TEAM A VS. TEAM C

"Shidou, you're starting on the bench this time" you pointed to the bench while facing the male

"huh!? why should I?" the male bent down looking up at you with an attempted intimidating face

"cause you're the only one who hasn't benched so far" Rin crossed his arms

"whatever, but I'm still gonna play later" he grumbled, stomping to the bench

"yeah yeah, whatever you say" you waved him off

"Team C will be starting with the ball" the announcer announced

Nagi passed the ball to Reo signaling the start of the game as he and Nagi began doing one-two passes making it past you

you looked back uninterested at the scene

you had seen one-two passes so frequently you had grown tired of it despite also using it from time to time

Aryu attempted to block Reo's passage to Nagi but failed as Reo switched from a direct pass to a curved pass right in front of the goal for his teammate

"nice try" your teammate Ishikari jumped up and blocked the pass with his head

the ball went straight to Rin's feet as he dashed in the opposite direction with you running a bit ahead of him

"pass" you simply said not looking back at your teammate

not hearing a reply, an irritated expression replaced your apathetic expression

"use me instead, I'm known as the useful monk!" shouted igaguri, running by Rin's side

Rin passed the ball to the monk as some random in the other team tried to block it

'so he'll pass the ball to him but not me' you felt offended at the action

Reo placed himself in front of igaguri, blocking his shot to the goal as he could only rely on passing the ball now

'Rin or Y/N!? which one will assure my path to success!?' sweat dripped down the monk's face as he was deep in thought

as if the entire field had gone quiet, he froze as he made eye contact with your cold E/C eyes

the intensity in those eyes caused the male to panic and send a high pass instead of direct one

"that won't do" you sigh as you faced the tall male floating above you

"that's about as far as you go" gagamaru hit the ball straight to Yukimiya

"your turn no.5"

Yukimiya was faced with Rin who carefully analyzed the brunette's movements

the male went into scissors motion as Rin followed with his movement

"hey watch out his specialty is-" Yukimiya dragged his movement on, startling the raven-haired male as he dashed past him

"-one-on-one..." you mentally hit yourself for having forgotten to inform your teammates of their abilities

you and Rin ran after the male as Igaguri and your other teammate blocked his path

"sure you're good at one-on-one but you can't beat us when we're two!" exclaimed the monk

"use me!" the voice of Reo made appearance from your right

"nah" smirked Yukimiya

Yukimiya then went into a shooting position and shot the ball over Igaguri and Ishikari

'that's too high' you looked up at the ball, slightly relieved

that's when the ball began dropping in the direction of the goal

he turned to you with a wink and said "i'm a pacifist you know"

'should've known he'd increased his skills' you sweatdropped at your own obliviousness

although the goalie wouldn't make it to block the shot, Aryu was in the perfect position to block it

"I have arrived"

"nice Aryu!" igaguri shout in relief

but he wasn't the only one in a perfect position

Nagi jumped in front of the lanky male, stealing his thunder as he trapped the ball with the outside of his left foot and twisted his body with the ball in possession, now facing the net

Aryu attempted to reach his foot under Nagi to steal the ball back, but the male lifted the ball into the air and shot it in the net

WHISTLE

0-1 for team white

"WHAT ARE YOU LOSERS DOING!" Shidou's rough and loud voice shout from across the field "HOW COULD YOU LET THE TWO LOWEST RANKED TOP PLAYERS SCORE FIRST!"

"they're in the top ranks cause they're good you moron" you scratched the back of your head "plus it's not like we can counter what we're not aware of"

RESTART

you passed the ball to Rin and dashed forward immediately

"get around them" the raven-haired male ordered

"i don't take orders donkey" you didn't bother looking at the male to know he had an irked expression

Reo attempted to steal the ball from Rin, but Rin was easily able to get past the male with a nutmeg

you had been waiting in the center of the penalty area while Aryu and Ishikari were on the corners of them, awaiting a pass from Rin

The long-lashed male made a high pass in the direction of Ishikari

Ishikari jumped while an opposing player tried to block the pass in vain as the ball reflected off his forhead and headed for your direction

'it's too high, i can't reach...' you looked up at the ball before realising the speed of the pass wasn't reducing and it wasn't aimed for you

the ball was headed for Aryu who also proceeded to jump with Gagamaru under him who attempted to block the pass

'i see what you're doing' you sigh at the males efforts to block you from getting access of the ball

"i guess i'll let you have it this time" you spoke as Rin ran past you to reach the ball that had landed behind you after Aryu's pass

you know the rest

"keeping the ball out of my reach, trust this won't happen again" you walked  in with Rin back to your side

"sure you won't" the male mocked

"Y/N!!!" you turned to the sound of someone shouting your name

"SWAP TIME" you didn't get enough time to react as you were tackled down to the floor

"alright, alright, now get off" if you could you'd rip Shidou's hair off

RESTART

Yukimiya started with the ball as he ran forward

"I've got it guys!" igaguri shout, heading for Yukimiya who simply dashed by him

"good enough" Rin slide tackled Yukimiya, kicking the ball out of his possession

"you're so not cute" Yukimiya said to Rin

"loose ball!!"

that was until the ball landed on someone's chest

"alright purple bun!" shidou shout with a crazed smile "now come over here!"

Reo passed the ball to Nagi as the said male passed it back to him and it turned into a series of one-two passes

it stopped when Reo got the ball but was blocked off by Ishikari and Aryu

"Reo, pass" Nagi called out as Ishikari turned to block him, thinking Reo would pass the ball but it never came

Reo took the open spot to shoot the ball high into the air which threw everybody off

"you're kidding" you stared in shock

the ball lowered in everybody's just like earlier

but this time nobody was present to block the shot

WHISTLE

"A GYRO SHOT!" the surprised shouts came from all over the field

"so he's able to copy" you sigh 'that's gonna be troublesome'

in the end, your team ended up winning with a score of 5-3

"you're starting on the bench next time" you walked with Shidou and Rin to your dorm room "you don't understand had stressful it is watching everybody play without being able to do anything"

"without me, you lukewarm players wouldn't have won this match or our last one" the male scoffed

"well without me, you two immature kids would've killed each other before you could play any matches" you retorted

"not my fault this brat doesn't watch what he says and expects no consequences from his words" Shidou stuck his tongue out

"you know we should really get an exterminator for the insect invasion in the building" Rin provoked

"wanna repeat that?" Shidou leaned towards Rin with a crazed expression

'that was a lame insult' you sigh at the males behaviours before grabbing onto Shidou's collar and pulling him back

"stop unless you want a free ticket to the end of your career" you gave the male a deadpanned looked

he sighed dramatically before walking on your left with you now being the barrier between two army's ready to start a war

debating whether I wanna write a One Piece or JJK fanfic (might do both)
