Deed
IT IS THE NEXT DAY. She is sitting beside Jasper as she watches the football game that Emmett and Greyson keep hollering around.
She just lays her head on Jasper's lap, while Jasper and his natural instinct, his hand went to her jet-black hair combing it gently through his fingers.
She sees Jacob standing by the window, looking at Rosalie, who is playing with Renesmee by the tree.
Bella and Edward enter the room with a smile on their faces. They grab everyone's attention.
"Wow, done already?" Emmett asks teasingly.
When Genevieve and Jasper did it, the whole family had to stay away from the Cullen residence for a week since they couldn't stay away from each other.
If they ever stop, the sexual tension surrounds the home, and Edward is not pleased with their thoughts.
Bella just rolls her eyes and asks, "Where's Renesmee?"
"Blondie stole her," Jacob answers, glancing at the window.
"Break a lot of stuff?" Emmett asks with a smug smile on his lips, and Greyson chuckles and adds, "I bet they did. Alice wouldn't be happy if you guys destroyed the furniture in one day."
"It's fine. It's their first time, anyways. I'll let it pass," Alice tells them with a small laugh.
"Remember when Genevieve and Jasper did it? They wrecked their room. The walls were cracked, the bed was broken into pieces, and the bathroom tiles were shattered," Emmett adds while glancing at the said couple.
"And why are we added to that topic? Go tease Edward and Bella," Genevieve says sternly, but a smile slipped.
"Because it's funny," Emmett says.
"Okay, enough about my sister's sex life. That is not what I want to hear right now," Greyson groans. It was clearly written on his face that he was disgusted about where this discussion was going.
"Emmett started it," Genevieve says with a laugh.
Jasper leans down and whispers to Genevieve's ear, "Might I add that it was the best night of my life," which was useless since they were all vampires who have enhanced hearing.
She hears Greyson gag behind her. She just leans forward and puts her hand on the back of his neck, pushing him down as she gives him a quick peck on the lips.
There was silence, and the phone started to ring. Bella glances at them and looks at the phone.
"Is that Charlie?" Bella asks, and they just nod.
"He's been calling twice a day. I tried to talk with him since I don't want him to feel alone in your house," Genevieve tells her with a sad smile on her lips.
"He's been in a pretty rough shape," Jacob tells her with a sigh and crosses his arms.
"Eventually, we'll have to tell him you didn't make it," Carlisle tells her, glancing up from his laptop.
"He needs to mourn, Bella," Edward says softly. Bella glances at Jacob, who just nods.
"Okay, we'll do it tomorrow," Bella tells them with a big sigh. Emmett stood up and said, "I'm gonna miss this place."
"We'll come back. We always do," Carlisle reassures his family. He, too, will miss this place. It was the home that they had been looking for, for a very long time.
Genevieve lifted her head up from Jasper's lap, and he helped her sit up and offered his hand for her to take and balanced her as she stood up from the sofa.
They walked hand-in-hand to their bedroom until they reached the stairs. Jacob spoke.
"Wait, nobody said anything about leaving."
Carlisle looks at him. "Once people believe that Bella's dead, we can't risk anyone seeing her."
"So you just...disappear?" Jacob asks them. He looks shocked and angry at the same time.
"Jacob, we have no other choice," Edward says to him, and Jacob just scoffs and rolls his eyes, and storms outside the house.
"That wolf has bad mood swings," Genevieve comments, and Jasper just chuckles and guides her to their bedroom to pack.
GENEVIEVE AND JASPER took a break from packing, and they just decided to lay in their bed.
Her head is laid on his chest, her left leg on top of his right leg, while his left arm is behind her back, hand holding her waist.
The couple hears a motorcycle bike park in the driveway. Jacob just arrived. They hear Jacob tell Bella and Edward that he revealed himself to Charlie about being a wolf.
"He's stupid," Genevieve sighs while looking up at the gorgeous man that she now proudly calls fiancé.
"He did it for his own benefit, he didn't want to be away from Renesmee, and he also didn't want to be away from his family," Jasper says to her while pressing a kiss on her temple.
Minutes later, they hear Charlie's police car pulling up the driveway.
Genevieve pulls out of his grasp and gives Jasper a peck on the lips, she wants to see Charlie and how he's doing, weeks of stress and worry are not good for him.
Genevieve lets Bella and Charlie talk, she sees Renesmee in Charlie's arms, and it simply looks adorable.
Charlie stands up from his seat, smiling at Bella, and turns around to exit the house.
"Hey, Charlie," Genevieve greets the man with a polite smile.
"Gen, it's been a long time since I saw you," Charlie says.
"It is. I made some cookies for you," Genevieve tells him while handing out a pink box.
"Thank you, Gen, and thank you for the other foods that you sent. They smell and taste delicious," Charlie compliments. Since the wolves stayed at the house, she learned how to cook, and Seth was always with her so he could taste it and tell her if it needed adjustments.
"You are welcome, Charlie. Diner food isn't exactly healthy for you. Home-cooked meals are," Genevieve states to him.
"With your cooking, I'll never go to the diner again," Charlie chuckles. "I should go. I need to go to the station."
"Alright, have a safe drive, Charlie," Genevieve says, and he just gives her a smile, and she watches him exit the house.
THEY WALK BACK TO THE HOUSE, and they watch Bella beating Emmett in a wrestling match. It was very entertaining watching Emmett's ego and pride deflate.
"Edward did warn you," Genevieve says to Emmett with a teasing smile.
"Shut up," Emmett grumbles and crosses his arms, stomping away from them like a five-year-old child that didn't get what he wanted.
Genevieve looks at Jasper with loving eyes. She got an idea in mind.
"Let's take a vacation for maybe a month or two," Genevieve tells her mate with a hopeful smile. Jasper, of course, didn't even protest at her request.
"That's a great idea, darlin'. Where to?" He asks her.
Genevieve squeals and smiles wide. "It's been centuries since I visited Germany, I want to revisit it, and this time it will be memorable because I'm with you."
"What about next week, doll? Let's help the family first with Renesmee's condition," Jasper tells her while pulling her towards his chest and kissing her forehead.
"Of course, love, I'm so excited," she says to him while snaking her arms around his neck.
Jasper chuckles. "I know I can feel your emotions. It's also making me excited."
Genevieve just sighs in contentment and pulls away. She holds his wrist and drags him to their bedroom, and unpacks their stuff.
They aren't leaving Forks after all.
