"Do that again!"

"No! Again!"

"You're doing it all wrong! How did you even get accepted here!?"

The 16-year-old girl kept dancing the way her teacher instructed her to dance, even though her entire body ached since she had been practising for five hours straight then.

"You say that dance is your strength! Is that how you will prepare for your dance position in the upcoming group!? If I had the power to decide, I would have already sent you home! How can you be so incompetent!?"

The teen girl felt tears in her eyes. Not once did she think that the path to pursue her dreams would be so hard. She wanted to run away from there- back to her home in Thailand. But the fear of disappointing her family overpowered her emotions.

"You will never be able to debut with these mediocre skills, Lalisa Manobal!"

"Are you guys ready?" Jennie asked.

The other three nodded. Upon seeing that, Jennie stepped out of the black minivan, followed by the rest of the girls. They were wearing expensive designer outfits from luxurious brands for the red carpet. The four ladies walked graciously as the media, and essentially, everyone was shocked to see them.

Blackpink hadn't attended a single award show that year, and neither did any of the other artists from YG Entertainment. So, to see them there was a surprise for everyone.

The photographers asked them to give different poses, which they obeyed. After the media was satisfied with the photos, the journalists began to ask them questions.

"Why wasn't Blackpink attending award shows till now?" One of them asked.

"Is Blackpink going to disband soon?" Another asked.

"Are your sales worsening the reason for your inactivity?" A different reporter asked.

Gladly, they had prepared extra-hard to respond to the blatant questions they were asked today since Blackpink was publicly appearing together after a long time. So, they answered all the questions professionally and without any hesitation.

After they had done replying to the questions, they bowed and thanked everyone; and proceeded toward the seating area designated for idols. They were to share their table with Red Velvet- which was luckily next to Twice's table.

It'd be nice to see their astound faces.

Soon, all artists were seated and talking to each other. Ironic to the fans who did not get along.

Chaeyoung looked around to find Namjoon and Yoongi. Once she spotted them, she hoped to Lord for them to look at her. Perhaps God heard her desire- and the two men glanced at her. She smiled at them- wishing no one was recording her. The BTS members returned her gesture by momentarily smiling as well.

Blackpink was busy looking at their fans, blinks, smiling and waving toward them. The four were making finger hearts to the camera when Red Velvet came.

The two girl groups immediately hugged each other and sat around the table.

Irene said- still a little surprised, "I can't believe you guys are here."

Seulgi agreed, "Me neither."

Jisoo replied, laughing, "Believe me when I say that, we can't either."

Yeri asked, "Why did you not tell us earlier?"

Lisa chuckled mischievously. She explained, "We thought, why not give you guys a sweet surprise."

All idols were quietly watching the performances by various artists, and no one was vibing to the music. The whole auditorium was surrounded by an odd atmosphere.

Currently, Twice was performing their hit releases 'Feel special' and 'Fancy'.

When Twice saw Blackpink, they were shocked but pleased by their presence. The three girl groups had been friends for years now, while their fandoms were mostly- arguing with each other- on the silliest topics.

The audience cheered with great enthusiasm as Twice struck their ending pose.

Finally, it was Blackpink's turn to go up on stage and perform. Just as the instrumental of their single "Kill this love" started playing- Lisa sang the iconic Blackpink catchphrase- and that hyped each person present in the auditorium. Everyone cheered loudly. Seeing this, immediately a smile formed on their faces. Maybe Blackpink wasn't disbanding that soon after all.

They put all their energy to give their best performance. That was the only way to reward their fans for their inactivity.

As their performance ended, the four ladies were happy to be performing on stage after that long. And they were glad to be able to see their fans cheering for them and enjoying their music. It was unexpected for them. They didn't at all anticipate this reaction from people.

They also received a few awards, for which they can not thank their fans enough. They loved them so much.

The award ceremony was about to end when the lights suddenly went out. The whole concert hall was dark, except for a few camera flashes that gave out some light.

A loud sound of a gunshot was heard. And that made people scream and run everywhere.

It caused a commotion, and everyone started to panic. The helping staff was nowhere to be found.

The lights came back, and everyone rushed back to the way they came in.

The four agents knew it must be the kidnappers. They had warned the higher-ups about how dangerous it could be, but they did not listen and took the risk.

"What do we do, Chaeyoung!?" Jennie asked, alarmed.

"How will we be able to look for everyone in this situation?" Jisoo questioned.

"I-I don't know-w!" their leader stuttered, "it's hard to-" she was cut off in between as Lisa interrupted her, "Tell us what we need to do, Chaeyoung. We will do as you say. Decide fast!"

Chaeyoung closed her eyes as she contemplated the consequences of her decisions and actions.

"Let's focus on the important groups- as they asked us to do. Besides, we can't help every idol present here."

The other three nodded firmly.

They ran in the direction of the way out. Hoping to find the people they were looking for at the exit. They found the two girl groups- whose safety was their responsibility.

The female spies quickly made their way to them and found them in an awful state.

"Oh my God! What are we going to do now!? It is the kidnapper who is behind all this! I know it!" Sana of Twice said, horrified.

The other women were panicking too.

Suddenly, a dagger was thrown where they were standing. Everyone gasped as they nearly missed it, and luckily, no one got hurt.

Chaeyoung was quick to take charge. Facing Jisoo and Lisa, she said in a decisive tone, "Guys, use the backstage exit and take them to the area we hid our cars. Jennie and I will handle this. I hope you have your weapons with you, here take an extra...." she tossed both of them a gun, as everyone except the four watched this scene wide-eyed,

"and keep your in-ear piece on. Contact us if anything happens. Make sure to be safe."

Jisoo and Lisa confidently nodded and quickly rushed the rest of them out, who helplessly listened as they couldn't understand what was happening. Jennie and Chaeyoung decided to stay behind and find them.

Jennie looked at Chaeyoung and spoke, "Rosie, are you ready for some action?"

"Yes, Ruby. Ready as I ever will be." Chaeyoung replied with a smirk.

They sprinted towards the direction from where the dagger came. They kept running for a few minutes until they reached another gateway that lead the path backstage.

They were walking in the corridor- looking for any unusual activity when suddenly, they heard light footsteps behind them.

Was this person a kidnaper and involved in these things? The two agents mentally rolled their eyes at the person's stupidity. Could they have made it any more obvious that they were approaching them? Chaeyoung nodded to Jennie as a signal.

Jennie immediately took her gun out from the side pocket of her pants, turned around, and shot a bullet towards the man who was approaching them with a dagger in his hand. The bullet hit the centre of his head. He yelled an ugly scream before he collapsed on the floor and stopped breathing. He was dead.

"Nice shot Ruby," Chaeyoung said.

In return, Jennie grinned. She put her weapon back, and the two kept walking ahead. While examining about, they heard some noises.

"Do you think any idols are still there?" Jennie asked.

"I think so," Chaeyoung answered.

"Let's look around once to see if anyone is there. If you find any men with black attire, covered faces, or weapons, shoot them. I will go to the left side, and you go to the right. Contact me if you find anyone." Chaeyoung continued.

"You too," Jennie said before jogging in the other direction.

Chaeyoung began her search on the left side. She opened each room but didn't find anyone. After her search ended, she clicked on a few buttons on her wristwatch, which was designed especially for them to communicate with each other- and do other much-advanced stuff.

She heard Jennie's voice after a beep.

"Rosie, did you find someone? I don't think there's anyone on this side." She spoke, panting a little.

Chaeyoung answered, "Me neither. I didn't find anyone. I think they already left."

After a pause, she added, "Maybe there's a basement here because I am sure I heard some noises. What if someone is still left there?"

"Okay, I'll be there in five minutes," Jennie said, "Look for a staircase that leads to the basement, and I'll follow your location. You should go ahead."

"Alright. Ruby."

Chaeyoung resumed her investigation of the place for a couple of minutes before she found the entrance to the basement. Without any thought, she quickly went downstairs, and the sight in front of her eyes was scary.

What she saw was, that BTS and EXO were trying to fight five men.

They were dodging bullets, daggers, and punches, which were thrown at them. By those who were in black clothing.
