000. | IT WAS A TIME AND TRIAL OF PATIENCE. One where the greatest sorcerer and the last jujutsu sorceress who could pretty much ever exist stood now atop a podium of life and death sentence if not for granted godhood and certain victory that will keep the higher ups hands clean for their own reputation while they tainted the gods of the innocence. It was official evidence on how man believes that they are more powerful than god and how foolish they are in believing that they are greater.

"Well that's good, because Aki and I don't have any excuses", Satoru answered too casually for the liking of the higher ups as his hand rubbed the back of his head.

Akina only shrugged in response. She would never make excuses on doing something that was right, no matter how small or trivial.

"How can you joke about this? If Rika Orimoto had remained out of control she could've wiped out an entire town", one of the higher ups bellowed towards the duo known as the "strongest"

The strongest jujutsu sorcerer scoffed. Like they would truly care of the life of innocent civilians if it didn't fit into their pockets and egos that filled when it benefited them the most. "If it that happened, Satoru and I would risk our lives to stop it. Have a little more faith in the both of us, won't you?", she spat, venom slicking her tongue as she was close to losing her temper towards the old men that wanted her to lose, to slip up so they could easily put the blame on her and call her crazy.

Satoru wouldn't allow it. His hand gently traveled to her own and held it discreetly. This calmed the sorceress down a bit and brought her from her raging vision of red to back down onto earth as Satoru started to speak next.

"Listen. Now that we've seen it, there's only one thing we can say about that curse and that's "I don't understand. Why did a little girl who wasn't from any line of jujutsu sorcerers become such an immense and powerful curse". We can't control something that we don't understand", Satoru explained to the higher ups, who most likely weren't listening at all but did take his point into account in case something went wrong again and they would have a lead to blame and point their wrinkly fingers too.

Akina listened to her coworkers point of view. He wasn't wrong, unless there is a link of powerful jujutsu sorcery then it would be impossible for a deceased child to become such a powerful and malevolent curse. Something wasn't adding up.

"So it's just gonna take some trial and error, leave it alone for a while, see how it works out", Satoru waved his free hand while the other pulled Akina closer to him, letting her walk besides him as she stayed quiet for now. Biting her tongue back on the words that she would use to slash their ego's with her pristine silver words that their simple minds could never comprehend.

However, these old, arrogant and misogynistic men were foolish. They wanted to continue pushing her buttons so they could call her "insane" or "crazy" but in the end, she only executed her job with crazy and poise with her talent.

"Do not forget, Yuta Okkotsu's execution has only been temporarily suspended", one of the old men, headed an ominous warning to the teachers but they would not fall under their tricks to get to their head.

Akina turned her head, her amethyst hues glaring strongly at the old men. It made Satoru shiver, how such eyes that could hold warmth and kindness for her students could turn so cold and scary when they looked at the higher ups who corrupted the system of the jujutsu world.

"Yes and don't you forget, if you dare go through with it, Gojo and I will stand with Yuta Okkotsu. Have fun managing the world and finding someone else to do your dirty work without us", without missing a beat, Akina glared at the old men before she stepped out of the room with Satoru. They didn't want to waste anymore of their time and sanity trying to knock sense or speak logically to the people who have ruined the lives of so many and will continue to do so as long as it benefits them and their ideals.

Outside the path that was covered by mountains of forests, Akina and Satoru walked alongside each other. They were both irritated and agitated from not only the lack of sleep they spent last night with each other (which of course neither of them regretted it) and also just hearing the higher ups try to manipulate them into their old schooled mindset, it was pointless.

"Damn, those school directors are such rude old geezers. I don't ever wanna become like them", Satoru muttered to Akina as well as himself as he removed his thin framed sunglasses off of his face and took out the white bandages.

Akina watched as he started to write the bandages around his cerulean colored eyes which she always found herself getting lost in. She stopped in her tracks as she lifted her hands up, cupping both of his cheeks once he was finished fully wrapping his blindfold to cover his eyes.

"You won't ever become like that Satoru", her voice, it was soft and gentle once again. The strongest jujutsu sorcerer felt himself getting lost in the alluring power that it enchanted him with and the touch of her palms that caressed his cheeks made time stop for him. "You're nothing like them. You care for your students, you have a big heart, you're much kinder than you believe yourself to be. The future won't be as bright without you"

It almost made him tear up. The softness in her words and the gentleness in her hands that soothed not only his body but his mind too. His eyes even though they were now covered by his blindfold could only see her, only Akina. His Akina.

A smile gently curved its way onto his lips as he leaned in, his lips capturing Akina's for a soft peck before pulling away. "Thank you Aki", he whispered, his voice breaking for a bit but soon finding balance as he continued looking at her face and her smile that was etched into his very core.

Akina leaned up, standing on the tip of her toes too as she leaned in and pecked her lips onto Satoru's in return. This caused the white haired man to let out a soft chuckle. 'So cute'

"Now come on, let's go back to the students and also check on Yuta's progress too. I heard he's doing much better since he's arrived here", Akina smiled excitedly, feeling happy that she was able to help a troubled student find their way to happiness.

Satoru stuffed his hands into the pockets of his black bomber as he walked alongside Akina, smiling softly as he listened to her speak, the two finally reached the steps outside of the temple and the two were now in view of the students at the track field who were now tasked to run laps.

Yuta who was still obviously quite out of shape despite the strength he possessed to not only carry Maki Zenin but also two children outside of the school and barrier on his first mission, was falling behind on two of his classmates while Panda stood at the side marking the laps they were running.

"Maki and Toge! It's your last lap!", Panda called out to his classmates. Yuta feeling frustrated with himself for not being fast enough was suddenly filled with more determination as he started to pick up the pace of his speed while running so he could finish too.

Akina smiled as she watched them. Watching them just do their daily routine brought a sense of peace to her, knowing that they were here and not out there being torn to pieces or being massacred by a deadly curse was always a sign of her to never take a human life for granted because one day, you or someone else you love, will be gone forever. Her hand, still connected with Satoru's as they walked down the steps to reach the track and battle field.

˚₊‧꒰ა♥️໒꒱ ‧₊˚ -ˋˏ ༻🌹༺ˎˊ- ˚₊‧꒰ა♥️໒꒱ ‧₊˚

The sky was burning a bright blue clear view with very little clouds to create a cloudy or stormy scenery. Akina saw this as a perfect day to watch her students training and to get work done, now it was time for Yuta Okkotsu to take a step forward in training his cursed energy that came with Rika Orimoto's form.

Akina and Satoru stood outside the shed with Yuta Okkotsu as the blindfolded man started to unlock the door of the weaponry room. He stepped aside, "Go in. After you", he gestured to the student and let him enter first.

"Huh? Okay", Yuta accepted the offer and entered the room first before Satoru allowed Akina to walk in second before he entered in last.

The cursed boy eye's peered in the dark room, his vision being unable to make anything out in the darkness until Akina leaned in against the wall and used her fingers to switch the light on in the room. A dim orange light gave Yuta Okkotsu a clear view of the weaponry room. Different types of katana's, daggers, blades, polearm, even boxes and more were displayed.

"It's nearly impossible to exorcise a curse as big as Rika Orimoto", Satoru interjected as he started to walk forward to the stash of katana's on display. "However breaking the curse is a different story", he inquired, his fingers slowly pointing towards the different swords that he could pick for his student.

Akina nodded her head, "Yes. Plus there are thousands of types of curses and cursed spirits out there, memorizing them can move you forward but you still have to identify thousands of knots that connect cursed energy as well", the dark haired woman explained to Yuta.

"And then unravel them, one by one", the pad of Satoru index finger touched the knot of string that was wrapped around the handle of the katana. "It's a method that can only be pursued by you, the person that she's cursed", the strongest jujutsu sorcerer continued explaining.

"What exactly am I supposed to do?", Yuta asked his teacher curiously.

"Here, use this", Satoru called out to the cursed boy and threw him a katana.

Yuta panicked for a moment before he eventually caught the katana with his hands. Akina chuckled softly, "Nice catch", she teased her student with a soft smile which made him blush softly in return.

His dark colored tired eyes stared at the weapon in awe, "a katana?", he questioned both of his teachers.

Akina nodded her head before she started to explain further to her student, "You see, curses are most stable when they're possessing an object", she started.

"She's right", Satoru agreed with his coworker, "If you remember back at the school, you used that ring to connect to Rika. The pipelines already there, so now you need to borrow part of Rika's curse, imbue it into the katana and control it. Increase the amount as you repeat it and eventually you'll have the whole curse under your control"

Suddenly Yuta heard the sound of chains shackling together at his side and when he turned his head, he noticed Akina taking out a weapon of silver chains and one that represented claws on each side. "For example, Yuta, I have my flying claws here. These are imbued with my cursed energy and I can attack opponents with these at any time and I can increase or decrease the amount as I please", the sorceress explained as her student listened while staring in awe and amazement at not just the weapon but his teacher too.

'She's so powerful' he silently admitted to himself in admiration.

"Once you do that, then you're free. Both you and her", as Satoru spoke those words to him, Yuta's mind immediately went to Rika and her beautiful smile that was engraved in his memories. He wanted to see her free from being such a vicious curse.

"Imbue the curse into the katana?", Yuta hummed to himself.

"Oh sorry Yuta but it doesn't stop there, you have to learn how to wield a blade", Akina chuckled softly as she gave him a small smile.

Satoru walked up to his student who was standing next to his coworker as he leaned forward, "She's right and until you can combined these skills, you'll still be weak. So the first thing we're going to do is get you training"

"Satoru, stop scaring him", Akina frowned in annoyance as she put her hands on her hips.

"Sorry Aki", Satoru chuckled softly, taking joy as he continued to playfully annoy his coworker.

Outside on the field, Yuta Okkotsu was ready to spar against his classmate who once hated had now started to slowly grow onto him as she noticed his confidence growing. His hands gripped onto the handle of the wooden katana and his dark blue eyes furrowed with determination as he stared at the green haired woman who seemed a bit laid back compared to him as she held onto her wooden staff.

Panda and Toge Inumaki sat by the steps to watch not just the brawl of the two but also to see Yuta's progress since he first transferred to the school. It had been some time and now they noticed a few changes in Yuta's attitude and life as well, luckily for Yuta they were mainly positive changes.

Maki stepped forward, putting her hand forth to signal Yuta for him to attack and after a few moments of silence between them, the whole area didn't even utter a single disruption until Yuta was ready.

The dark haired boy lunged his body forward as his legs started to run, Maki using the agility in her body that she worked on herself and that was taught from the sensei she admired, her slender body twirled with the staff in her hands as she blocked Yuta's attack with ease. Wooden katana clashed against wooden katana as the green haired girl and black haired boy continued fighting each other, neither one giving in to defeat as Maki was using her skills that she honed for years to fight against Yuta while he used his new found determination to continue fighting against Maki.

The master at wielding cursed tools was suddenly surprised at the sudden block of her attack that Yuta managed to pull off, even shocking Panda and Toge momentarily. "Oh nice", the cursed corpse creature muttered.

The sparring between the two students continued, Yuta continuously clashed his wooden weapon against Maki's until she managed to distance herself from the cursed boy as she dealt a kick, the force caused Yuta to fall back from the attack. However, he did not give in. Yuta continued standing tall as he gripped onto his weapon while Maki twirled her weapon in her hands and stood, waiting for her classmate to deal another blow onto her.

The two walked into a circular motion, neither of them bringing their guards down until one voice distracted the cursed boy.

"Wassup! How's it going?", hearing the voice of his teacher echoing across the field, Yuta turned his head to see Satoru Gojo and Akina Tengan walking from the entrance of the temple's forest to the track field. From a distance it seemed like an innocent chat between their two teachers, the white haired blindfolded man wore a smug smirk from seeing how Akina had a flustered expression dusted onto her face from earlier events and tried to keep herself composed for her students.

"Oh, it's Akina-sensei and Gojo", Yuta being distracted, was dealt a blow from the tip Maki's weapon onto his face.

"Don't get distracted, newbie", Maki ominously whispered to the dark haired boy, though she'd be a hypocrite if she said that she wasn't distracted by Akina in many ways. From her strength, to the way her body gracefully moved in battle and her beauty too. It wasn't hard to get lost in her beauty and charm.

"Yeah right", Yuta replied with his usual quiet and meek attitude as he rubbed his hand on his cheek that dealt from the blow of the blunt side of the weapon. Open

"Don't just stand there, take your stance", Maki ordered Yuta before muttering underneath her breath, calling Yuta an idiot.

The cursed boy let out a sigh of defeat, as he muttered out a small, "sorry" as he continued rubbing his cheek softly.

Maki closed her eyes as she twirled the wooden katana around before casually laying it on her shoulders. "Are you gonna land a blow sometime today?", she asked, her attitude and tone expressing boredom and anticipation as she wanted her classmate to continue attacking her so he could grow stronger.

Yuta's dark blue eyes stared at Maki in determination as he finished rubbing the sore cheek, "Yeah, right now!", he declared, straightening his posture and stance as he tightened the grip of his hands on the handle of his wooden sword.

Satoru and Akina stood together, smiling proudly at Yuta's progress as they watched him fight against Maki. While his strength was nowhere near her level, he had shown greater improvement than when he had first arrived to Jujutsu Tech. The wooden weapons clashed together, making a loud clapping sound as their feet stood on the grassy surface of the field.

Maki was trying to deal blows onto Yuta but he was doing quite an exceptional job at defending himself from her attacks and when she backed away, the cursed boy managed to charge towards her and when he found an opening, he swiped his wooden sword across the air and attempted to hit her but to his surprise, she managed to dodge the attack as she leaped into the air.

Yuta wouldn't lie, this caught him by surprise but no matter, he did not falter but instead found an opening for when she would lose her balance as she would land. However, the cursed tool master didn't let this slight moment of certain victory fool him as her landing ended up in a perfect split. 'No way!' While he was caught off guard, Maki took the opportunity to hook her leg into his and used her fist to grab the collar of his shirt and pulled him onto the ground, declaring victory for herself.

Maki landed a small brief blow on Yuta's head with the tip of her wooden weapon, her foot on top of his stomach as her fist was still aggressively clutching on his dark colored t-shirt. "Aaand you're dead", the cursed tool master commented. A small smile started to curve itself onto her lips, "I win again and remain undefeated", she declared herself, not in a boastful but in a satisfied tone.

Yuta pouted as he opened his eyes to meet with her gaze, "was that last part necessary?", he asked her, rather offended.

Maki frowned in return as she stared down at him, "Don't be so soft", she scoffed before she started to stand up. "You should always treat training like it's a real battle. With experiencing pain and avoiding pain makes a huge difference in how fast you grow", she advised Yuta but remembered her most respected sensei's words to take it easy on him, so she kept a few harsh words to herself otherwise she would see Akina's disappointed expression once again. And it would hurt her heart more than anything else.

Yuta stayed silent, listening to the words of his classmate and took them into consideration. He gritted his teeth before he stood up, not going to accept defeat this easily once again. "One more please!", he asked his classmate for another sparring session, leaving her quite surprised as she kept a stoic expression and turned her head to face him.

"I have to get better!", Yuta declared as he took his fighting stance, gripping the handle of his wooden katana. He knew that if he doesn't improve himself, that he would never break the curse of his childhood lover. Thus the two carried on sparring while both teachers and the other two students watched them.

"It's been three months since Yuta came to Jujutsu High. His movements are getting better everyday", Panda sat next to his older sister, Akina as they both watched the two students brawl.

Akina nodded her head in agreement as she agreed with Panda, "Yeah, he's really grown. Sure his skills are still quite low in terms of combat and cursed energy manipulation but that can grow overtime and he's really shown improvement on his sword skills", she titled her head to the side slightly.

"Salmon", Toge interjected, agreeing with both his friend and sensei.

"Even his personality is more positive now", Satoru added, leaning his body over Akina and using her height to his advantage he leaned his head over her own and rested his chin on top of it while he wrapped his arms around her waist.

This caught the sorceress off guard but didn't protest against it as she playfully rolled her eyes.

Panda looked at how the strongest jujutsu sorcerer treated his sister, he had no problems against him (despite his annoying antics on the daily or leaving out information) and he seemed to really value his sister as a coworker and friend, maybe something more. However, the cursed corpse was hoping another man would win her heart, a blonde sorcerer who often spotted a fancy suit that always stared at his sister with adoration in his eyes. Sure it was gross to watch them kiss and get cuddly but as long as she was happy, Panda didn't care about anything else.

"You two are gross", the cursed corpse playfully commented as he looked at both Satoru and Akina.

This caused the sorcerer to turn his head as he stuck his tongue out at the animal. "You're just jealous because you don't have anyone to coddle with, Panda", he playfully barked back at his student.

Akina almost let out a light giggle at the playful banter as she turned her attention back to her students who were sparing. "It seems that Maki is also having more fun too. She hasn't gotten many people to spar with and brag about her victories so it's good that she can take down Yuta while he's still a newbie to boost her ego", the sorceress playfully joked.

This made Panda snicker softly as he agreed with his sister, "Yeah, she has gotten a lot of people who can wield weapons to spar", suddenly Panda stopped speaking.

Akina noticed how her usually talkative and friendly adoptive little brother stopped speaking, "You okay, Panda?", she asked her little brother who let out a loud gasp. She knew that look on his face, the look that would ensue a whole world of chaos for the both of them.

"Hey Yuta!", Panda called out to the dark haired boy from the distance who was still sparring against his classmate. "Come here! Come over here!", the cursed corpse called out to the boy which caused both him and Maki to pause their sparring match.

Yuta started to walk up towards his animal classmate to see why he was calling him over, "What's up Panda?", he asked and the cursed corpse wasted no time, surrounding him in a small space.

"We have to have a super important discussion, so listen close", the animal wrapped his giant arm around his classmates neck while he used the hand from his free arm to cover this faces to keep their discussion more discreet. "What do you like better? Big or small boobs?", Panda whispered to his classmate, asking for his opinion.

The question honestly caught Yuta off guard and shocked him but he answered nonetheless. "To tell you the truth, I've never given it much thought before", the cursed boy answered a small part of the question which Panda nodded, awaiting his full answer to the question. A soft blush started to crawl onto Yuta's cheeks as he finally started to answer the question, "I guess given the choice I'd like them somewhat big". He would never admit it but Yuta had his eyes sometimes pinned onto Akina's huge chest, sometimes she wore outfits that showed a small amount of cleavage. Whenever he saw it, his heart would pound like crazy and he felt his cheeks flush red.

"Oh really?", Panda sported a smug and mischievous grin. Akina couldn't hear their conversation from too far away but she knew it wasn't going to end very well. His face carried mischief and that face with an idea always got both him and herself into trouble with their father.

"Maki!", he called out to the cursed tool wielder who turned her attention to the animal to see what he wanted but she was greeted with a sight of him twirling around. "You have a shot!", the cursed corpse announced rather boldly, his arms shaped into a heart over his head as he stood in an exaggerated pose, making Akina snicker softly at how ridiculous he looked at the moment while Satoru walked away from the scene for that moment.

Maki already seeming irritated started to attack the cursed corpse. "What crazy ideas are you getting in that head of yours?", the cursed tool master yelled at Panda.

"Oh don't be so shy, it's not like you're in elementary school", Panda took the plunge as he teased his usually fiery tempered classmate.

"Oh that's it! I'm gonna kill you!", and henceforth, Maki started to attack the younger brother of Akina who would cease to exist from teasing Maki.

Akina heard a soft chuckle as she turned her head to Yuta, "What're they fighting about?", his voice, still soft spoken but less broken asked the question as he turned to his usually silent classmate and most respected teacher.

"Kelp", Toge greeted his classmate, not using normal words to curse him.

Akina shrugged her shoulders as she tried to not laugh at the sight, "I have no idea", she answered Yuta honestly. He was grateful for Akina's answer but he was still clueless about the language of onigiri ingredient Toge Inumaki spoke and tried to communicate with him. It made him a little nervous and a bit intimidated by him.

Akina could sense her students tense language, she could tell that even after three months had passed he still hasn't gotten to know Toge better. That he wasn't as terrifying or as aloof as everyone thought he would be at first.

Suddenly the silence was broken as Satoru Gojo clapped his hands, "Okay! Gather round!", the strongest sorcerer announced enthusiastically. "You two, continue training or doing whatever it you're doing", as he tried to announce to both Panda and Maki, he noticed that the cursed tool wielder was attacking the cursed corpse and he was trying to keep his distance from her but failed as she started to whack him with her wooden weapon. Watching the sight made the strongest sorceress laugh lightly.

"Toge", Satoru to the cursed speech student, "You've been requested for a curse that you're perfect for. Shouldn't take you that long to exorcise it"

"Salmon", Toge nodded briefly.

Yuta slowly turned his head to Toge, "Requested", he asked curiously.

"Toge's the only Grade Two Sorcerer among us first years. He's allowed to take on missions all on his own", Panda, even though he was restraining Maki from attacking him, answered Yuta's question that he wished to know and once he was finished answering Yuta's question, the cursed tool user continued attacking him.

"Wow, that's impressive", the cursed both breathed in amazement as he turned his attention to Toge.

'Your special grade is higher' Maki internally deadpanned as she stared at Yuta.

"Maki don't go too rough on Panda, it's my job to bully him", Akina called to the only female student in the small batch of first years.

Panda pouted as he whined to his older sister, "Hey you're being mean Aki!", but Maki continued to lightly bully him (and by lightly, she continued attacking the cursed corpse creature by whacking him with her wooden katana).

Akina took her hands out of the pockets of her black suit pants that matched her white business dress shirt and black high heeled stiletto shoes. "Yuta, why don't you accompany Toge on this mission?", the great sorceress suggested as she stood next to him. "You will work as both support and also grant this as a learning experience too, since you're still a little bit inexperienced as a jujutsu sorcerer", she continued informing him, as if she were also reading the mind of her coworker too.

Yuta turned her head back to Toge, "Wait, so you want me to support him and to learn from him?", he asked curiously, his voice still soft spoken as when he arrived to the school. Akina hoped that while he would gain more confidence in himself and his abilities and meet new people, she hoped that he would never lose that soft spoken side to himself that held kindness, empathy and wanting to understand others.

"There's a wide variety of jujutsu. So, you can assume there are as many ways to exorcise a curse as there sorcerers. Toge's cursed speech is a good example of one way, make sure to learn from him", the strongest jujutsu sorcerer briefly explained to the cursed boy, who was still quite new to the jobs and many descriptions and terms of jujutsu sorcery.

"Cursed speech?"

"As the term suggests, it's imbuing speech with curses", Satoru continued trying to explaining it to the confused new students.

Akina shrugged, "Well, you're learn more once you see it for yourself. It's a really cool cursed technique too", the sorceress smiled softly, praising her usually silent student. Hearing her praise him caused the boy to feel a small smile curl on his lips and soft pink taint dust his cheeks but was grateful his scarf covered it up.

'To break a curse. You must first understand curses'

Inside the office, it was supposed to be time of peace and quiet where Akina Tengan would get some work done for her father, who worked as the principal of the school. The dark haired woman allowed her carefree blindfolded coworker to explain the mission to Yuta as he would be accompanying the cursed speech user, Toge Inumaki. Knowing him, he was probably making Yuta more anxious than he needed to be.

The sorceress knew she would need to help console Yuta from the anxieties of working as a jujutsu sorcerer, it was a tiresome and stressful job that would bring one to not only a state of panic but forever a heavy mental state and mindset that they would be cursed to be. She knew all too well from her own or the experience of those she lost years ago.

Little did she know, another jujutsu sorcerer she worked with, a man who adorned a suit as if he were nothing but business if it were a human himself. A man who honored his work as a jujutsu sorcerer, not because he enjoyed working for the corrupt government that he hated but because of the people who appreciated his work that saved lives.

"Are you okay? You seem to be a bit stressed", hearing that familiar deep voice that spoke to her. The ebony haired woman turned her head and she spotted another sorcerer she often worked alongside, Kento Nanami.

A small smile curled on the sorceress often sweet flavored lips as she smiled at the 7:3 sorcerer. "Hey Ken, don't tell me you came to work to just see me", she teased him, a soft laugh falling from her lips.

Most of the time, she would only come to the school for business related issues to speak with Yaga and the other sorcerers alongside Mei Mei. But most of the time the reason he came to the school was to actually see her but it wasn't something he would always admit. "Well, I was informed of the new student Yuta Okkotsu and the malevolent curse attached to him, Rika Orimoto. I was given this information by Gojo but I know most of the time is always inaccurate or leaves something very important out", the sorcerer who always spotted a suit sighed in annoyance at the thought of his laid back coworker laughing in the background.

Akina let out a light laugh as she agreed with him, "Yeah true, the first day he came Rika beat all the students for attacking Yuta because Gojo didn't explain the situation clearly to them", she remembered that day, remembered how Yuta looked so frightened from being attacked for an unknown reason and then the students wounded pride from being attacked by Rika's spirit as they learnt to not bully their classmate the hard way.

Seeing her smile, seeing her laugh stopped time for the blond haired business sorcerer. Hearing her laugh stopped time for him, he absolutely loved hearing her make those angelic sounds for her.

Kento seated himself in his office chair opposite Akina, "Yes, I know you and Gojo must be busy with the students and your missions too. Plus finding ways to break the curse of Rika Orimoto and taking care of the new student", the blond haired man spoke, taking out the files from his brief case.

Akina nodded her head, using her fingers to tuck back a small piece of her silky ebony locks behind her ear. "Yuta has shown more improvement in his behavior, compared to both suicidal and extremely depressed but in the last three months, socializing more with the right people and doing activities to boost his confidence, his attitude has become more positive", the sorceress answered his question back. It was funny, as she spoke those words, it almost reminded her of someone very familiar. Seeing Yuta and looking into his extremely dark heavy eyes that held burdens of grief, suicide ideations and extreme self hatred and negativity three months ago was something she once possessed in her own teen years.

Kento Nanami nodded his head, listening closely to the sorceress. He always listened closely whenever she talked, not only for business but also for the daily activities she would partake in, any novel that she was currently working on and such. He always loved her voice and when she spoke to him.

He set down the files for his business. "These all arrived back from my last mission, it seems we have a very menacing cursed spirit or curse user in the making who has been burning their victims to the stake", he handed pictures which Akina graciously accepted from him. The sorceress laid her eyes on the photographs and it brought her more surprise than she would admit.

The victims in the pictures that were killed, it wasn't the ordinary torn and mutilated murder from a vengeful or malevolent cursed spirit or curse user. These victims were burnt to nothing, most weren't even recognizable from their faces to their body. Everything was now pitch black and gray ash. Something told her that there was going to be a threat more powerful than she expected.

Crows cawing and flapping their wings as they infested the area of the small shopping center that was soon to be destructed filled the air. The area stuck of dust and loud noises, exactly what an individual with a body cursed with scars and patches stuck together hated the most (and now that it was combined it irritated him even more).

An annoyed sigh left his lips mixed with a nicotine mixed smoke that he puffed out. His eyes heavy with sleep and dread as the night before, he spent the whole night doing his job and unfortunately due to circumstances he got it done later than he had wanted and the person who hired him not only yelled at him about work ethics but also didn't give him his full pay. If not for him threatening to burn the man alive, he wouldn't have the joy of seeing the filthy rich man grovel in terror as he apologized and paid. It was how he could now sit back and enjoy a smoke for the mean time and afford rent at his shitty apartment.

His turquoise hues spotted security tapes marked around the area of the Hapina Shopping District and it made more entertaining to see a limo pop by and only two boys who looked they were no older than high school students entering the so-called "dangerous area".

"Oh, this is interesting", he puffed out the smoke once again as he hid his body behind the wall, only to watch stealthily behind the scenes. 'Jujutsu sorcerer students doing the dirty work of adults' he smirked menacingly to himself. He wouldn't mind watching some kids die now.

To get a closer look, the man wearing all black that covered his "wretchedly cursed" body decided to eavesdrop. It wasn't always his intention, plus he wasn't much a people person or one for crowds, he always sought to stay away from them at all costs. However, something in him knew something good would come out of this, something he was seeking for longer than anyone could imagine.

Unfortunately, due to this being a mission of jujutsu sorcerers coming from the jujutsu sorcerer high school from Tokyo, he wouldn't get to watch on the action for now as a veil was drawn over the area and since he didn't feel like getting caught by a majority of security and be on the watchlist for jujutsu sorcerers, he would keep his identity down for now.

Inside the veil of the Hapina Shopping District, a man dressed as a Buddhist watched with a sadistic and impatient grin as he watched grade two level sorcerer Toge Inumaki easily conquer his mission on defeating a school of cursed tuna while Yuta Okkotsu accompanied him to learn more about cursed techniques and how to exorcise curses.

A veil was placed of Kiyotaka Ijichi's that was gone after the measly curses were finished but another one was placed. The creepy green color deflecting an ominous aura all around.

A wicked grin saturated his features as he placed a semi grade one cursed spirit behind both Yuta Okkotsu and Toge Inumaki, leaving them cornered. It would be a perfect chance to watch the infamous Rika Orimoto in action.

Toge was able to fight back by commanded the spirit to twist but the only result that was given was its arm being twist. The cursed speech user knew he was up against an even greater threat than he imagined and it didn't help that his throat was taking a great impact, making him cough as he collapsed to his knees. Thankfully, Yuta was able to help save him and bring the both of them to safety.

Suguru Getou was a patient man and he knew he had to wait. Yes, he wanted to see a spirit as strong as Rika Orimoto destroy all that came across her path to defend Yuta Okkotsu. All he needed was for the two teenage boys to come out of their hiding spot so they could continue their little game of cat and mouse.

The cursed spirit he controlled was still waiting anxiously, wanting to destroy its opponents and by luck, the cursed boy stood right behind it. A loud growl echoed as he turned his head, his eyes bulging out as he sensed a dangerous aura surrounding the boy. In ferocity and determination, the cursed spirit let out a roar that blared throughout the area that was covered by the veil as its dangerous gaze was now glued to Yuta.

The creature connected its middle and index finger together while Yuta started to inhale and exhale slowly as he took out his katana. 'Don't take your eyes off him. Don't stop moving' Yuta's heel pivoted, taking his fighting stance as he slid his hand above the katana, remembering Akina and Gojo's advice go imbue the katana with cursed energy. Now he was borrowing Rika's strength without summoning her.

The creature summoned beams of light that almost took out Toge but Yuta managed to dodge them swiftly. It was all thanks to Akina Tengan and her lessons to him in speed, stealth and stamina. Thanks to her, Gojo and Maki helping him, he was able to go head to head with this cursed spirit.

Even he knew Toge Inumaki possessed a kind heart, he helped Yuta and others by speaking in rice ball ingredients, not wanting to curse anyone, trying to help make him comfortable earlier when he was nervous and even now keeping him out of danger. He wasn't going to let the kindness of Inumaki's actions be in vain.

Yuta continued dodging the monsters offensive attacks while he stayed on the defense. Eventually reaching the monster to slice it with the blade imbued with Rika's cursed energy, unfortunately it wasn't enough. It only managed to cut the creature's hand. Yuta knew he couldn't defeat this curse but his classmate Toge Inumaki definitely could.

Not caring that his forehead was bleeding and that his heart was pounding with anxiety, the cursed boy took the plunge as he dove to the floor, letting his body slide beneath the cursed spirit and eventually reached to where the throat medicine that Toge purchased earlier was laying. He grabbed the container and called out to his classmate and now teammate for this mission.

"Inumaki! Catch!", Yuta signalled to Toge, throwing the medicine to his direction which the cursed speech user thankfully caught. Toge jumped off the ledge where he was originally hiding opening the bottle as he removed the whole capsule with a syringe attached and chugged down the medicine. Letting his throat settle for a bit more, he stayed in the air as the monster was startled by his appearance once again and tried to attack him in the air.

Toge was lucky enough to avoid the attack as he landed to the ground and ran the opposite direction and forth, using his agility to his advantage by doing continuous back flips and the rays chased after him but were unable to catch him. In midair, he was able to deliver the final blow.

"Get crushed!"

Upon the command of Toge Inumaki's cursed speech, the cursed spirit's body was unable to find it's way to defect the curse as it started to squeeze together and eventually lead to a deathly explosion with purple blood suddenly flowing on the floor.

With watching both Yuta and Toge's interaction contain of barely a few words of concern and then relief but a stronger bond formed between them. Suguru was disappointed as the two boys only option left for now was to have the second veil lifted off.

"What a shame", the curse user mused to himself as he sat on a high beam to watch the show but also to cover his presence at the moment. "I came here just to see the rumored cursed named Rika". A cursed worm was wrapped around his body from a foe long ago that changed his life and the course of actions that would disdain the cursed corrupted gods above, lifting his head up to Suguru before its mouth slid out Yuta's student I.D. card.

"As a special grade, I was hoping the meet her soon", The curse user used his index and middle finger to grab the card as he slipped it out of the cursed worm's mouth and flipped the card around, reading the cursed boy's information before he laid his eyes on the real deal. "Perhaps I should go return this to him"

(Akina's Outfit)

The next day had arrived and all the students stayed behind at the school to continued their training while Akina Tengan and Satoru Gojo further explored the Hapina Shopping District of their students that were attacked the previous day.

"After scouring every inch of the Hapina Shopping District, I found three different types of residual", Akari Nitta reported to the two who were known as the strongest in the world of jujutsu. "Ijichi-san doesn't think it's likely we're going to find anything more than that if we keep looking"

Hearing her report, Akina nodded her head and showed a soft friendly smile to the assistant. "Thank you Akari, we appreciate it".

"Excellent report", Satoru stood alongside Akina, now both of them walked to the sight of the attack.

"You bet!", the dyed haired assistant of Jujutsu Tech playfully saluted both sorcerers as she watched them go off into the shopping district.

The officer lifted up the security tape to allow the tall man to duck underneath as he passed through while Akina passed through, giving a thankful nod to the police officer before she continued walking alongside her colleague.

Satoru suddenly stopped in his tracks, his nose catching a whiff of a scent of something all too familiar while Akina continued walking forward. Her hands put together and her fingers elegantly intertwined together, "Divine Cat, Bakeneko", she summed forth her divine animal, a black cat that was shaped from cursed energy.

Closing her eyes, putting her hands together and called forth her divine cursed energy and manifested a shikigami-like creature created by cursed energy. A cat with fluffy black fur with electric green eyes and adored a golden collar, intricately decorated and designed to show Akina's power as a sorceress.

(Bakeneko)

The cat let out a meow as it's vibrant neon green hues looked at it's master before it stepped forward, leaning it's nose towards the ground as it started to sniff around. As Akina let her "spiritual animal" explore further, she turned her head to face the scene of the attack her students encountered.

As if the place wasn't neglected enough for years that needed to be demolished, part of the work was already done (as Akina inwardly joked to herself) as she noticed the damage the curse had done. She noticed her coworker was even more silent than usual, his mind really was on something else and it was bothering him.

Bakeneko let out another meow as it called out to its master, the meow caught the attention of Akina and Satoru as they followed the cursed feline. "Did Bakeneko catch onto something?", Satoru asks the strongest sorceress.

Now this confirmed to Akina that something was seriously wrong. Normally Satoru would've settled on his nickname for Bakeneko which was "Pussy Cat" or "Kitty Kitty" to tease the black cat (which would often get him viciously scratched).

The dark haired woman nodded her head in reply him, "Yes. She's got quite a strong one so this foe must've been really strong", her eyes furrowed. She started to feel familiarity in this curse, one that only held memories that brought guilt and anger within herself and that one cursed person and the memories she carried with them.

They barely exchanged words at this moment, the only thing that was heard was their footsteps until they stopped in their tracks.

"You think it was him?", Akina asked Satoru, now knowing exactly why he was so quiet. She was so full of anger and disgust, mainly with herself on memories as she noticed that Satoru's usually jovial expression was now stoic. His face was unreadable to most but Akina could read his aura like an open book.

Hearing her ask the question, Satoru knew exactly what she was talking about. It was someone he used to hold very dearly to his heart but was torn out of his chest and stomped on. It still relived with the scar that even in death would not heal. He was behind this and it was the only explanation that both he and the strongest jujutsu sorceress could hold together in their search for answers even if they ended unpleasant.

"Sorry to bother you, our inspection showed that someone lowered a second veil on top of my own. We don't know who yet but we're analyzing the residual energy. In addition, a semi first grade curse made an unexpected appearance", Kiyotaka Ijichi stood with the two strongest sorcerers, a room full of red of that was shining over Satoru and Akina. The air shifting heavily of anger and betrayal, the bloodshed caused by one individual whom they trusted with their hearts and souls.

"It's my fault for not being as thorough as I should have, I'll accept any punishment", Akina could hear Kiyotaka's voice starting to slightly crack as he apologized and bowed his head slightly.

Akina shook her head to Kiyotaka as she turned her attention to him. "It's okay Kiyotaka, you don't have to apologize now. You were outclassed"

Hearing her reassuring but serious tone speak, the assistant felt relieved but was also curious as he lifted his head to meet the distant gazes of Akina Tengan and Satoru Gojo.

"Uh. Outclassed by who?", the usually anxious assistant asked as he lifted his body up, facing both the strongest sorcerer and sorceress. "Do you both have an idea about who did it?"

Satoru stayed silent, his heart aching with anger and betrayal but crying out for love and peace that he was stripped of since birth. His memories flooded of that faithful day when he last saw him. "Suguru Getou". His name. It tasted of honey and a raw slap to the face of man who could be god and his goddess who stood next to him.

Akina gritted her teeth hearing his name, she and Satoru were impacted by him in different ways. Only one event when she found the truth, she was angry for Satoru and furious for her father, even livid towards the man who hated humanity.

"A special grade jujutsu sorcerer. One of four who was banished from Jujutsu High. He cursed over a hundred normal people to death. The worst curse user ever"
