Adalfieri Salvatore - While not-as-close to his father as Dakarai would like, he still respects him but their opposing personalities make it hard for the two to connect. Yet, it's clear this relationship becomes one-sided as Adalfieri has no problem giving up his eldest son since the boy clearly "disappointed them", preferring Fiorenzo over him.

Fukayna Salvatore - Dakarai initially shared a close knit-tight bond with his mother, Fukayna, whom he cared deeply about. Sadly though, she does not support his dreams. As Dakarai begins vocalizing his thoughts on not becoming an architect, she snaps and slaps him for 'talking back'. This bond becomes tested and later falls apart as Dakarai will choose Nino's mother over her, causing Fukayna to violently disown him as her son.

Fiorenzo Salvatore - Out of his family, Dakarai is the least closest to Fiorenzo prior to their polar opposite personalities. However their dislike for one another will only intensify as Dakarai begins hanging out with the Lahiffe's family and picks them over his blood family, solidifying the end of their bond.

Aurelia Rossi - Dakarai is actually the closest to Aurelia out of his entire family as he's the only one who makes the effort to see her despite the woman's given schedule. As a result, she doesn't disown him when given the option. Furthermore, the two exchange phone numbers to keep in touch before she offers Dakarai to stay at her house, much to the disgust of Aurelia's daughter, Lila.

Lila Rossi - Dakarai and Lila don't really see eye-to-eye which has impacted their relationship in more ways than one. As a result, Lila is shown to be very ecstatic when Dakarai gets disowned (which she naturally hid by faking her tears, something Dakarai could obviously see through given the girl's excitement moments ago).

Casmiro Rossi - Dakarai tried bonding with Casmiro out of politeness but stopped when it became clear his uncle favored Fiorenzo over him. The lack of a bond resulted in the two acting as strangers to one another, only having conversations if it was absolutely necessary. Otherwise when Casmiro left and became disowned by the family, Dakarai vowed to never follow the same path as him. Only, little did he know, the cycle would repeat itself...

Zahara Lahiffe - Dakarai liked Zahara's company as she always stopped by at his boss's coffee shop months before his decision to become an intern for Audrey Bourgeois. But it becomes clear soon afterwards that she is fond of the boy as she just takes Dakarai in as another son of hers, something he would later come to appreciate.

James Lahiffe - Initially, these two struggle due to Dakarai's youngest brother Fiorenzo picking on Nino and his connection to Lila Rossi. Though things begin changing when Dakarai gawks over James's inventions, showing his admiration. So when the boy gets disowned by his family, James immediately makes Dakarai a honorary member of the Lahiffe family.

Nino Lahiffe - Dakarai and Nino immediately bonded when the two first geeked out from discussing movies. Since then, their bond has grown to the point where the two refer to one another as 'brothers', something Dakarai could never achieve the same goal with Fiorenzo. So, it's not really a surprise when Nino offers Dakarai to stay at their place after the boy gets disowned by his biological family [aside from his aunt].

Chris Lahiffe - Dakarai and Chris are quite mischievous when they are together which leads to a lot of pranks on their end. These two share a typical brother relationship, often blaming one another when the two get caught in their playful schemes. Much like Nino and James, Dakarai would protect Chris as he has come to view the boy as a younger brother he never had.

Civilian's personality:
Mischievous at heart, Dakarai goes by his rules which tends to get him in trouble at times with his parents and society. However, his behavior is only caused due to a lack of finding a better creative outlet which gets better as Dakarai enters a underground dance competition, something that is strictly forbidden.

Despite this, Dakarai has a heart of gold as he is loyal to his friends. But this loyalty becomes tested in regards to his biological family as his parents will make decisions that don't align with him, forcing Dakarai to seek refuge with the Lahiffe's family, whom he views as an extension of his own.

Going by the rhythm, Dakarai is constantly finding ways to stand out. Due to this, he can occasionally come across as power-hungry. Upon seeing what seeking power does to people such as his boss, Audrey Bourgeois and his youngest brother, Fiorenzo, he will stop seeking fame altogether, seeking satisfaction on his own terms.

Because Dakarai will side with the Lahiffe family, Fiorenzo will come to view his older brother as a traitor, thus disowning him from the family. As a result, Dakarai will become deeply heartbroken as he wanted to connect to his younger brother.
