The next day

It was day off so as planned before, the other four was about to come to yeonjun's house for dance practice. The living room was fill with silence, as footsteps were heard and it was Yeonjun who come downstairs.

He walked down the stairs to see his mother, cleaning the counter in the kitchen, she was focused that she didn't notice yeonjun's presence there until yeonjun cleared his throat.

"Oh Yeonjun, You are already here, wait let me serve you breakfast" Mihye says with a smile, putting the towel and turn around but Yeonjun speak up from behind.

"My friends are coming, for practice, you don't have any problems with it right?" He asks, Mihye looks back at him before nodding off with a smile

"No, why I would have problems with it, it's good to have some friends to come over, is beomgyu coming too? I heard from your father you both went to same college so?" Yeonjun nods his head at her words as Mihye lean back and nod her head as well.

Then Mihye served yeonjun's breakfast and went back to her work, Yeonjun ate his breakfast and started to scroll through his phone to pass the time while waiting for his friends to come.

Suddenly there was a ring sound, breaking the silence of living room. Yeonjun put down his phone and stood up from where he was sitting and step towards the door. He opened the door to see beomgyu ans behind beomgyu it was hueningkai and taehyun.

"Hey hyung!!!" Three of them says at the same time making yeonjun smile in awe because of their dynamic.

"Oh! I didn't expect you three would come together, come inside" Yeonjun says, move aside to give path for them to enter as his eyes roam for someone else who didn't arrive yet.

"Uhm, Taehyun" Taehyun looks back when the older called him. "yes hyung? Do you want to ask something?" He gently asked him

Yeonjun hesitate for some moments before asking the younger, "Soobin? Where is he?" He murmurs but taehyun heard him as a playful smirk make a way over his lips.

"Well, he said he might arrive late" Taehyun answered as Yeonjun slowly nods his head and closed the door, walking back in the living room.

Mihye's face light up as she comes in the living room. "Oh, Beomgyu right?!" She said as beomgyu slowly nods his head, take a glance at yeonjun who sightly nods his head.

"Yeah, I'm beomgyu aunty" Beomgyu awkwardly introduced himself as it was first he met yeonjun's step mother.

"Why are you guys standing there, please sit down, I will bring some snacks for you guys" Mihye says before heading back to the kitchen with a smile on her face

They sit down as they started to wait for soobin to arrive and when the older will arrive they will start to practice their dance.

Yeonjun was shaking his leg while waiting for soobin's arrival, the other three was busy with chatting but yeonjun's expression didn't get unnoticed by beomgyu.

"Don't you think you are looking obviously obvious while waiting for him to arrive?" He mumbled, with a sly and mischievous grin playing on his face as yeonjun's eyes slightly open wide, looking at the younger.

"Huh?, what are you talking about?" He asks, but beomgyu laughed it off without answering him, leaving the older in confusion. But yeonjun shrugged it off and few seconds later he heard the door bell rang.

Mihye was about to get up but get interrupted by Yeonjun's sudden loud voice, "Let me see!" , she was surprised by his reaction but shrugged it off and again sit down on the couch.

Yeonjun run to the door and open it to see soobin standing outside there, brushing his blonde hairs, fixing them by his hands as he looks up at yeonjun with his signature smirk flashing on his lips.

"Hey there kitten" Yeonjun cheeks flushed at the remark but he recovers it and cleared his throat. "Why are you late huh?" He asked, fake anger in his tone, hiding the concern.

Soobin let out a husky chuckled as he stepped closer and lean down to yeonjun's face, "Sorry kitten, I got some business to handle so" He whispered and yeonjun felt shiver on his body when the breath falls in his face.

"Yeonjun hyung!! Is that soobin hyung?!" Their moment gets interrupted by hueningkai's voice from inside as soobin straighten himself before walking inside the house.

"Yes Mr penguin that's me!" He said while walking inside the living room, he lightly bowed down his head when he noticed Mihye sitting there.

Mihye flashed a small smile towards his way but she feels familiar with soobin as she narrowed her eyes, trying to remember.

"You, have we met before?" She asked as soobin look at her face closely, furrowing his eyebrows before a hint of recognise shines in his eyes.

"Miss Mihye?" He says, with a cheerful tone and a wide smile. Everyone present in the room was confused to see this as they wonder how they know each other.

"How do you guys know each other?" Yeonjun was the one who asked first, his curiosity shining through his facial expression.

Few months ago

Soobin let out a sigh of frustration as he noticed that he doesn't have enough money to buy extra food, he run his fingers through his hairs, gripping them in frustration, couldn't figure out what to do as it was only one week he had left his house.

He let out another sigh as he took the package of sausage and went to the cashier, after paying for his can of beer and sausage he walked out of the convenience store and sit down at thr tables that are placed outside of the store.

He was lost in his thoughts, thinking how to rearrange everything but then he shrugged his thoughts off while savoring the drink through his throat. Until he felt a gentle tap on his shoulder, turning back he saw a young lady with a smile on her face.

"You can take this" The lady give him plastic bag of food as soobin's eyes widen in shock. He shake his head in negative, not agreeing to take the foods until the lady says, "I saw you inside, struggling so please take it as gift from me" .

Soobin took a deep breath as he gaze at the plastic bag before looking at the lady. "Thank you so much, if one day I can then I would repay your kindness" Soobin says, taking the bag

"I'm glad" the lady smiled but then soobin notice a hint of longing in her eyes, must be going through something, he hesitate for some moments but then asked, "Are you okay? I mean is everything alright with you miss?" He gently asked as the lady was shocked at first by his question but then smiled.

"Well, not everything is going well with me but I'm okay, it's just I'm going through a trouble right now" She answered as Soobin nods his head in understanding.

"This is my business card, if you want you can contact me" The lady hand him a deep navy blue coloured card before walking away from there.

Soobin take a close look in the class as there was written with gold font Mihye.

Present time

Yeonjun was shocked to hear about it as he glance at soobin who was talking with Mihye, sharing his feeling that he is still grateful for her kindness that night.

"That's so kind of you aunty" Yeonjun hears hueningkai says as he glance at the younger before looking at his step mother.

"No I thought he was in need of it, so I couldn't stop myself but to help him" Mihye said.

"Yeah, anyway guys let's go and practice yeah come on!" Beomgyu cheered up everyone as the others get up and started to walk towards the dance practice room.

"Have a fun time while practicing!" Mihye cheered up from the living room as she got up and went to her bedroom.

Time skip

"That's it guys! We ended our practice here today" Yeonjun commands, panting for breath as they quite have a hard time with the practice.

Beomgyu who was laying on the floor, trying to catch his breath suddenly says, "yeonjun turns menace when it's come to dance" . And it made others burst into laughing.

"Yah! You think before speaking!" Yeonjun yells to beomgyu who started to laugh shamelessly even after getting scolded by the older.

"Beomgyu didn't lie though" Taehyun stated, who was sitting beside Beomgyu. He looks at Beomgyu who was still panting for breath, he gently caress beomgyu's hand before looking away, Beomgyu was staring at him with no expression, but beneath his stoic expression there was hint of blush and confusion.

"Guys, I gotta go Bahiyyih is calling me constantly because it's late so bye" hueningkai said, walking out of the room while waving his hand.

"Yah! I should go too or mom will kill me!" Beomgyu says, getting up from the ground and went to take his bag. Taehyun also follow his steps and got up from the ground.

"Soobin hyung, ain't you are going?" Taehyun asked as soobin who was sitting by thr mirror shook his head. "No, I would be leaving after few minutes, yeonjun said I still need to practice some steps " he replied as the younger nods.

Beomgyu and taehyun also take their leave as now it was only yeonjun and soobin present in the dance room, atmosphere of the room was fill with silence as soobin's piercing eyes bore into Yeonjun's soul who is practicing some steps looking into the mirror.

"Can you stop staring at me?" Suddenly yeonjun's voice cut through the silence, making a sly smirk on soobin's lips.

"Sorry, I can't help but your captivating dance moves are attractive to watch" He stated as he got up from the ground, walking toward yeonjun's way.

Yeonjun heart started to beat when he saw soobin coming closer towards his way but then soobin passed by him, walking towards the table, taking the water bottle and drinking water from it.

Yeonjun cheeks flushed up in embarrassments as he clears his throat then suddenly he hears Mihye open the door.

"Oh sorry to interrupt you guys but yeonjun, I want to say I have to go to your father's company so take care of the house ans yourself, bye" Mihye informed before leaving as yeonjun nodded.

When Mihye left soobin turn to yeonjun with a mischievous smirk on his face. "so it's you and me, alone in the house?" He says with a flirty tone, making yeonjun blushed.

"Shut up and practice your steps" Yeonjun mumbled, turning his gaze back to the mirror and start to practice his steps, soobin let out a chuckled before giving his attention back to his dance.

Time skip

Soobin slide down the glass while trying to catch his breath after the practice, looking at Yeonjun who was standing at middle of the room, also trying to keep with his breathing.

"Take some break" Soobin offered to him, looking at him for any response. Yeonjun nods his head while walking toward him then slide down beside him, lost in his thoughts.

Soobin noticed his expression as he saw Yeonjun was looking profound in his thoughts. Without any warning he wrap his arm around yeonjun's shoulder, pulling him closer making him lean on his chest. Yeonjun was taken aback by his sudden action but he was too tired to say anything in back as he leans in the touch, resting his head on soobin's chest.

"You seems lost in something, if you want to share then I can lend a ear to listen" Soobin softly mumbled, his voice dropping down to a whisper, making yeonjun feel shivers in his body.

"Nothing, it's just about my step mother" Yeonjun shortly answered back.

Soobin looks down at him, running his hand through yeonjun's hairs, softly strokes them before resting his head on top of yeonjun's head.

"And what it is?" He asked, above a whisper, feeling the warmth in their embrace.

"I don't know, everything was so sudden that it makes me distance from everything, about her.... it's just that I don't know what to do, she doesn't seems bad, the resentment I have towards her is confusing me now" Yeonjun poured out his inner feelings to soobin who was attentively listening to him.

Soobin take a deep breath as he slowly sits up straight, making yeonjun turn towards him as he softly placed his hand on yeonjun's face, softly cupping his face. Yeonjun's eyes locked with soobin's deep brown eyes.

"Yeonjun, I know this situation is making you tangled up with feelings and your surroundings  but maybe there is something beneath what you are seeing? We don't know what life brings to us or sometimes it's not what we see through so maybe you should try to figure out or try to get with your step mother?" Soobin softly whisper, rubbing his thumb on yeonjun's cheek.

Yeonjun stared directly into his eyes, none of them was breaking the contact as the room falls into a unknown silence, soobin also went silence, staring into Yeonjun's eyes suddenly his eyes falls on yeonjun's soft and cherry looking lips.

His gaze darken with unknown feelings as he stared at Yeonjun's lips, yeonjun noticed soobin's gaze on his lips but still he didn't make any move or didn't push himself away from soobin.

Soobin slowly started to lean closer and closer, to yeonjun's lips. Something like magnetic was pulling them closer to each other. Soobin paused when he was few inches away from his lips. "May I?" He whispered, hovering over yeonjun's lips just few inches away. Yeonjun could feel soobin's breath on his face.

"Yes" he answered, voice dropped to low and without wasting any time suddenly soobin put his lips on top of yeonjun's lips, locking them together into a passionate kiss.

Yeonjun gasped but he recovers it and kissed soobin back immediately, putting his arms around the older as he could feel soobin's hand wrapping around his waist, pulling him closer.

The world around them seems to be fades away as they carry on with their lingering feelings through the kiss.

Anyway sorry for the late update I'm just tangled with school works because of stress I just lost the ideas of being a author.
