Piles of books and parchment covered the furthest table in the library. Kira grumbled as she shoved parchment out of the way to search for the one she was looking for, ignoring the fallen books and sheets of parchment fluttering to the ground.

Two arms wrapped around her shoulders from behind her and she felt a kiss press against her temple.

"Morning, Reg," she said, her gaze focused on the notes she made for Potions.

"Morning, Kira," he chuckled. "You've been studying all month, let's go do something fun."

"I need to make sure I'm ready for the NEWTs."

"Yes, but they're three months away and you've already made all of your notes."

"And?"

"Let's go do something," Regulus said once more.

Kira sighed and shook her head, though a small smile adorned her features. "Fine," she sighed dramatically.

She picked up her things and sent all the books to their rightful places with a swish of her wand.

She turned to Regulus and grabbed his hand, pulling him out of the Library. "Where to, Mr Black?"

"Ad Astra," Regulus grinned.

"To the stars it is," Kira chuckled and pulled him towards the Astronomy tower.

Regulus conjured a blanket for them to lay on. He laid down and Kira followed, laying down next to him so their shoulders were touching.

She stared at the ceiling. "Any reason you dragged me away from my studies?"

"I want to talk to you," Regulus said.

"About?"

"Anything, nothing, everything."

Kira chuckled, "Okay then. Have you studied at all?"

Regulus groaned, "oh anything but exams and schoolwork."

"Kira?"

"Yeah?" She replied, glancing at him before returning her eyes to the ceiling.

"When we graduate, I want you to move in with me," he began. "It can be anywhere you want, a big house, a small house. If you want to, of course," he rushed out

Kira smiled. "I'd love to move in with you," she whispered, moving her hand to entwine her fingers with his.

He turned his head to look her in the eyes and brought their entwined hands up to his lips and pressed a kiss to the back of her knuckles.

"Je t'aime, mon cher."

"I love you too, mon amour."

Kira did not remember falling asleep, nor remember making it back to her own bed, but she did remember waking up and seeing Regulus leave, presumably from bringing her to bed, and asking him to stay.

And he did.

Kira woke up the next morning with her head resting on Regulus' chest.

She smiled once she recognised what she was laying on, or rather who. She propped herself up so she could look at his face while he slept.

He looked so peaceful.

He wasn't stressed, or concerned.

He was asleep and he look so soft and relaxed. She reached up her hand and brushed a piece of his hair away from his face.

His eyes fluttered open and a lazy smile covered his face.

Kira giggled, "I'm sorry, did I wake you?"

Regulus smiled, "If this is the view I wake up to everyday, then I don't mind if you wake me."

She blushed and leaned forward, pressing a soft kiss to his lips. He smiled into the kiss and slid his arms around her waist.

When she pulled away, he frowned, but it disappeared as soon as he heard her soft laughter at his antics. She laid her head back down on his chest.

"Regulus?"

"Hmm," he hummed in response, gazing up at the ceiling.

"I'm scared," she whispered, her voice cracking.

His arms tightened around her, his left hand rubbing circles on her shoulder. "Is it the prophecy?" He asked.

She nodded. "When he finds out, I'm meant to go into hiding, but what if he threatens my family? He already has access to Charles," She sniffed.

"He can't threaten your family if he can't find you. Going into hiding means completely cutting yourself off from the world. Hurting your family would be pointless because you'd never find out about it. They'll be safe."

"I suppose you're right."

"Only suppose?" He gasped, "I thought you trusted me more than that," he scoffed with a grin on his face.

She hit him lightly on the chest and laughed, "oh shut it."

"As you wish."

He turned over so he was facing her and buried his face in the crook of her neck. She chuckled and wrapped her arms around him and her legs in between his.

She wouldn't mind sleeping in if she was with him.

The sunrise could wait.

A new chapter? So soon?

Yesss. I've decided to gift you with another chapter so you don't hate me for not updating while I write my exams during the month of November.

So you have this one, and another one I'll post next week.
