Jennie was Taehyung's muse. She was the reason for his change of demeanor. And she was the answer for all the questions that life threw at him.

TH'S POV

"Where are you taking me?" Jennie asked as I drove through the middle of a creepy place. "It's a surprise for you" I grinned, before stopping the car. Placing my hands over her eyes, I asked her to close her eyes before telling her to open when I count to three.

"One, two, three..."

I watched her intently, her breath hitched and a small gasp left her now parted lips. It was a painting of her, on the wall, by me. I grinned proudly seeing her awestruck face. I'd done a pretty good job in painting her. Her sexy red lips, gummy smile, cat eyes and fluttering brown hair, everything was exactly the same.

"If I didn't had come with you today then...?" Jennie asked, her eyes still on the wall. "If you wouldn't have come, you wouldn't have seen this" I shrugged, before turning away from her captivating eyes.

"Why are you doing all this?" She mumbled, after a long minutes of silence. "Are you not feeling something while doing all these, for me?"

Turning my head, I stared at her confused and curious face.

Yeah, love.

"That's better right?" I flashed a weak smile, before glancing elsewhere. I bit my lips, to avoid all the hidden emotions in me resurfacing. She was leaving Korea for good and I can't be selfish of that. I can't be selfish and shield her from concurring her dreams.

I can't be selfish

My brows furrowed, mimicking her. She seemed to be in deep thought. "Jennie?" I whispered, and her eyes found mine. But this time, void of any emotion.

"Uh, I've to go" She faltered, before adjusting her sitting position. Gulping the lump down my throat, I ignited the car engine, before driving back to her house.

"The race is tomorrow right?" Jennie asked as I parked the car in front of her house. I simply nodded, unable to utter words. I watched her walk away, before turning to face me, a small smile playing on her lips.

"All the best"

"Taehyung, why can't you be responsible for just once? I'm ashamed of you!"

My father's voice echoed in my mind.

"You were the one who wanted a child. So don't blame me!"

Mother.

"Your background is a bit different from us Taehyung. Nothing less than that will suit my daughter"

Jennie's mom.

All these voices were echoing throughout my mind and the mini track placed in front of me were suffocating. I massaged my forehead, trying to ease the pain that was increasing each second.

A shuffling noice had my head turned to the side, only to see Jungkook sitting beside me, staring at me. A deep sigh left my lips as I moved my eyes back to the track model.

My brows furrowed as I watched Jungkook leaning towards the model to place a toy scooter, a toy car and a toy racing bike. Crossing his arms, Jungkook simply stared at me.

A small chuckle escaped my mouth as I understood that he wanted to choose one from that. Picking the racing bike, I glanced at him only to see him grinning at me, his bunny smile widening. Jungkook placed his hand on my shoulder, patting, his gaze speaking for me.

"Breath and remember who the fuck you are"

JK'S POV

A long sigh escaped my lips, as I layed my body on the soft mattress. Tiredness and exhaustion engulfing me as a whole.

It's been a long day...

I'd to drop mom off at the airport. She was becoming more and more annoying each day. So I decided to simply suggest her a idea, which she took wholeheartedly.

Staying with my sister who was in US.

Mom being mom, she immediately agreed to it. A visit to America. Who will reject it? Not my mother for sure.

"Jungkook?" A sleep Lisa mumbled, who was laying next to me. A shiver ran down my spine as I heard her raspy voice. I hummed in response before moving my hands to cuddle her tightly. "I missed you"

"I missed you too baby" I whispered, leaving soft kisses on her face. Underneath the moonlight, Lisa looked ethereal, her long lashes fluttering, her pink lips puckering.

I leaned to place a kiss on her lips, unable to hold myself. Fluttering opening her eyes, she flashed me a sweet smile before leaning towards me to kiss me.

Grinning, I kissed her back, gently yet passionate. Her lips tasted sweet as usual that only made me wanting to kiss her more. A moan escaped her lips as I bit her lower lip.

"Baby" I growled, as she continued to leave those sexy moans. "J-Jungkook" She moaned, as I nuzzled into the crook of her neck. "We should stop" I muttered, reminding myself and her.

"Yeah, we should" She agreed, her hot breath fanning me. "Sleep baby" I cooed, before kissing the tip of her cute nose. "Good night Kookie" She giggled, before returning a sweet kiss.

"Good night love"

As I heard her soft snores, I chuckled quietly. She must've been tired after flying back and forth. A deep sigh left my lips as I thought about Taehyung. He was all giggly when he came to meet me and Chaeng with Jennie. I was seeing him all looking happy and dejected after a long time, before and after Jennie's visit.

As a yawn escaped my lips, I decided to fall asleep. Placing a kiss on Lisa's forehead, I closed my eyes, sleep greeting me.

Tomorrow
